What can I say . Had the Holy Guacamole Parmigiana, that would have to be one of the most flavoursome parmigiana s I have ever had, my wife had the traditional parmigiana and our nephew had the 500g Rump . The meals were delicious and the service was excellent. As Molley Meldrum would say “ Do yourself a favour “ 👍

Went there as a last minute decision and what a great choice it was. The food the service and the atmosphere was spot on . Very friendly staff and the food was superb. The way it was cooked and the presentation was first class. Second to none . First time there and now will stop looking for a regular eating place as this is it. Do yourself a favour and give it a try and I guarantee you will become a regular there. Friendly service ,fair prices superb cooking and presentation by the cheff who was working sunday a/noon 25/2 . The total package was 5 star without a doubt. It was a treat to finally enjoy a great meal without the disappointment so often encountered at other places. A special thank you from us all . See you again soon.

We had lunch with a group of 18 friends on Sunday. We booked tables in advance.
Upon arrival went to bar and asked what stout or dark ale they had, they had nothing. Asked for Great Northern which there was a tap for, but that wasn't available either. Selected something else on tap.
Each couple went up and ordered their meals. While ordering ours, the waitress hit cash and not credit. Apparently they can't cancel or change it, so we had to scramble to find cash to pay.
The meals did not come out in ordered fashion. The first order placed, had 1 meal arrive and the 2nd meal didn't come out until almost the end of all orders. It was a burger, nothing fancy.
A lamb salad which nobody ordered came out. When we said it wasn't ours the waitress advised that it was. She went to kitchen went through all dockets and came back out with it, told us 1 of the 3 guys ordered it. We said we didn't. She then tried to give it to a lady at our table who ordered a warm roast salad with prawns. She basically told her she ordered the wrong thing. The lady pointed out she has food allergies and would never have ordered it. Waitress gave in and finally bought warm roast salad back and said are you happy now, got everything you ordered. The waitress was very condescending. To finish it off the roast pumpkin in the salad was more mash than roast pieces.
We are all disappointed that we spent approximately $700 in total, that Falvey Hotel did not deserve.
We will not be returning.

Today we went to meet family for a Christmas lunch. We went to sit in the corner next to the rest rooms to escape the heat of outside. After about 10 minutes we all start sweating and my 4 month old daughter starts freaking out because she is too hot. One of our family members went and complained to the staff at the bar about the air con not working and it being way to hot inside. The staff at the bar replied with saying that they had to have the bar window open, to be open for the public. Even though no one was sitting outside because it was 37° today. After this, the side doors were closed which I believe would have made a significant difference to the inside temperature if they were closed at the beginning of the day. In attempt to cool my baby off, I had to take all of her clothes off and press a cold pack to her back, while attempting to breastfeed her. I then took her into the gaming lounge to cool off and calm down in the air con, which did finally settle her. This was obviously not ideal.
To be honest I do not see myself returning and am quite embarrassed and stressed out by the whole experience. My baby could have suffered some serious consequences from being in the heat of this restaurant. It should be quite simple to keep an establishment of this status cool and comfortable for its patrons.

They need to get with the times and allow dogs in the outdoor seating area or at least allocate an outdoor area for them. There is NO LAW IN AUSTRALIA (feel free to check!!) that says it's a health and safety issue that dogs are not allowed to be in business premises unless it's a FOOD PREPARATION AREA where even service dogs are not allowed to go. This is different to a FOOD SERVICE AREA as I've eaten in many outdoor seating areas with my dog so the food service area is not the issue. It has always been and still is UP TO THE BUSINESS OWNER TO ALLOW DOGS ON THEIR PREMISES. My dog helps me access the community and I have a doctors letter stating this so I am sick to death of being asked to leave business premises because I need my dog with me due to my ptsd and mental health issues.

The food was good and served quickly, although we were the first people here. The service was quick and about how you'd expect for a Saturday, however the flies here were unbearable. As much as I understand flies aren't really something you can control it did ruin the experience a bit to be constantly waving them away from the food. Drinks are a bit pricey.

The dining (lunch time) area was very warm, lots of flies, served by male with the attitude of ' I don't want to be here'. There were around 12 people in the whole dining room. The salt and pepper shaker metal tops were very rusted and flaking (on nearly all close by tables) the meal was fine, but salad (different green leaves) were covered in some dressing that tasted off. Not the best of experiences. Shall not be returning.

