We visited CSI Club on 21.3.24 .we had taken my wife's mum out for the afternoon.
We arrived 2.25pm when we went to order which was on kitchen closing time.
The lady that served us quickly took our orders and she asked the chef's if they would prepare our meals .
They went ahead and did so.
Just would like to say a big thanks to everyone.
It made my mother in laws afternoon.the food was fantastic.
PS we have never had a bad meal at CSI.
Keep up the great customer service.

We had our Xmas brake up party here . The staff was amazing our food was delicious an it just kept on coming lol . We had an amazing spot front row to hear & see the band roaring lion .The whole night was on point. Again thank you CSI for having us .

Waited over 20 minutes for my Barramundi meal to arrive after the other four ar my table. At last I found the meal to be almost inedible and did not seem to be the 'real deal' . All else was very good. Avoid the 'barra'.

Very busy club with good menu and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large dining area but would recommend booking.

To be honest, very disappointed. I questioned the size of the 200gram steak surf and turf,and was told it was definitely 200 grams! As a person who regularly cooks steak at home I'd say this steak would be lucky to be 80 grams at most....hopefully it's better next time I visit with the family.

This girl was the worst! We were still eating and started to take the plates and didn’t ask us if we’re finished eating. She just took the plates from our table without saying anything. Very rude!!!!

The venue itself is a great space for families, but the food could be so much better. First experience there we waited over 1.5hrs for our food for our daughter and it was just a plate of steamed greens. The lovely manager though fixed things straight away and gave us a refund. The second time the fish was dripping in grease i could barely taste the fish. The kids aeras are great!! It's a good place for a little family meet up but for the amount of renovations that have gone into CSI i would expect the food to be abit better than your local fish and chips shop 🤷♀️

The meals that our group had were lovely, but whilst enjoying our meals at a round table in the dining area we could not hear one another across the table, because the music that was piped through was so loud we could not hear each other, we were speaking loud just so we could speak and be heard. It spoilt the lovely meal we were enjoying. Please turn it right down.

The 5 star review says it all, but OMG the food here is AMAZING! I was so impressed with the thai beef salad, the meat was so tender and all the flavours worked really well together! I look forward to coming here all the time! Also the renovations look amazing! Can't wait to see the final result!

Someone turned 60, so we celebrated with family at the CSi club 21st Saturday, 2023. From the minute we arrived to the time we left, I must say the staff were absolutely awesome and helpful. One of the staff members came up to me and asked me if I'd like her to take a group picture while the other staff members brought the cake out and they sang happy birthday with us. Staff always make you feel welcome. We always spend our bdays here because it's a great atmosphere, and kid friendly.
Thank you to the staff members for making it a pleasant visit. food is always great. Always highly recommend CSi club. 😊

Return visit to CSI club , it was absolutely packed several hundred people booked in for show as we did . Food was good , but just not as good as previous visits ! It was not the catering staff fault as the huge numbers of patrons was non stop . So it would have been difficult to keep up the pace .Show was excellent , bar queue was about ten or more people long ! Felt , with these number extra bar staff should be on ! Children’s play area is good , but since things changed around didn’t feel as safe ..Staff were friendly , helpful although rushed of their feet . Photo attached .. Given four star as food just wasn’t the same but still delicious ..

ordered the vegan salad which comes with orange and strawberry, and they just cut the orange slice in half and the strawberries in quarters so it is not tossed through, just placed on top (feedback - please cut the skin off the oranges and the green off the strawberries next time) orange skin and the green part of a strawberry is not edible - everything you put on a plate should be edible :) Nobody wants to use their hands to pick up a slice of orange in their salad that should just be diced up and tossed through. :)

Nice space. Lots of recently completed renovations. Helpfully staff. Had some live music great atmosphere. Worth a visit.

Meal was good although had to wait nearly 2hours from time of ordering and being served. Guess busy being Anzac Day, but women you have to pay P/hol loading you expect better service.

I went to this place tonight, Saturday night, 8:35pm, the place crowded, live music, but they can’t serve food because the kitchen is closed! 8:35pm! You guys should be ready to serve dinner, and guess what? There are people wanting to eat after 8:30pm! If I could give 0 starts I definitely would!

I recently help set up for a private function in the Laneway at CSI. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and the facilities were exceptional. CSI provided us with barrel covers, tables and tablecloths to accomodate our colour scheme as well as lots of other bits and bobs we needed on the day. The platters of finger foods were tasty and well presented. Would highly recommend hosting your next function here :)

I hired out the Pink Gin Garden for a book launch event last week. Caz was absolutely wonderful in helping me plan this and ensured I had everything I needed. She was incredibly welcoming and very enthusiastic about the event.
The night was even better than I hoped for, with a lot of positive feedback from my guests.
Another staff member, Calvin was so lovely and incredibly helpful on the night.
Thank you so much Caz, Calvin and the CSi team.

Have been there a few times - good food, great value, helpful staff - but the new renovations are disappointing. The noise from the large screen constantly playing sport is very loud and intrusive making the restaurant experience uncomfortable. If you like sport: go there; if not, stay away.

Great playground for the kids, food was good and entertainment at 830 was also good.
The down side is the ordering of food was not confirmed, so I went to the counter to ask if my order was recieved, to have a no we don't have your order. To then recieved my order twice. A little disappointing for night.
Thank you to the gentleman doing the buggy in replacement for the lift.
We appreciate not having to walk the carport ramp.
Would recommend this location if in the area but order and pay at the counter.

Great place for families with a huge play area for the kids that is in full view of the tables outside. The service is nice and quick and the food is good

Great night out had by all of us. Didn't no this gem was here. Food was excellent, staff smile and look happy which is great to see. Plenty for children to do if you're looking for a family night out. There is something for everyone at CSI Club Southport. Live music was fantastic really good mix of music played by the band. Outdoor area for dining as well and it's a very nice atmosphere there as well. I think from memory there's even a membership for just 1 dollar and the rewards that come with it are more than worth it, we are there again this weekend and all plan to get the membership. I and my friends will most definitely be back to CSI Club Southport. Head on down it is a very good atmosphere.

Chicken snitty is processed chicken weird texture won’t ever have one again, too expensive for gravy and not enough about 50ml max.. not happy Jan!!
Need more decent bands they have had some good ones occasionally but normally same old bands repeated

First time visiting this Working Men's Club for an evening meal with family.
The decor is nicely done and the menu selection was suitable for all tastes.
They've even got one of those robot waiters that can bring you your order straight to your table.

Family orientated club..kids play area..great food and prices , very clean , awesome atmosphere. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Free club parking.
If in the Gold Coast highly recommend

Been there many times but was disappointed with the food this time. (Medium rare T-bone came out blue and cold.) Was a party of 27 all the food was sun par that night. But they gave me a refund. Large play ground and pokies area.live music on the weekends

AMAZING!! Had Lunch on the 18th June 2024 and it was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked to medium rare! What amazing club this has become! Ps, I also love the club to car buggy transport!

$1 membership for life, what is not to like.
Great venue, certainly going back.
CSI is undertaking a revamp of their premises. Still great food and service.
