Wish I could rate this place higher! Great vibes, super friendly staff and good price / food ratio. This is THE place to go for a relaxed pub feed and great selection of beers 👌

Walked in at 11:45am and no one behind the bar. Waiting for over 5mins. I guessing the mgr walked put to say hi and that someone will be with us shortly. My husband order the ribs and chose his sides he wanted. The lady serving us it doesn't come with sides but writing on the specials board that said pork ribs (with sides). I ordered the scallop risotto, sat down with my family. About 5 mins later the lady tells me that they have run out and will have to change my order. I honestly wanted to walk out

Visited for dinner whilst holidaying in Toowoomba. The meals were great for the value and staff friendly, good service.

Unfortunately a case of management trying to put too many people into their venue compared to what they actually can cater for consequently kitchen staff are pushed past there capacity, the meals took over an hour to arrive at the table & then wasn't what was ordered very disappointing

Typical friendly country pub except with gaming machines and liquor barn and drive thru. Good meal size and tasty. Amazing views from the dining area

This is always a great venue to visit. The meals are huge and a great value for money. They were absolutely lovely and the steaks were cooked perfectly. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. We had a large group for lunch and when a few extra attendees arrived, staff assisted to bring out another table. The service was brilliant and even came out offering take away containers for those of us who couldn’t finish our meals. There was a live band playing with gave it a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. A Great pub for meals, pokies or just calling in for a drink in the bar.

The meals speak for themselves.. Absolutely bloody awesome.. Definitely needs a pool table and a stage for some live music would take The Stock Hotel's atmosphere to the next level..

Stop for a meal today at The Stock Hotel.
Firstly front of house was awesome 👌 it's a shame the food didn't match the service my meal had no taste and a total of 7 prawns My wifes sides were cold.
But the one thing I did notice was a elderly couple complaining about the swearing coming from the kitchen by a female staff member so overall not a great experience.

Really nice venue, friendly wait and bar staff. The food however was bitterly disappointing. Two steaks, rump was cooked to order but very rare and the Rib fillet was clearly pre sealed and reheated and was severely undercooked. Very disappointing given how much it was to be so poor. Would recommend if your going for a beer in a nice pub but wouldn’t waste your time or money on the food

Please do not bother. I ordered a pork belly salad which when it arrived was 90 percent fat and the oil from cooking it was all through my salad which meant it was inedible. Spoke to the chef who responded, we have no control over how much fat is in the pork belly but we could have done better regarding the excess oil. I was offered a dessert. I hadn’t even had a main meal yet. No offer of a refund. Manager was just as hopeless. When you spent money to eat, you really should not be leaving hungry. Absolutely zero for problem solving and an extra zero for customer service. We will definitely not be back.

Nice setting , cold beer and large menu. Food good value and a nice feed.. Nice front deck to watch the world go by... Off street parking and locals and staff are friendly.. However since change of ownership the place has lost its vibe, Staff don't seem happy and only a few engaged with patrons.. Service in front bar has gone backwards.. I waited five minutes tonight to put keno on only to be told by staff that he was counting money and I should use keno machine or go to back bar .... If you keep this up you won't have much money to count....

Mate, the Stock Hotel Tbar was an absolute ripper for our group dinner and drinks! Fair dinkum, the atmosphere was tops, and the staff were legends. The tucker was spot on, and the bevvy selection had us spoilt for choice. Five stars, no worries! We'll be back for another round, no doubt about it.

I haven't been to the Stock since the refit and change of ownership. Worth a revisit. The rough front bar was always amusing to drink in but it's now been considerably gentrified and attracts a different clientele.
Food - As expected without being stellar. Bruschetta for starters, chicken schnitzel and Wagyu rump for mains. The balance of topping on the bruschetta was very nice - everything worked without something being overpowering.
I didn't get too many comments from my wife about her schnitzel apart from mumbling "it's good". My steak was ordered medium rare (and arrived as medium rare) - but didn't have a great texture - problem appeared to be with the product and not the kitchen. Not exclusive to this outlet - sadly it's difficult to get a good quality steak in Toowoomba at a pub.
The chips had some kind of batter on them and were certainly pleasantly crunchy. Salad - what is it with honey mustard dressing everywhere you go these days? Drink pricing was very reasonable with a good range on tap.
Service - Good without being outstanding.
Atmosphere - I love the refit - very open planned and quite enjoyable to experience a meal.

I have been here several times for a meal and in my opinion it’s one of the best pubs to go to in town for a meal. Size, quality and affordability are all good.

Food was cold when served (chips cold). My steak I ordered medium rare but it was medium. I wouldve ask for another but I had to wait for this steak for 50mins due to a party that was booked on the premises. Also I've been to this place numerous time but its been a while and since then they have reduce the size of the plates for the same price menu. Overall, very disappointed. Now wouldn't recommend. Will pass this on to my clients as well. Overall 1⭐️, Staff 3⭐️

Fantastic night at The Stock!! The beer was cold, the meals were delicious and brought out to us in a timely manner and the service was great. We had the chicken schnitzel, Cajun chicken burger, tropical parmigiana and the lasagne, all the meals were definitely "pub size" meals. We could not fault anythingabout the evening. Love the new look Stock and will definitely be going again.

Family dinner there tonight. Some of us first time visit, some haven't been since renos and new owners. Would love to give a huge shout out to staff member Bella. She was very accommodating and polite right from our initial last minute phone call to personally grabbing the kiddies ice creams. She was the number 1 reason we will be back.

Falvey's Stock Hotel had a delicious and decent sized feed! My steak sandwich was super yummy, and everything was nice and fresh. We happened to be there while there was wrestling on the big screen, so your staff were quite busy, but still polite and happy to assist when required. Thank you ♡

Don't worry about ordering and paying for food as only part of the tables order arrives or on our latest occasion none of the food.
27 March 2024 we had a 18th birthday celebration for our son and 4 of the table meals didn't arrive until we had to speak with the staff. over an hour for a kid's chicken nuggets after the adult meals were served for an example.
10 May 2024 returned thinking it was a one off.
Arrived at 12:30pm enjoyed some drinks and ordered 4 mains around 1:20pm. 2:20pm no food had arrived whilst watching everyone else's food served and them leaving after eating.
The staff were all focused on cleaning and getting ready for dinner service. Our money was refunded on request for the meals as "order was never sent to the kitchen".
It further speaks volumes that you don't respond to any reviews.
