Yep! It’s a pub! And you’ll get a pub feed, no doubt. The Parma was fine (went Texan but should have just gone the straight option - no need to mess with a classic, is there? Have you ever had a Parma and said to yourself, “This is great, but what’s really missing is slow cooked beef brisket…”?) But the staff were great and there was a nice local friendly vibe. No pale ales on tap so we drank like bloody locals with schooners of Carlton Draught. Nothing wrong with that, mate.
As we finished (penultimate diners) the Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen fired up with some sick beats. Capped off a good time at the Fammo.

We just stopped for a quick lunch, and it was quick. Good value for money food . Though I'm not one to like to eat in venues that have gambling, we had a good time. There were 15 of us and we were fed in no time.

We enjoyed a lovely meal here. There is an extensive menu with most meals having a Gluten-free option. The staff are very friendly and the service was great. Would highly recommend. We will definitely come back again.

Thursday night dinner.
First time visiting, pleasantly surprised. Thought it would be an old fashioned traditional pub with old musty carpet.
Very modern and beautifully appointed decor, a great team of staff and a varse well priced menu . Roast lamb melted in the mouth. Kids' playroom equipped with jumping castle kept the kids amused.

The food was absolutely amazing. Tue staff were very nice and helpful, the atmosphere was really inviting and warm our food didn't take long to arrive at our table in which seven of us were at the table eating everyone was super happy with there food and table service. amasing job will definitely be eating there more often... the live band was really good, too. had one of the best nights out in a long time.

The Drouin Family Hotel is an old building, the food is amazing. I'm never a fan of pub food. Drouin Family Hotel is probably the best hotel food I have had so far. I had the pork ribs. The meal was huge. The price of it is worth every penny. The meat fell off the bone and the flavour of the ribs, spicy and smokey. The coleslaw was a great addition and the chips was cooked to perfection, crispy and not over salted.

Such a great place to go for a weekend lunch or dinner. We chose to eat in the bar rather than the bistro as it was quieter. The same menu is available and they have plenty of gluten free options. The staff, as always, were wonderful and the food was spot on.

NOT GOOD ORDERED TWO WELL DONE STEAKS CAME TO THE TABLE FIRST TIME STILL RED IN SIDE AND SENT IT BACK TO THE KITCHEN FIRST TIME AND IT CAME BACK TO US A SECOND TIME AND ASKED IT TO BE WELL DONE IT CAME BACK TO THE TABLE STILL PINK IN SIDE NOT GOOD.
I CANNOT EAT MEAT IF IS NOT WELL DONE IT MAKES ME FEEL SICK.

Nice country pub with HUGE food servings.Nice bistro inside.
Staff were pleasant enough.

Lunch today for 2, most delicious meals, served in a timely manner. Bar staff efficient and friendly same as the wait staff. Highly recommended . Chefs 👨🍳 👩🍳 thank you all.

It’s ok… the food is always different! I order a parma every time and honestly it’s just bad now it’s just tiny and not worth the money or its good size… honestly it’s just gone down hill the last 6 months the parma most times is brunt and it’s not great flavour. Some of the servers ‘only 2’ are very rude even over the phone they make me feel so anxious!

I had the calamari it was absolutely delicious. My friend had steak and was cooked to how she likes it. The rest of our group were all happy with their meals. The staff were all nice and polite, nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely go back there.

Great for families but louder than Flinders Street. Great the focus is on kids & the play area however if you were planning to propose they wouldn't';t hear you.

Good food, friendly helpful staff and nice atmosphere. More geared to catering for family in the bistro but also has a nice public bar and small gaming area.

Gluten free menu options in excess. Celiacs won't go hungry here! Great service, noisy because it's popular... harder to get takeaway due to need to pay over phone at time of ordering vs at pick-up, but they made it work. My fave place in Drouin.

Disappointed with our meals yesterday 😕 .
We have been coming to this pub for 6 years, great play area for the kids and staff are lovely but the food for terrible our food was microwave schnitzels had no taste.
Times are hard and if you go out for a meal you want a good meal.
We won't be back.

Been to dinner twice now and the food is great - cooked to perfection and plenty on the plate. You won’t go hungry. Price is good as well. Staff are friendly and very helpful and understanding. Love the Drouin Family Hotel. John

Been going here for 15 years…
Ordered something for dinner, was obviously cooked at lunchtime and preheated.. couldn’t cut potatoes! Meat (slow cooked lamb) was dry and dark! I sent an email and was basically called a liar.. and told I should of addressed the issue then and there.. end of conversation after sending another email..
Wouldn’t bother.. terrible customer service..

Arrived about 4pm. Kitchen not open but staff arranged a bowl of chips and drinks. Just what we wanted.
Very pleasant place. If we where local we would spend a lot of time here

A pleasant family atmosphere with plenty of elbow room. The menu was stacked with choices and the generous sized meals were well presented as well as delicious. Large windows at the rear of the dining room provided great views of the distant hills.

Always a good experience. The play area does get rowdy at times so always good to get a seat close by if your kids are going to be going in there. Service is always fantastic, always greeted with a friendly welcome. Food is always served looking well presented, and tastes delicious. We've never had a bad experience here and we've been a fair bit! Meals are reasonably priced and we never go home hungry. In fact, we generally take home leftovers.

5 stars for this nice and friendly restaurant.
Amazing food, big play area for the kids and lots of parking around the area.
Make sure to check their daily specials menu which is available behind the main counter.
Recommend booking if you are a big group.