Service was friendly and fast. Food was really tasty I loved the vegetarian options! Drinks are reasonably priced. Overall it is a really lovely restaurant with a gorgeous style.

Second time here. Food was nothing special. Steak was ordered med/rare. But there was no medium it was all RARE.

Really impressed and full from our meals, they were lovely, thankyou ☺️ However the plates from our table table were never cleared. When the waitperson gave us our mains, they could've taken the dirty plates away, but they were left on our table making it uncomfortable and cramped at the table.

Nice new open light setting. Has great outdoor area under large pergola. Good for events and corporate lunches. Great food and atmosphere good. Outside and inside bar.

My son took me here for my birthday lunch. Food was great. Excellent service. Very nice cosy atmosphere 👌

Meals were good, large portion size, prepared well. Drinks were ice cold. Really good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love going to favleys . My family and I always get the share platter with the ribs as a special occassion dinner and it's always deliscous, but unfortunately last night's meal felt like it was going through shrinkflation with regards to the sides . I know it isn't much, but when I got my meal tonight the sides were enough for one person, not to share between 2 or more. Quite disappointing.

Last night, was the first and LAST time we went to dinner. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming. However, when our food finally arrived after an hour, my whiting was cold and my son's cheeseburger patty was still raw. Management were so rude and completely dismissed me and told me that they wouldn't recook my food and that next time I should order something different. I was completely shocked and my family and I will not be returning.. Such a disappointment after being recommended to go.

I love eating at Falvey's. It has become my favourite restaurant because the food quality is incredible. It doesn't matter what you pick off the menu, it's superb.

Honestly has suprisingly good food with a great range. Prices are pretty good and the outside and inside seating areas have a good atmosphere!

Food was really quick, despite us having a large group, food was also really tasty and reasonably priced. The garlic bread is a meal in itself - fyi

Food was good and generous portions, the staff are mostly friendly and accommodating. However I requested my steak medium/rare and I basically got well done. That was my only issue with my visit there. Not a fan of well done steak...

Falveys is a great place to catch up with mates or family with lots of different areas to cater your interests. However, the food.. I have been here multiple times and the food is always below average and overpriced. Today I ordered the Japanese style fish burger - the overly thick fish patty was extremely dry and honestly inedible, lacking flavour. I couldn’t finish it. The chips always look great but they lack flavour and are never crispy.
Staff are great so I guess just go for drinks and entertainment.

Drinks service was lovely but the lady taking food was awful, ignored me then had a bad attitude because I had interrupted her conversation then was blatantly rude while I was trying to order. Had our drinks and left without having food

Definitely had to share this place, from the delicious food, friendly service and atmosphere, indoor and outdoor dining 👌8mins drive from home, and our first time dining in a week ago, hubby and I had the shared platter of Ribs was by far the best we have had and also for the cost of it 💯 had to bring the family in on new years eve and again we were not disappointed esp our family from NZ could not rave on about the food. Your staff are so welcoming and service with a smile, so thank you Falvey Hotel for an outstanding experience 💯

Charlotte looked after our group with a smile and was happy to accommodate us and moved to another area of the dining room.
The meals were substantial and satisfying.
The venue was lovely fresh and air-conditioned.
Brian looked after us with drinks from the Bar and Cafe

Caution to diners with allergies - the staff can’t swap sides out, they can only remove them from your plate and then charge you $10 for a full side. The staff also make errors, then put the issue back onto you to have to then pay additional money for the rectification. Very poor service, and oddly rigid for a local pub.
The cheesy garlic bread was rather delicious, I’ll give it that! The beef cheek was tender, but lacking in taste and the usual density one would expect from such a dish. Food was overall decent.

Absolute piss poor customer service especially from management. Already in to receive a refund for a 460g parmi they tried to pass off for their “900g mega parmi” that the chef Karen alleges is only an average. Allowed them to try to redeem themselves and get served half a coleslaw as part of my bruschetta which Chef Karen claims is a garnish however is half the meal, ask to speak to her and she hurls abuse and refused to fix the issue. Review the footage!!!
The bistro staff were more than hospitable however management are argumentative when it comes to resolving anything.

Absolutely love this place . Great selection on the menu. Large portions for a reasonable price. Food is delicious. Plenty of seating inside and out. Only down fall is the garden bar isn’t dog friendly but that won’t turn me off returning again and again.
