What a place. Magnificent meals. Great beer choices. Friendly staff.
Went on a Sunday, plenty of people in the garden and some live music too. Played at the right volume. It’s got a real family feel and plenty of people know each other.
Dogs are welcome and everyone loves the puppies.
Meals are huge and bigger than most can eat.

We felt like we had arrived in an old English pub. The dark woody tones, exposed beams and private booths gave a sense of warmth and comfort... The meals were the real deal.. and huge...no skimping here. We had Rogan Josh and Cod with a scoop of mashed beans and chips. The curry was made using real spice ingredients from scratch 👌
The staff are friendly and the clientele were chill.
My only neg critique is that we can't book for a larger gathering as it's first in first served AND the burger wasn't as large as its fellow menu buddies.
This pub is absolutely gorgeous and delightful 😊

Visited here on the weekend for my first time for a birthday. Such a great little quirky venue, with very friendly and quick service (especially for how busy they were). The atmosphere was really great in the beer garden with some chilled live music. The food was so good! Huge servings and amazing flavours. Looking forward to get back and try more from their menu as my mouth is watering just thinking about it. 🤤

Very enjoyable pubby experience. Proper beers, wide range of food, enormous portions.
Fast and friendly bar service. Decent wine list.
Prices good value.
Beer garden looked good for a warmer evening.

This pub has a great atmosphere, NO pokies and lovely ambience.
The food is a cut above the usual pub feed with a few different things on the menu.
Service is very good and a good selection of beers available. Well worth a visit and would recommend!

This is such a great pub. We went on a sunny Saturday lunch and it was busy but we managed to enjoy the beer garden over a pint or two of bitter.
Really chilled and genuinely friendly staff.
The menu is varied…. Typical English pub grub, but done really well. The Yorkshire Pudding was sensational.
I only wish they did breaded Scampi with chips and peas…..then I’d really feel lI was in England!
It looks, feels, sounds and tastes like a proper English pub.

This is one of the best pubs in Adelaide. A great experience of an English pub and my English in laws love it too. The food is absolutely amazing, particularly the pies. Wonderful outdoor seating for a warm Sunday afternoon and cosy interior when it's cold and rainy. The staff are so friendly. I've never had a bad experience here in the 20 years I've been going there.

this is by far the greatest man-made establishment that has ever graced this earth. the only down side is that it isn’t open 24/7.

The menu is a touch more expensive than other pubs but it's absolutely worth it. Epic sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding, great pies, good fish n chips and all very sizeable portions. The desserts were tasty as well. They don't have menus so take a photo of the chalk board.

The best food, good serves, english beer. Lovely friendly people, you would almost think you were back in England.
Great atmosphere. If you don't try it, your a Muppet 😆. Seriously I have yet to have a bad meal in 8 months of going.

The atmosphere was nice. The pub was warm on a cold day and the booths were cosy. Unfortunately the pub was let down by its food.
When three quarters of your plate is chips then you’d hope the chips wouldn’t be limp and greasy. The trio of pies was nice but not worth $38 on their own when you consider that the chips were almost inedible.

The atmosphere, food and beer was fantastic! As soon as I walked inside I was reminded of being home in Yorkshire, UK. I’ve lived in Adelaide for a while so not sure why it took so long for me to visit, but I will be back again and again! Amazing staff and music too :)

Sunday lunch in Autumn...absolutely brilliant! Everything you're looking for in a pub! Definitely coming back to try the other delicious dishes on the menu. A must for locals and a great place to bring visitors. Well done to everyone at the Fox and Firkin@

Seriously this is probably one of the best pubs I have been to in Adelaide. They have pretty great range of English beers with some amazing views. The outdoor are is great especially if you want to bring your dog for a beer and a meal. The inside of the bar is absolutely amazing, it is so warm and welcoming, full of coasters attached to the ceiling and soccer jumpers and scarves. The food here is absolutely delicious, everyone on our table had no complaints about their food. It is a bit expensive for pub food but honestly it is one of the best. I highly recommend you come and check out this place.

Outstanding British Pub Fare. All the classics are here.
Roast Lamb with Yorkshire Pudding was what I had and it exceeded expectations.
Shared a Chip Butty with Curry Sauce. That curry sauce was sooo English and so good. 😂

My English fiancé was told to go to this pub if he ever missed home - well it delivered. First thing he said when he walked in the doors was “it smells like home” he was like a little kid for the time we were there and couldn’t wipe the smile off his face. Atmosphere was great! We went on a Friday night - 45,50 min wait on food and no tables free, but it was such an English authentic style pub that none of that mattered. By the time we sat anywhere we could for a drink a table came available to eat. Unbelievable food 10/10 - real hearty, soul warming food at an affordable price due to the large serving sizes! A great time of reconnecting and definitely will be going back and bringing more Adelaide locals with us!

Like heaven on earth 🌍 impeccable service, outstanding food and even better beer. Ive just recently moved my family over from Queensland to enjoy such a great place. 10/10

I've never been to UK but I am of the strong belief that the Fox & Firkin absolutely nails the authentic UK pub vibe. The cuisine and beers combined with the historic building (that was once a flour mill built in the 1800s) really makes you feel like you've stepped into the English countrysides local. Food was fantastic, notable mention for the kids meals. Loved it and will be returning... regularly.

Have lived in the area for many years, always drove past lol, but today I went for lunch and it was amazing, loved the atmosphere and the amazing menu

Had a brilliant first time here. Food was great. The price was a bit steep but the quality and portion made up for it. Inside it felt cozy and quite unique. The dynamic menu was a cool concept as well.

Great selection of Beers. But thats about all it has. Food was dissapointing especially the chips tasted like they had been reheated from the day before. Unfortunately our visit was not enjoyable. If you are looking for somewhere to try a large selection of different beers and dont mind alot of noise this is the place to go.

We loved the trio of pies! The chicken schnitzel was also good and cooked to the perfect crispness. I'm not sure what's in the Firkin Special Gravy but boy, is it delicious and different!
The menu is on a blackboard by the bar.
The atmosphere is really neat with all the English memorabilia. However, it can get quite noisy inside. There is outdoor seating for nice days!

Going to the Fox and Firkin is like stepping off the street and into an authentic London pub. The atmosphere is cosy with the walls and rafters festooned in all sorts of English pub paraphernalia. The meals were HUGE and to be honest would probably serve two for most people. There was plenty of choice of drinks, and some great choices of beers on tap, including Guinness.
Be aware that table bookings are not available so you may have to get there early or be prepared to wait.

English roast beef at its best, amazing flavours and a yorkie to die for.
Very quick service surprisingly as was busy.
