You cannot get a more professional, attentive and organised venue. We had an event in the function room and everything was perfect. We had 36 people and everyone ordered what they wanted off the menu, everyone's meal was made exactly as they requested it, not one error or issue, and nothing was too much. Excellent value for money, couldn't recommend this place any more.

This place is awesome! Definitely Family and kid friendly, the indoor playground is amazing (my kids loved it!) And the food was great.
Service was exceptional and staff were friendly and attentive.
Definitely recommend bringing the whole family here!

The play cafe attached is amazing and one of the meals wasn't bad at all.
I would advise them to get cake forks because my toddler had to use a big fork for his spaghetti and when I went to ask for a cake for or spoon I got handed a tiny takeaway ice cream spoon
I had the stake 30% of my stake was so chewy I couldn't eat it it was cooked to medium so that's a +

The Greek lamb dish was superb melted in your mouth would highly recommend. We were pleased that part of our group needed gluten free options and there was a good list to choose from. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Play area for the kids is an awesome size

The food, service and atmosphere was great. Even my Seeing Eye Dog in Training was welcomed without any issues!
The only disappointment was that we couldn’t order online and therefore not get any Frisbie Reward points! What is the use of having them especially when we spent so much for Mother’s Day family dinner, if we can’t use them or accumulate more for rewards or deals??

The food is so yummy! It's rare to find a place where the food is consistently great, and there's a space for the kids to play. We are able to sit back, relax and enjoy the chatter whilst the kids play. Also, if the weather is nice you can walk over to the park for a stroll. Lovely!

Quick service, fresh food, good sized seniors meal portions (seniors meal also included a complementary drink). Good for families and large group bookings.

Quality of food just keeps going downhill. Never before have I needed to cut through my mash potato with a knife. Chicken was dry, bonus definitely wasn't getting salmonella poisining. Chicken nuggets were black. Manager was notified of all the issues with our meals but didn't seem to care. A simple sorry would suffice. Used to regularly visit but after this we won't be returning.

Pretty good food for what you pay. Easy with the kids with large playground. Service is great and everything comes out quick.

Perfect spot to have dinner with friends with families. The playground is massive and children had fun while adults could talk.
Prices are good and the food is average. They also offer kids meals that are big.

Overall the food was very good and it came quickly. The menu was quite extensive.
The playground is big and pretty good.
It was over 35 degrees outside and although the bistro was only a third full we still got seated in an area where there was no air conditioning. We just moved ourselves.
Bar staff were young and a little disinterested. I found it strange when I ordered a Peroni that it could only be served in a schooner and not in a pot (strange).

Nice pub to take the kids. Great play area for the kids to play. Bistro was huge so enough room so not getting cramped as people move between the tables and the bar. Food was ok without being amazing. Buffalo wings would be better if they were cooked in the sauce rather than being wings with a sauce on top. Had the meat lovers pizza which was fine but the golden point sister pub does it a little bit better especially with the right topping mix but it was good enough. No apple juice for the kids on a Saturday at 130 pm wasn't great. Food came out fairly speedy which was helpful. As a rack em and stack em sort of place it was pretty good. Great for catching up with large groups with children.

My mum booked her 60th birthday here accomodating more then 25 people came so we had more numbers and it was ok! Service was amazing, the food was great and there is an amazing kids zone for kids of most ages which is great! Have been a few times in the past and will definitely go again! A huge thank you to all the staff for accomodating our needs and making sure my mum enjoyed her special day with all her guests! Well done.

My family and I just returned from overseas and we wanted to go somewhere close to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
It’s been a few years since we have had meals at Edwards Lake Hotel.
To our surprise were delighted to find great food and an excellent menu , the children really enjoyed the playing centre also 👍.
I am happy to now recommend Edwards Lake Hotel as an alternative to cafes and restaurants.

Lovely place to bring the family, esp kids. Great play area. We had our son's 4th birthday here. The staff were great and everyone had a wonderful time. Food is quite good and priced well.

Kids loved the playroom. Great service with a last minute booking for a large group. Was unfortunate that the staff member who opened the door to us and then served at the bar all day Was less than pleasant. She was quite snarky and rude to multiple people in our group. Had a really sour look on her face all day, not very hospitable at all.

Had a casual birthday dinner with family and they were very accommodating with numbers and table and the food was great. The pasta marinara is so good and the amount of seafood in the pasta is awesome. Great value for money and would highly recommend as they have a great new menu!

Great venue for a family night out. Large plates, kids meals and pensioner meals. They have a fav play area for the kids. Plenty of seating for the whole family and the service is matched with the friendly welcoming faces and service. You can even try your luck in the gaming area if so inclined. Check out there nightly specials for a bargain or grab yourself a nice cooked to order steak.

Great food, fun playground, facilities were spotless.
The coffee needs to be streamlined, we had to have ours remade as they were sitting at service waiting to be delivered to table and went cold.
Second visit, coffee was brilliant!
Seafood platter was loaded with salad and sparingly with seafood.

Great day out for lunch with family and friends. Food not given 5 stars as the battered fish I ordered was very oily and greasy and way too much batter on it.
Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great.

Four years ago, I had my initial dinner experience here in Australia. Presently, I have repeated that enjoyable experience once more. To be honest, I anticipate doing it repeatedly as I am deeply enamored with this place, specifically its atmosphere, service, and cuisine.

Food is what you pay for would eat it again some of the regular staff are excellent but the free Friday night face painting has ruined my experience for some one who is meant to deal with kids has done nothing but been rude and aggressive to kids over poor placement of her equipment children sat still and she was still making them uncomfortable the kids were smart enough to line up and she would pick kids who came last and complain about designs. I'd witnessed 4 parents watching unhappy and walked past 2 table complaining I would not recommend coming here for that feature it's a horrible experience.

Excellent family friendly venue. Good pub food, friendly staff and extensive kids menu. My 5yo was very happy with her steak. Playground is incredible.

Drink order from QR code took 40 min to get to table and my niece ordered the steak for $46 and had to send it back twice, first time for not being rare and the next time for being blue and coming with salad and not veggies. Thankfully the refunded her money and offered to cook one for free but the rest of the table had finished eating by then and the kids were getting restless and we decided to leave

Despite bringing to staff’s attention (by 3 individuals ) that the female toilets were absolutely disgusting nothing was done when we left 4 hours later. Air conditioning was blowing right on table & on requesting the vents to be altered, it was turned off.
Food was great. Service staff on ordering & delivering meals appeared disinterested and unhappy to be working.

Attended edwards lake hotel last night for dinner the staff were lovely and attentive , food was pretty good, reasonably priced and kids meals came out very quickly. They have an awesome kids play area which meant the grown up could actually sit and eat in peace.
