Went to eat here last night food price was reasonable ordered a steak and pecking duck. Duck was very dry , kitchen was very stingy with the sauce they give you literally in a shot glass filled up not even half way. My cousin loved his steak gravy filled to the brim. Customer service was shockingly horrible . The young girl at the counter spoke to fast that the elderly couldn’t understand what she was saying and when they ask her to repeat herself she couldn’t understand why they didn’t understand her if when they said she talking to fast and then when I went to pick up the food they gave us two steak knives AND WOODEN FORKS! If I wanted a wooden fork I would have just gone to maccas next door! She rudely said we don’t have any metal forks left use this ! Who the TF wants to go to a pub and use wooden fork that couldn’t even pick up my food ! They had dirty dishes sitting around in black carts piled and she couldn’t even wash those for the customers to use ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I understand if it’s take away but to sit and dine with wooden utensils is ridiculous!

Was hungry while stuck in traffic on M5.
We are lucky enough to find this gem bistro in Reversby.
Quick service, amazing flavour Asian food and good value.
If you need a drink, bar just next to it.
Strongly recommend and we’ll be back.
Caramelised pork belly is a must try!!

The staff here are absolutely lovely!! The restaurant service is always perfect, food comes out quick and delicious.
Everything is priced very well also.

The girl at the bar was amazing very friendly long hair with a forearm tattoo.

Thankyou staff for another great night.
This is one of my favourite places. Food is great for the pricing, and the staff are always warm and welcoming.
Their T-bone steak, it’s to live for.
The cons is that it can get a little noisy. But on a quiet night, it’s a great place to go for a nosh, watch some sports, or have just to have a drink with friends.

Ordered a lunch special for $14 and the man abruptly said there’s a $20 minimum. He then angrily said he would do it “just this one time and never again”.
Pretty ridiculous for a pub that advertises lunch specials for $12-$14 and main meals are $15-$20. A little catch for you to spend almost double for your meal just for paying with eftpos. It’s not like you can buy a beverage because the bar is separate!
The stirfry I ordered tasted liked it was heated up in the microwave and the rice was crispy.

Nice, relaxed old style pub atmosphere. Excellent bistro. We can personally attest that the stir fry noodles, spring rolls, calamari, steaks and egg and bacon rolls are all excellent.
Prices are fair with some excellent budget deals. Recommended.

The menu i ordered for take away
Fried chicken wing
Caramelised tofu
Chicken laksa
Duck noodle soup with duck meat
Caramelised pork belly
Pad thai
Fried chicken wing- crunchy, and lovely wing.
Normallt when you ordered chicken wing, you will get small wing and ugly cooked wing.
These wings are medium, and you can see the crunchier skin.
Chilli sauce- oh boy , never taste like this. Most of the sweet chilli sauce are mild but this one has a kick. Keep up the good work on chilli.
If this is homemade, you can bottle it.
Caramelised tofu- see the picture. Most of Thai restaurant cooked their tofu by cutting 1/4 or 1/8 but these size are medium size.
They are put in batter to make crunchy.
The only i suggestion for the sauce needs more kick and more tamarind.
Chicken laksa - love the laksa and can feel that strong shrimp paste even i dont eat shrimp paste. Taste is different and nice if you compare the foodcourt laksa as this one is better.
Duck noodle soup - you should try this soup. Duck meat is not tough and enjoy to eat.
I never taste this kind of soup until i tried lotus. Taste is good.
Pad Thai - Thank God, the noodle that i want to eat in pad thai.
If you try bom bom thai, you will see different the noodle. This noodle is so damn nice and good.
Plenty of peanuts but if i can give feedback i need some lemon wedges and padthai sauce(tamarind) need be stronger.
Caramelised pork belly- love the pork belly, the sauce but it is too salty.
Please reduce the salt as you ruin the food

Just found out about this place when I was doing laundry nearby.
The steak here is absolutely the best compared to other places for the price of 13.90.
This place has a wide variety of steaks to choose and they are cooked to perfection and very fresh. The $30 New York Wagyu is one of the best steak I have ever had. Would recommend it to anyone looking forward to have a perfect experience.
Very friendly staffs in both the bistro and the bar, clean places, good for going out with friends and families
Definitely will coming back for more

I do not recommend! The management of Crown Hotel, don’t care when a person complains of cleanliness issues of the lotus restaurant in their club and the staff of Lotus is rude, aggressive and if you lodge a complaint she will use it against you to play with your food or put it aside and make you wait. Absolutely disgusting service and we were regulars with family and friends this will be the last visit. No regards to consumer law and regulations. No idea. Beware my original complaint was when my child felt sick after eating contaminated chicken.
Edited as the lotus staff lied saying she is monica however I don’t think she was Monica

Had a fantastic lunch today. Had the pub special chicken schnitzel with schooner just loved it. The staff are very friendly. They serve RESCH'S which made it a perfect lunch. Will let my fellow Resch's lovers know about this hidden gem. I expect they will get busy. Cheers keep up the good work.

Great venue, the staff are so friendly. A relaxed friendly family atmosphere with great food and a good range of beer. The lotus restaurant is just fantastic value. Steak was cooked perfectly and was tender and tasty. I can't fault this place it's just awesome. I'll be back.

Great service by Ralph, Alex and the team. Always love spending time here and am always greeted with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this super clean and warm venue.

Even under pressure of the dinner rush the staff were absolutely delightful and so friendly.The food is well delicious and very well priced!! We even got take-away after having dinner as the family were impressed by their service and great food!! We will definitely be coming back and making this our local. All very happy!!

Definitely recommended place to go. The room interior is nice. The food tastes awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Never get bored to always come back. 👍👍👍

A delightful find.
Bar staff are lovely, as are the staff from the Lotus Restaurant.
The food is very reasonable priced and of plentiful proportions.
Worth a repeat visit.
