What a great find - great value meals, and lots of variety. Everything was fresh and tasty, and there is the added bonus of small serves, not just for seniors. I always love this option, as I hate wasting food. A great selection of local beverages as well, including beer and cider.
I was going to take photos of the meals, but we had half demolished them before I remembered, because they were so good. Highly recommended and a great surprise in a quiet little part of the world.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day at this club. Great food and service. We will certainly visit again.

This establishment is tolerant of discriminative and sexist behaviour. I received a comment by an older male drinking here when I spoke that I was attention seeking and that my chest already provided me with enough attention and when I reported it no action was taken by staff. The direction was that I he said it to staff he would be banned and if I didn't want the trouble I should leave. Absolutely disgraceful, Shame on you Dover RSL!

The meal, Parmie, was excellent and plenty of! The young girl that served us was very friendly and efficient. This was on a Tuesday night so it wasn't very busy. Absolutely recommend!

Regularly here, always good for a cold froffy , 8ball and a pub feed. Bar staff are beautiful. Views are fantastic. Smokers is great for a chat. 10/10 5 Stars

Not bad for a meal at the bottom of Tasmania… busy on a Friday night and good atmosphere… busy bar and dining room with good size meals and very staff… and they hade stripe my trumpeter on menu… not to be missed and rarely found in the menu outside Tassie… I wouldn’t hesitate to back if I was in the area again… nice feel to the place… and apparently great view on longer summer evenings

No other options for dinner in Dover on a Tuesday evening.
Was not expecting much however, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the menu had ample options available.
The service was fine, food was served in a timely manner and the quality of the meals were satisfactory.
We ordered onion rings for entre, a steak and a chicken schnitzel for mains.
Would definitely recommend this place for dinner if you are staying in Dover.

My partner and I stopped there after being told by a local about their half a crayfish deal for $35. It was really good. The view is nice from the restaurant.

Lovely venue with great views, meals were served quick and tasty. Pre bookings are not required however recommended if you want a window seat for the fabulous views over the water.

Lovely meals. Offers seniors menu as well as a specials board. Also, caters for children. Fantastic view over looking the lake and mountains

It's fine, the views and landscape around it are good. But don't wear a hat inside!!

Great variety of food menu with excellent taste. Had a great customer service experience. We had a reservation and it's recommended. A great place in Dover to have food, open for Lunch and Dinner. Better to check with them for kitchen closing times

Great portion size.

Plus though it was great that they stop at 6pm and had 1 min of silence.

Great friendly staff and super delicious food the sticky pork and rice was excellent as was the sticky date pudding - must orders. View is excellent at lunch and the local ciders are great.

Food was average. Service was not so good
And there is no where else to eat.we went on Wednesday night. Could not get a table they have there weekly draw had to get frozen pizza from iga .nothing else open.

Classic country pub with local wine and cider, friendly characters, free pool and a dining room looking over the bay serving up affordable and tasty seafood. Probably could have stayed for many drinks but needed to drive!

Best ever. Such a good food find at this RSL club in a small fishing town. Don’t miss out on the Crayfish Special, featuring fresh local crayfish caught that day. SO GOOD. Paired with friendly service & a nice view of the river - this is a must visit spot if you’re in the area.

Bayview Dining was fantastic, will definitely be back to eat.
