YES I DID.. !!!
Two Stars For The Staff who were friendly.. No Stars For the accommodation. The have done renovations and upgrade to the motel. Still not worth the price you Pay.. Cheapest Room Was $153 ... No Thanks not even for Free.
Totally and badly maintained. Covering everything with New paint n Bedding does not cut it. This is a tradies motel... the company pays nobody complaints. Not Good for families that's for sure. I did an audit of the Place n O Boy they failed completely. I have photos to backup my whinging. Plus No Parking for your car.. First in Best Dressed. Could hear conversations from the upstairs bedroom and the balcony and the smokers outside.

Wonderful staff. Couldn't fault them. Food is great. We will be back. Thank you to Donna the Venue Manager for going above and beyond on what you do at this hotel.

We live just across the street from Glengala Hotel, and it’s a great local dinner venue. The food is delicious and flavoursome, servings are generous. Highly recommend to check out their dinner specials. An additional mention to Donna and team for great customer service.

We celebrated my friend's birthday here last Saturday in their function room. What a great time we had. Donna and Thu were very friendly and service was great. Well done to you guys. Food was value for money and cooked to our liking.

Very good service, food is superb. Noli gave us an excellent service. He did go extra mile to make sure we are comfortable, our orders are served to the highest quality. I will definitely recommend Glengala Hotel to our families and friends.

The venue manager was amazing when it came to setting up our room and getting us extra amenities. Even got us a microwave and a toaster for our room!
I’ve stayed in multiple 5star hotels and I’ve never been given such great service as I have at the Glengala hotel!

Staying at Nightcap Glengala, had dinner in restaurant last night, and was really pleased. Very generous portion sizes and really tasty! I ordered the barramundi which was very flavourful but not over seasoned. Ordered the cheeseburger for room service tonight, food brought to us by two lovely workers - super friendly and it was very quick as well. Again, the food was delicious and fresh

Shout out to Nikki. Nikki always gives such exceptional customer service along with a friendly smile. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to suit your needs. I believe she is a great aspect to the company. Thank you for making our visit an enjoyable memorable one.

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had! The manager was so lovely, she accommodated to our needs with our young one as we had surgery in the early morning for him. She opened the playground for us for our son when it was closed 🥰 very very good hotel! Would defiantly go again, most welcoming place ❤️ great manager and great staff

Second time here and the staff have been truely amazing! Donna and Ana have been the best to deal with tonight and completely made sure we were happy and made such an effort for my kids tonight. The food was absolutely delicious and 100% will be returning customers for long term. Thank you for the great evening! Made a family night out so worth it

Noli is the best manager, other staff was also great. Celebrated getting married to my wife here. Would come again.

My husband and I love coming here and having family meals. Very family friendly, food is usually delicious and a very fun indoor playground for kids. 10/10

Lots of kids - which wasn’t too bad
Staff was great, drinks great, food great,
but the app at the table didn’t work at all. We tried 3 different phones.
The convenience of ordering via the app was kind of a deal breaker. With so many choices of places to go, sadly we have other options.
But if you like waiting in line to order then this place is perfect.

I recently visited Glengala Hotel l was taken back by the customer service and how friendly the staff were. Donna and her staff, went out of her way to make sure myself and my family were happy and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely will return again.

I had the pleasure of dining at this venue with my friends and the culinary offerings were truly impressive. The manager Noli and other crews were also very hospitable and courteous. Kids friendly. Happy to go back there again.

I had an exceptional time today for mothers day, the spicey prawn pasta was to die for.
Champagne on arrival for the Mrs, we couldn't be happier with the meals and the great service.

I had an excellent dining experience at the restaurant last night. From the moment we walked in, Nikki was welcoming and attentive. The timing of the service was impeccable. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort made the evening truly enjoyable. Had dinner. Dinner was delicious. Was looked after by a lovely lady named Nikki, she was fabulous. Was very friendly smiling all the time. Very welcoming. Had the porterhouse cooked to perfection

Great venue especially for families. Kids have a great time there when we comw to the monthly childrens parties.
We love Donna!! She remembers all the kids and goes the extra mile to accommodate as much as possible. So friendly and helpful.
Very much looking forward to coming again soon! Did I mention we love Donna!?!

Came in for lunch today and was served by a wonderful young man. The bistro was busy, but he still managed to chat while he served other customers and myself. He suggested the roast pumpkin salad, which was delicious. The food came out in a timely manner, and he checked on me to make sure I was enjoying my meal and if I needed anything. Really enjoyed my experience overall and will definitely be returning again soon.

Attended my Atches recent Birthday Party in the Function room and was amazed at the service we recieved from the lovely staff Thú and Manager Donna. Our Food ordered was amazing and Hot great value for money. The function room with Bar and staff make for an incredible event Thank You to all involved.
