Worst service. very disappointed been waiting for 1.5h for food half of the table got there food other half still hasn’t received anything. And all the staff are in another world and don’t know what’s going on .

The venue isn't that glam, but it's what you can expect from a standard small venue. Pretty crowded at times. With good enough space to go around

The food was really good at a club restaurant setting and of course the classic screaming kids haha. The food is well worth it though and the ox tongue is a must.

The food here is great quality at reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Try grilled Ox tongue and the calamari. Everything is great. Always busy so there's wait times.

Thai/lao food was good overall. Sweet and sour pork was nice. Steak was average but gravy was terrible. Deep fried ice cream was also terrible - we were disappointed that we ordered 4 of them at $17 and they all had undercooked pastry.

Some of the managers have caused toxic work environment, which has affected customer service in a negative way. Standards have dropped. Head-office favour certain staff looks like. Staff not treated well there. Don’t blame them. Casual staff/other employees deserve better.

Review for Longs Kitchen:
Had lunch here on a Monday and ate in. Was relatively quiet.
Ordered Pad Thai and Green Curry.
Green curry was good and balanced but the pad thai was overly tangy (too much tomato sauce?).
Very well sized for $18 meals. Two dishes can easily feed a family of 3.
Service was lacking.

Takeaway containers also changed.

Restaurant is combined with the hotel. Food came out quick. But that's possibly cause we were here early. Ordered salt pepper squid, salty fish fried rice, ox tongue and beef salad. Overall they were well cooked, delicious. Ox tongue is abit thick and chewy.

Quick service and large servings. Enjoyable atmosphere, large dining area...need to book as its gets very busy

Possibly the worst Chinese food we have ever had.
We got take-away, had to wait 45 mins to get it.
Ordered Satay chicken, 25 mins after ordering they say they have run out of chicken, so changed to king prawns.
Also ordered Mongolian Beef.
Got home to eat and the food had this strange sweet taste.
Satay was definitely just curry.
No peanut taste whatsoever.
The Mongolian was a joke.
Definitely not the usual Mongolian taste and no heat.
Boiled rice was nice.
That is the only thing we finished.
Still have a half a container each that was not worth eating left over of the main meals that will be binned.
We will never buy from here again.
Cost was $62 for two main meals and two boiled rice.
We were desperate because our usual Chinese place is closed on Sunday’s and we had a craving, we should have just had Macca’s.

Nice clean pub with good selection of booze on tap. The food is more Asian with bar staples as well such as chicken schnitzel and steaks with chips.

It was a packed night when we visited. Our food took about an hour to get, and they forgot one of my mates meals. The food was great but the service could be better.

if you get in before the dinner crowd for Lao/Thai, yeah mad feed. 4/5
With the $30 T-bone steak it's all size and thickness, no quality to the steak at all. It's total sadness. Had sore gum next few days.
I don't know how I feel about getting two serving of chips. Cold ones on my plate and fresh ones on the side when they both came out the same time.

Great pub, visit here regularly. The food is great, big portions. Mostly Asian food, although it also has pub food. Highly recommend the sizzling steak. Just be mindful of the busy days (especially Sundays) book and expect a little delay. The staff is so nice.

Food is killer.. always packed “cash only” but they have a eftpos machine you can persuade them to let you use as atm fees are around $3

Food is great value, fresh and tasty.
I just can't cope these days with businesses that " we charge you extra 2% for using card" " we charge you $2 extra for sauce" " we charge 50 cents for every takeaway container" etc etc. Isn't $117 order enough to cover it??? Why can't they incorporate it into the pricing.
One day I might just say, "yeah nah...... don't worry"

Food is good, big portions and value for money. Outside and indoor seating. Gets busy at dinnertime on the weekends, so book ahead for big groups. The service and timeliness of the dishes are the biggest let down. It takes ages for the food to come and it's one dish at a time. I've been at least half a dozen times and the experience has always been the same. Last Saturday, our group of 9 a rrived around 11.40 to find plenty of seats. We ordered at 12 and were probably one of the first big groups for lunch. There was one other group of 4 who ordered before us. At 12.20, the rice and papaya salad arrived. We then waited another 15 minutes for the next dish, the fried barramundi with tamarind . We were still waiting for our steak, mussels, soft shell crab and vermicelli, fried rice, and ox tongue. We got really annoyed that other tables who ordered after us (there were only 2 seated tables when we ordered )were getting the same dishes before us and went to complain. Their excuse was the steak takes a while....yeah it does when you don't cook things when it is ordered. By 1pm we had received all our food. Luckily the kids ate rice and fish before they had a complete melt down. Would like to go back more often but their service is so poor, I need a break between visits. At least the food is good.

Food here is pretty good for the price & portion !
My favourite was probably the soft shell crab with noodles and the mango salad fish.
Definitely get the soju jug here! It’s pretty cheap for $27.
Overall 8/10 !

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Quick service, spacious dining area, large tables & seldom crowded. Highly recommend, especially if you like seafood. They also have non seafood dishes.
This resto is the place to go for our family when we crave fried fish with green mango topping. Last time we were there, we also ordered soft shell crabs with angel noodles, mussels in oyster sauce, stir-fried vegies & rice.
The portions were huge & would cost much more elsewhere. We were 5 & had to pack some food home. We ended up paying $28 per person. Can't beat that.

Delicious food and choices range from Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese. Along with basic pub dishes. Served in pretty big portion.
Service quick and moderately nice.

Bistros/pub style restaurant thai and Chinese foods. Wasabi beef are very nice and deep fry barramundi top with green mangoes or with tamarind sauce are very nice highly recommend that. Credit card 💳 terminal not working and the next terminal work but cashier not eager to use the working terminal for our payment and make us pay it in cash and the bill it almost $300

All deep fried meals were so oily with strange taste. They served steak with terribly bad chips, probably fried hours earlier. They tried to serve the salad after we finished our meals (the ones we could eat). The highlight was the steamed rice only
