We were very impressed with the customer service from moment we walked in the door. Very attentive and double checked when we mentioned a food allergy.
Food was reasonably priced with a decent variety to cater to everyone's tastes.
A half sized schnitzel was still a good sized meal, I don't think we could have finnished a full sized.
Staff checked on us enough to be attentive and not enough to be annoying.
Only down size was a customer didn't turn their alarm or phone off and it kept going off.
Light casual music plays in background. Well spaced out seats so you don't feel like ur on top of each other.
We will visit again. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff working at lunch. You made out delicious meal all that much better

Went into this venue tonight at 4am had about 15 dollars in coins
$2,50c 20c
The lovely gentleman working (didn’t get his name) was more than happy to accommodate to me & had great customer service
Yet Kylie said “no way she can keep it” to changing some coins at 4:15am $5 worth of 50c coins

Went here for lunch with my cousin after another place was booked out used to eat here all the time but the menu has shrunk a LOT but it's actually the service that's the real let down we were five mins early for lunch service so we ordered drinks and asked the girl if we could put our order in early just to get it out the way didn't expect to be served earlier she asked the chef he said yea no worries then another woman came over and told the girl "no you haven't started go " and proceeded to wave her off (even after she had served us drinks) then she was blunt and rude when we asked questions about the food and were ordering and said "kitchens not open yet so it's not going to happen till 12" which was fine but 1 there's a nicer tone and way to say things and 2 we weren't expecting special treatment. Anyway won't ever be back.

Went for a feed, this particular pub is never busy so I never worry about booking when attending. On this particular occasion when going there was different managers running the night and I was able to tell she wasn’t very professional and confident due to this break in the system, the body guard was not doing his role and smoking in his car “relaxing” workers on the floor were rude and slow with service. I was never offered table bread and the whole night was spent on staff focused attention on a birthday party $$$ staff weren’t checking on any others in the room and when it came to wanting simple takeaway containers or to ask for it waited 15minutes in a quiet room before being attended to. Had a chat with the apparent manager who couldn’t handle the situation appropriately but instead put blame on customers for not standing up and being simply assertive themselves to stand up and get a container if that was why we were upset ? Never heard of a pub/restaurant make this as a new rule. All thanks to Lucas and he should be paid more for what he does in that place! As well great service, excellent customer service and professional support dealing with customer needs/questions

Tried the squid schnitzel ( with eggs benny ) it was really good.
Service was fast.

There is a particular waitress with brown hair with highlights and in a pony tail (sorry I don't know her name) and she is absolutely lovely, you won't miss her because her energy is awesome. Always friendly, cheerful, polite and just all round amazing. Her smile and hospitality will brighten up your day/experience. Keep up the amazing work Lovely, you have made my day many times and I hope you get the credit you deserve 🥰😊

The food my mates and I got served was an absolute disgrace. Looked like the chicken wings had been left in the snow and I’ve chipped my tooth on the chicken pieces cause they were ridiculously too crunchy. The schnitzel I had was absolutely horrendous. Worst possible dinner I’ve ever had. Won’t be seen near this place again

Terrific service! The staff are so bubbly and welcoming, Candice and Kerry always have a smile on their face and ask how you are, its heart-warming and such a positive vibe! Lovely food. Will definitely be back again!

Snitzel are their thing, plenty of toppings to choose from. Reasonable prices. Indoor kids play room. Friendly staff.

Quick service lovely food . My kids love the playground. My partner loved his steak and the pepper gravy was amazing.

Playground is awesome for keeping the kids entertained.
If you want good service make sure you go see Lachlan while you are there…super friendly, great customer service skills, very relatable & great sense of humour and very helpful…absolutely awesome bloke

Naomi, Gaming Manager was friendly with a great smile. I felt welcome until entering Front Bar to order my meal. Young female serving needs training from Naomi. Advertising as the House of Snitzel, I was a little disappointed. Beef Snitzel looked good but was tough and tastless. Salad bar & hot serve was very good.

My experience wasn’t the best. I was in line waiting to be served for a very long time. That given tho I wasn’t waiting too long for my Schnitzel and then after cutting into it on my first bit I found hair in my topping. So not the best experience.

If your looking for a quiet spot to eat out. The Eureka is the spot to go. The food is always top notch and always great staff on hand. The service is amazing and will continue to come to the Eureka for as long as I can.

House of schnitzel and it is! So many toppings to choose from! Chicken schnitzel with AB topping hit the spot perfectly with crispy coating and juicy Chicken. 100% will be back.

Has lunch today at Eureka hotel. Very disappointed with new Menu. Very limited choices now. Smaller serves and not even a bread roll now. Bangers and mash had virtually no flavour. Bring back the old menu please. Have been a regular but will be looking for a new regular now.

Had a great time at Eureka Tavern, staff are friendly and had the best Schnitzel ever. Best thing there's a playground for the kids to play so adults had a great time coz kids didn't get bored.. Days on and we still can't get over how nice our food was. Thank you Eureka Tavern. Definitely gonna come back again.

Great schnitzel menu with choice of 11 toppings and 6 sauces. Tuesday and Wednesday special of 25% off with table top tap, order and pay. Sparkling wine $6.50 and pints of pale ale $7.00.
Friendly service. Quiet bistro with plenty of parking next to the Salisbury station.

Five children out for dinner is never easy but the staff were amazing and we all felt welcomed and appreciated. Food was delicious, on time and fair priced. We are coming back for sure. This ain’t Texas but the Ginger Beer imperials were massive 🤙

Fabulous HUGE Schnitzels, service and value for money. Recommended taking up the Sunday $60 2 Schnitzel, 2 kids meals & soft drink jug! Happy family of 11!

Eureka Tavern is very well-named: We have found a winner, after having been disappointed by a couple of other eateries in Salisbury.
The venue is comfortable & accessible, the staff pleasant & the meals we had - Beef Schnitzel Supreme & House Pies - were excellent. It all made for a very pleasant lunch.

Average food. Large choice of schnitzel toppings was good but some of our groups toppings were a bit dry. Sweet potato chips were soggy but delicious.
