About Gladstone Park Hotel
Laid-back hotel offering simple rooms, as well as a lively sports bar, a gastropub & a restaurant. Off Tullamarine Freeway and across the street from Gladstone Park Shopping Centre, this informal hotel is 3 km from Melbourne Airport and 10 km from Brimbank Park. Modest rooms with carpeted floors feature cable TV and en suite bathrooms. We stayed the night before flying out next day. Room was clean and basic. Had dinner in restaurant. Absolutely beautiful. Very attentive staff.

We stayed for a night. The hot water took 5 minutes to work its way through. We were there on Australia day. There was loud music from the bar till the early hours. The bed was probably the biggest disappointment. It was like sleeping on a stack of bricks. The room itself was clean but very basic. To sum up, I will not be back.

Went there to dine. The restaurant was extremely noisy so unless you can bellow louder than people near you , being heard would be impossible. Great place to meet mates for a drink but not a great place for sitting down for a quiet meal.

We had lunch here on the 16th of March. The staff were friendly and very professional, great table service and a nice atmosphere to enjoy our lunch.
The food was top quality and the meals were well presented. If you want quality food, great service and a nice setting this is the place to go. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Gladstone Park hotel for making our lunch a very special one, we will definitely be back.

We attended a private function over the weekend, and it was honestly so good, I couldn't fault it. The staff were fantastic! They were super friendly, especially with the children, and knew what they were serving when it came to the food.
The food was also really good, we got served a wide variety of finger food which can sometimes be cheap and nasty but not in this case. There was also a good amount, I don't think anyone went home hungry as there was food left over around the room.
The venue itself, I only saw the function room we were in. It was nice, clean and pretty modern. It has a roof that opened up so when the sun got too much they closed the roof. It was great. The toilets were also clean.
I'm keen to go back and have dinner with the family.

Very surprised with my chef special of lamp rump, pumpkin puree, crushed hazelnuts and a potato rosti. Yummmmm!!

This is a very down to earth hotel.There is of course the well stocked drive through bottle shop.The formal dining area is well set up with competitive priced meals and drinks.Then there is the gaming gambling facilities for those who wish to lose their money ( though some hope to win,win and win ).
The motel accommodation is close to the facilities,just across the small roadway.

This hotel is close to the airport, great marketing and renovations to make this place look better than it is. There is no wifi, the rooms have no windows to the outside world except in the bathroom which are up high. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. A/C worked well. Close to grocery stores as well. The restaurant needs to work on the acoustics it’s soooooo loud in there. The Casino and people around make the place gritty and a bit icky.

They don't give complimentary tea or coffee at the pokies room. All pokie venues I've been to gives tea or coffee sometimes soup or cookies, but this venue never. Staff are rude too. So I ain't coming back here. 👎👎👎👎👎

There aren't a lot of options around Tullamarine but this is a good one. We've had consistently quality, reliable and convenient service at "The Gladdy" even when coming in with large groups. The bar and it's menu are good in the warmer weather but otherwise you'll want to sit in the bistro. Comfy chairs and tables, table service from friendly competent staff and consistently good food with a great variety of options. Order a standard pub meal or something from the specials board which are usually excellent options. I say if you are in the area and need a feed this is one of your best bets!

The only warning we got was it was gonna take an hour for our food, so we thought “ah yeh” we order and then it’ll be an hour or so, No not only did your staff BELIEVE we were already waiting for our orders after ordering drinks but we were about to leave before food was even THOUGHT to be ordered, and another thing one of the waitresses told us to shoo her down, however I find that extremely rude and it’s not my fault that your staff believed that was our fault
Update: we got there at 6:30pm waited till 7:30pm for drinks or so, 7:50pm FOR ENTRIES! And then 8:00pm, NOT EVEN A BITE of the chicken and something tasted WRONG! it tasted uncooked because it was, explain to your staff and your cook that just because it LOOKS cooked doesn’t mean it WAS cooked, as it was SLIGHTLY pink. It tasted like it just came out of a freezer and the fact that it came out 15 minutes after we ordered. And that’s not excusing the fact that we had to pay for that because what you were told was the truth and you weren't going to believe us despite what we described to you. We will not be coming back here

The Gladstone Park Hotel is my local.
The food is great both in the dinning room and the beer garden.
Have had many dinners and lunches as well as booking a large part of the beer garden for a birthday celebration.
Friendly staff and great food.
The bottle shop has also been a good drive through.

The food is well below par sloppy and just awful. Would waste my time and I wouldn’t waste yours. Go elsewhere and save you money.

Stopped for lunch before heading to the airport. If you want to prepare for the bland food on a long flight then this place is perfect! No taste buds required

Large rooms with air conditioning and basic facilities. Hint, good pricing and close to the airport for early flights. Meals till 9:00pm

I was at hotel today for lunch. I ordered the chicken and mushroom scallopini. Absolutely rubbish. 2 pieces of very thin chicken the size of a $5 note, 3 tiny mushrooms and paid $31.00. So disgusted I could not eat it as chicken was like rubber.

I had lunch here with a work mate. We both ordered steak, mine blau and his med rare. They both came out cooked exactly the same, well overdone.
Unfortunately we came back a couple of nights later for dinner with more work colleagues since it was close to our accommodation and we were all tied, I ordered a burger thinking this would be safe but the patty was so over cooked I didn't finish it, the 2 others had pork which didn't look any better.
They did do good chips though.

Hubby and I both had seniors meals. Roast lamb and parma chips and salad. Hubby had two light beers and i had a lemon squash. Total bill was $51. Good value. The meals were very nice and the size of the meals were perfect. Not too small like a lot of seniors meals are. We were there for Sat. lunch and it was lovely and quiet inside. It was full waiter service and Stacey our waitress did very well. She was professional and friendly. The beer garden apparently gets very busy.. The only down side was the ladies toilet block that could do with a spruce up with toilet paper on the floor and two toilets i entered were not flushed. Maybe with a check up occasionally this could be avoided. Overall it was well worth the visit.

Had dinner there with family member. Have been many times before. Staff always amazing friendly and attentive. The kitchen let down this experience. I ordered a chicken Parma, the food and chips stone cold. Normally I would complain but didn't want to bring this to anyone's attention in front of my Guest

Great food served in the garden bar with huge choice of beers on tap, spirits and wines. Service was awesome too. Great tunes in the garden bar on a Friday night and live sports on the screens. Really enjoyed ourselves there!

Good environment for a couple drinks but the food has gone down hill! I came a few months ago and the food was decent, came for a meal tonight and got deep fried frozen food. Super disappointed. Would not recommend for food.

Can’t believe we paid for this! Not sure how much this “Parma” was, but definitely more like a chicken tender. My father was left hungry.

Came for lunch before having a flight with family and the waitress on was so rude and very unprofessional with no hospitality at all. Acted like she didn’t want to be there and spoke to us very shortly with mean careless intent.
Overall the food was nice just the service was very very poor.

After living in the area for over 40 years and visited here many times, it has taken one over power hungry and rude and stand overish security guard to make me to never come back. After a dinner in the bistro ($400)then drinks in beer garden, we were treated like scum and we cldnt go through the gaming area to finish off with coffee and access to our cars. We weren’t intoxicated , loud or boisterous , just a group of mainly girls catching up for a birthday.
Never again. Treated very poorly
