We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. The staff were excellent. It was all set up nicely and we didn't have to race of afterwards ,we were able to sit and have a coffee or what ever we wanted to drink. Highly recommend 👌

We are over the moon on how beautiful Sam’s exceptional customer service is! She goes over and beyond putting smiles on our face. 😊 It was our first time dining in at First and Last, it definitely wont be the last! Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is the last time we will be eating at this venue. We used to be regular diners but this is the third bad meal we have had and won’t be back. Look at the image of a $28 Parma—- not real but rolled chicken and wilted salad. Cheap ham, cheap sauce and cheap cheese resulting in no taste.

This one of the parmas I have eaten on Sydney Rd. Go through the door opposite the BWS. Will be coming back for the $2 garlic bread.

The staff here were excellent - they made us feel very welcome and provided great service. The food is good quality pub fare, nothing fancy but good quality. The atmosphere is nice and the kids playground is excellent. We will definitely be back - a perfect spot for families.

The food was mediocre, food portions were pretty good, OK quality but a little overpriced for what it is.
Quite a few menu items missing, everything from mussels, to pasta, to canneloni, to juice, to cider.
The table was so sticky I felt uncomfortable putting my phone on it.
All things considered, I won't be back again.

The customer service was nice , the food was ok .they took a little while to served even though we were the only couple on the restaurant at the moment. It was fare price overall,Also my husband enjoyed the chicken parmigiana.

Shout out to Sammy for being amazing during our family's memorial. Thank you for helping my Aunt down the stairs and helping her anxiety about falling - so kind!! She was incredible managing things in the initial craziness. The room was lovely and nice food. Thank you!

Sam was a fantastic host for our event on Sat night. She was very welcoming and friendly to everyone and very accommodating with any of our requests. She made our night more relaxing and very enjoyable. Will definitely use that venue again.

On behalf of the North Coburg Rebels Baseball Club we would like to thank the staff for making our function the best yet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy, Shaey and Aabesh, and they were friendly and accommodating. As were all of the other staff members who helped on the night.

My friend and I needed a last minute dinner on Good Friday and stumbled across this pub by coincidence. We were incredibly impressed by the delicious, fresh food that was full of flavour and nice and hot. The staff were also incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back again. Compliments to the chef!!

I come back to the Sports Bar purely for Michael.
This man understands 5 star service. His friendly & fast service + positive attitude make for a great time at the First & Last Hotel. Thanks for being a great human Michael

Had the parma a couple of times here now. For 18 bucks, can't go past it. Pub fare done well, especially for the price. Added a mushroom sauce the second time which was good. Pints are pretty affordable here too, at about 13 a pop. Only downside is about half or more of the venue is covered in pokies and other gambling stuff.

Great atmosphere, great food and friendly staff make us come back here often. Very kid friendly with their play area keeping the kids occupied.

Clean outside and in.
Menu was reasonable, not a lot of choice, but most categories were covered.
Chef's Special was an absolute joke. Why? Because they had run out.
It's the Chef's special, order enough, as you are trying to promote this over anything else. Run out of it, and you're telling patrons that you have no business sense.
Increase the menu a little and thus could have been a great review instead of just a review.

As a local, this pub would have to be one of my favourites. Food has always been so good. The service was exceptionally commendable. Haven’t been served by EJ in ages but he still remembers my usual food and he’s still attentive.
