Went to a 50th last night at the deer park hotel, was an awesome atmosphere with amazing food! Staff more friendly than any other hotel and very money friendly! Special shout out to Hailey and the other staff on that night 😊

We just held my father’s 100 Birthday in the function room. Hayley did a fantastic job arranging it. The food was great and the staff were so helpful. I would totally recommend this venue.

We had to wait 45 mins for our meal, 1/3 of the tables was filled.
However when we got our food we were very happy with it.
Ordered the ribeye steak special and Parma.
Ribeye 8/10 the veggie were cut really big.
Parma 7.5/10 ideal amount of source could do with more cheese and the salad dressing is way too sweet.
Will come back.

We had a big group but food came out timely and warm! Dishes were amazing.
T was our server for food and drinks and she was incredible. Super attentive and helpful! We will be back.

We came here for lunch on Sunday. The venue was clean and fresh. It was not really busy as they just opened. Simone was very friendly and professional with her customer services. I had cheeseburger and sticky date pudding. They were nice with reasonal price.

They couldn’t have been more helpful with the food order. A few drinks and a win on the lucky door prize raffle. I’ll definitely be back. Jess serving the drinks is an asset to the pub.

The food is fantastic. The service and staff are amazing. Shout out to Simone! She is so lovely. She provides everyone with such a wonderful dining experience, that's why we continue to come here. Thank you so much Simone and the amazing team!

Recently hired out the function room for my son’s baptism. Hayley was the events manager and she was absolutely amazing. Whatever I requested she made happen. She was accomodating and so polite. I would definitely come back just for the amazing service alone

Nice and quiet place to sit and enjoy a countermeal and where else can you get a nice pint of lager with a succulent chicken parma with sides of chips and salad for $17. Very much satisfied first time I've been here.

I’m so impressed with Simone. She is super professional al and remembers me and my son always, has a chat and is prompt with all our experience.
Have been coming here for 12 years and with all its changes and I can say right now the experience is great.
The rump steak is cooked beautifully and the chicken Parma is huge.
One thing I wish they had better options on the wine by the glass but I can live with the same Chardonnay since I only come every few weeks.
Well done to all involved In the experience.

I go every month with my friends. Food is excellent as is the service.
Never had a bad meal

I called in for the $17 parma and pint special.
Offers fantastic value.
I was served at the bar by Preet who was lovely.
Simone served my meal. She is pleasant and has also served me before in ther bistro.

Had dinner here tonight. Great experience; massive portions. Very accommodating as my partner has allergy concerns which were addressed promptly. Hats off to management on that one. Would definitely come back

Had a work function here tonight. Was absolutely amazing! The staff were fantastic, so attentive and cheerful and on to everything. The food was next level with every one of us enjoying our meals immensely. Highly recommend the chilli chicken wings and making sure to have a coffee and cake before you leave.
Thank you so much guys, will definitely be back again and again.

Had a wonderful night in the function room, celebrated my mother's 50th and could not be more happy with the service, Hayley was amazing organising and talking about everything, an absolute delight. 100% will be going back again. What an amazing night.

Had a wonderful lunch here today after travelling back from Tasmania had a fabulous lunch.
Simone was a gracious host and waitress helping me choose my lunch but most importantly gave wonderful red wine advice and all with a Sunny attitude and big Smile 😃

Good family restaurant. Came with a group of friends with families total of 14 people and seated comfortably on a rectangular table. Electronic ordering from the table made it even better not having to queue up and pressured on what to order. There’s several areas you can dine with amusement for teenagers. Ample parking and is off Ballarat Rd with easy access. Food is great and didn’t have to wait for so long even with the stakes. Friendly staff and clean. Bathrooms a bit old but immaculate. Well recommended place.

Food was good and one of the cheapest meals we have had as a family in a while due to a discount. All 6 of us enjoyed what we got. Very cosy atmosphere and think the beer garden would be great in summer.

First time here since a teenager and that was a few decades ago. Nice decor, I had the roast which was the lamb and now I'm having senior serve. The lamb was delicious but served very thin and I love thin meat but this was extra lean and I was given 11/2 slices and by the time I cut away the fat I was lucky to eat one slice. The gravy congealed on top of the meat where the fat was,the rest of the meal was delicious, the highlight was dessert which was berry cheesecake and that was superb and I couldn't eat it all. My partner had salt and pepper calamari and he wasn't good properly as it wasn't crispy, the casing was soft. He was also given a garden salad instead of Asian slaw and he didn't realise until we got home and I asked him to look something up on the menu. We will try again in case it was an off night and hopefully the next review will be a better one.
Will say love 💕 the pokies section, complimentary refreshments offered and complimentary nibbles offered as well. Thankyou to management and the staff were very friendly and made you welcome. Will be back.

First time experience here and was impressed. Meal was perfect and then headed to Gaming. Kelly & Joshua introduced themselves and made my time spent there very enjoyable. Will definitely visit there again.

Fantastic venue, extremely friendly staff, great for parties. If you are bumping in for party setup it's easy access and lots of space.

Delicious! Is what we can say about our night. Fresh seafood at a local pub… wow!
Thank you for a memorable night. Annie and the staff were amazing. Don’t forget to order dessert… Sticky Date was yummy!
Back again and we ordered 4 steaks! The best we’ve ever had here. Thank you chefs 👍🏻

Deer Park Hotel never disappoints! Went there this week for mum's birthday dinner. Really hit the spot with some classic pub fare, but it wasn't your average greasy spoon stuff. The porterhouse was top notch. Special mention to Scott and Tepaea though. Those two were fantastic. Super chill and made sure everything was mint the whole time. They've got a pretty sweet beer garden too, seems like a great spot for kicking back in the sun. Definitely recommend, 5 stars!
