Whilst the Hotel, restaurants and Crown precinct are what you'd expect from Crown, the security are an overzealous, rude, arrogant, high handed unit. I had an extremely poor experience where I was hosting clients and told I was too intoxicated and asked to leave. I was absolutely not intoxicated and the situation was handled incredibly poorly and made a lot worse than it needed to be. It was quite embarrassing but also laughable being escorted out by approx 10 security guards. Disappointing given the money we spent across the precinct over a few days. Reading reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Good for a quiet time with your partner but if you're wanting to have few drinks avoid Crown Perth and go elsewhere.

What was expected - large casino, lots of people, lot of food & drink options. Sportsbar was very good - 3 big screens & lots of smaller ones. Lots of pokies - didn't see anything special. Found staff very helpful throughout the various areas & happy to help out. Large complex featuring the Casino, various accommodation towers (we stayed at the Promenade), restaurants (we tried Atrium, Epicurean), the Convention Centre & theatre (we watched Elvis which was very entertaining).

What an experience, at a cost we had a private heated pool with wait staff included, the food and staff were beyond the best ever, the room overlooking the Swan river was amazing, beautiful appointments , nothing left out at all, a very pleasant experience for sure. Can't wait to go again.

Went to the Minq bar. Crown really should have spent a bit more money on reopening this bar. Its pretty grubby, but they do grrat cocktails, and its somewhere out of the way from the casino floor

Went to the atrium for a birthday lunch and ended up with diarrhoea for 8hrs after eating raw oysters. The casino part was fine but just lived in the toilet mostly

Went to 88 noodle Bar for tea. It was amazing and reasonably priced. There were 7 of us and we all had different dishes. Everything was tasty tasty 😋

Wasnt a major fan of the room. House keeping could use a bit of a revamp The carpet was disgusting that I didn't want to walk on it. Bath had hair in it, glasses weren't replaced and I had run out of tissues but didn't get more (whatever they sprayed in the bathroom set of my allergies) Other people's kids ruined the experience. Wanted to play pool but couldn't because people were letting their kids muck around with the table. Staff were nice

Very nice hotel built in the mould like a ship. Clean. When we arrived I really thought where I was Easter New Year celebrations were in full flow. Which was lovely to see and enjoy the following evening. Very busy and large hotel. Excellent breakfast the park nearby the river was kept nice and clean.

Upon check-in Mohamad was very kind to have our room ready early and a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate waiting as it was my birthday. The view from our room was amazing overlooking the Swan River and Optus stadium. The only real let down with these rooms is the lighting in the bathroom (ladies who wear makeup will know what I mean) and the amount of noise you can hear in your room through the door from the outside hallway. Was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This was on my wife's bucket list. We decided to stay rhe night after seeingvthr Tina Turner show in Crown Theatre. Had a great meal in a restaurant in the Casino. The booking had been mixed up & had us booked into 2 rooms. I had prior to our stay, rung to ensure we had a city/river view room. It cost an extra $60, but it was worth it. The room was magnificent. The bed large & very comfortable, A room with tables & chairs & settee. Large bathroom with an excellent shower. The only issue after that was finding out that we had been charged for something from the minibar. We never drink from hotel minibars. Apart for the couple of s

The only place in Perth where you can play the pokies, blackjack, and roulette etc. I've been learning many things about roulette and can't wait to go there with my newfound knowledge to see if I have success. I think Roulette is possibly the only gambling game that has any way to actually win consistently, but only if you follow certain strategies. The doubling after a loss is key to the systems' success, but it can also wipe out your bankroll quickly. Hold your nerve. Know when to walk away and, most importantly, know when to cash out. Don't get greedy. Play with a limit. If you lose your bankroll, DO NOT GET MORE MONEY AND GO BACK. EVER. You will just lose that too. Try again another day.

Such a rip off. Long weekend surge charge on a Sunday. No black jack table under $25 most were $50 were told they bumped it up because it was a long weekend and $45 for parking. Found out when googling could have got that cheaper, but they don't advertise that. Now I remember why I don't go there.

Such a beautiful place, arrived early for dinner, before the Lee Kernaghan show. Couldn't find a parking spot for almost 1 hour. Extremely disappointing. Apparently taken up, by the Derby football followers. So, we as guests, had to pay, and they got it for free !!! Sadly, our delightful meal, was hurried, the show and the theatre were fabulous. Such a wonderful place, apart from the parking.

Stayed at the Crown Perth recently, and my experience was 10/10. Rooms were kept to an extremely high standard and the service was unmatched - Beth served us at the Towers pool and she was absolutely delightful! Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Stayed at Crown Promenade here, they have a team at Conceirge that is attentive, polite and friendly, hotel is modern and rooms nice & quiet. Market & Co for dinner & breakfast had swift service, professional and great menu options.

Saw "Elvis" the musical. Was phenomenal. However, I would have enjoyed it more if the person playing the part of Elvis, was more true to his vocals, lyrics, and tone. I still enjoyed it.

It's been years since visiting the casino. Wow, good changes. Slick, VERY helpfully and pleasant staff . Which makes up for exiting car park. Thanks for not charging me for my car. Security staff made me felt safe,as evening came. I'll be back.

I attended the Tribute to Tina Turner concert. The entire experience was spectacular. The art, deco the furniture was 5+ stars. The spacious theatre was laid out great. All seats had a good view of the stage. There were ample staff guiding guests. I walked through the lobby and the casino and everything was stunning.

Greece Musical. Cody of Alcohol was absurd. $13 for a can of beer, ridiculous huge Rio off. Show was good though.

Great night, saw Grease. Was disappointed with $45 parking fee, had spent required amount to get free parking and went to rewards counter to validate ticket and it was closed at 9.50pm.

Floor staff not quite knowledgeable with where and how things are done. But overall good atmosphere, Junction Grill had awesome food. Table dealers were fun to play with.

Dinner was fantastic. My daughters birthday was so good. They bought her out a cake without us asking for it such lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Dined at the Epicurean. Food was excellent. The big disappointment was the payment option. They refused to split the bill and would not accept cash. I was left to pay an amount in excess of $1000.00 Very disappointing in this day and age. Legally they cannot refuse payment if it is being offered to them. If they refuse that is their problem. It becomes a civil matter and not a police matter.

Dined at the Atrium. I honestly am not a fan of buffets but I'm a convert. The array was amazing. The seafood especially the oysters were so fresh.

Depending on what your doing wether it be gambling, a nice meal with family/friends crown has a variety of places to go, some pricier than the next but most of the time worth it. The atmosphere is great when your out for a few drinks. Drinks are okay at best if ur talking cocktails if it's beer ur after they have plenty on tap or bottles/cans in the fridge.

Crown Perth is an icon in itself. Within a stones throw from the Swan River, Optus Stadium, Perth Crown is the perfect location. The pool, although it was cold weather during our stay, the staff were most accommodating by turning on the slides to make the kids happy. We certainly retreated to the warmth of the indoor heated pool quickly. Rooms are lovely and cleaned each day, although it did miss hot chocolate from the tea/coffee tray in the room. The bars all vary with different wines, so it does pay to have a look as I preferred wines not stocked in the main foyer area. Being a Crown member certainly helped with the carparking validation.

Changing my rating. It used to be you got your room cleaned daily, newspapers delivered each morning etc... today you pay upfront for your stay, rooms do not get turn downs (even at towers) you pay a $6 fee for room service and a 10% surcharge if you order a coffee on a Sunday. Nah joint has gone down since james packer sold it.

Beautiful room with a view as good as any in the world. Very friendly and professional staff. A little pricey for many features, including parking, unless you're happy for a bit of a walk. The only issue was the lack of the promised bottle of bubbly in the room, despite several reminders.
