Went there for somewhere to take out my parents, you know have a little flutter on the pokies.
Then return for dinner at 6pm.
Now the staff before 6pm were just the best..Jessie I think her name was she was just one of the friendliest humans ever.
On our return at 6pm for dinner it was a whole different atmosphere.
Don't get me wrong the dinner we all ordered was delicious couldn't fault it BUT the new bar staff changeover WELLLLL now that was a whole different story. This one woman in particular that was doing the pokie payouts from the bar was pretty rude to certain patrons, that there was a little disappointing.
But everything else was pretty damn good.

The staff was too busy putting knives and forks into a sachet to serve me...so I went to the gateway hotel...great meal...excellent services

The staff member with long auburn hair in a pony tail really needs to learn how to make people feel welcome. Her customer service is lacking and very unwelcoming.

The staff and management here are unbelievable, the venue manager Brian showed me what the word hospitality means he looked after me and showed so much compassion when I was stuck there due to flooding he put me in a room and made sure I had the means to keep in contact with family, the kitchen staff and front of house are up there also the girls from front end sorry and Anthony my bad are the most helpful respectful young people I have met at a hotel they had a smile and a pleasant conversation each time we ran in to each other, and SUE FROM THE KITCHEN, I can’t find words for this lady understated in job title she does it all and still has time to ask if everyone is ok and if they need anything to help them get through the day. Michelle and the rest of the senior staff thank you and Cheryl from office tops, thanks to you all for everything and I hope that you get a billion more customers to keep you employed in the positions you deserve and earn.

The food was really good, fantastic portions sizes for the price. We had crumbed fish which was light and flakey, the Hawaiian schnitty was massive and delicious - their chips are some of the best in town! The kids had cheeseburgers which come with a drink AND ice cream for $10.95!!
And to top it all off we got service with a smile - can’t beat that!

Staff are great, I'm not too sure about the buffet food 😳. I wouldn't do that again. I think we just went at the wrong time (New years Eve)

Really great food, freindly helpful staff, awesome atmosphere. If you have special dietry needs, these guys will help you out. Always enjoy my meals here when I visit. Thankyou for your outstanding service.

Lunch: We had the Satay Chicken with green paw paw salad and rice. Very nice. Good service, friendly staff.😁

Located in the heart of town the Graham is a good spot to stay if your on vacation or passing through. The Graham staff are all wonderful people and always there to help. Thanks yous for the wonderful stay will see yous again in the future.

It's an older style pub but the staff are really nice and friendly. The Tablelands burger is terrific and for $10 at lunchtime is great value with really good chips. There are 10 $10 options for lunch. They also have a large drive through bottleshop for take away liquor sales

It is a nice country hotel. 🤔
But it needs some old fashioned country meals on the menu 😏🤔
For example: A Aussie roast of the day!
A roast is so easy to cook and extremely profitable 😁😎

I only stopped here to get out of a short blast of rain. It was very fast & helpful service; the nice lady behind the Bar helped me sign in with the bar code application playing up on me.

Have been a couple of time on Sunday afternoons. Nice place to eat, foods done well. Workers are mostly prompt to take plates. Its a buffet style on Sunday's. Not the biggest place but it's cozy and not cramped. Minimal decorations bit nice

Guys, what are you doing??? Our visit was incredibly disappointing. Our table was disappointed to find 1 chicken schnitzel undercooked, 1 fish fillet undercooked , calamari well overcooked and 2 of 3 pizzas also well undercooked. Had many visits previously, but seriously guys, it's hard to come back if this is how it's going now...

Great meal at a very reasonable price, general service was very good. We are staying at palm Cove and the meal, service and price was at this country pub could show them a thing or two on the coast. Great pub.

Got a Lillywhite card and spend a lot of money at the bar and pokies, but man the food is soo bad!!! Have spoken to the manager but his attitude was "I will speak to the kitchen staff". Don't want to support ALH at the Gateway nor Endeavour at the Anthill, but please give us a chance to support you! Your menu is standard pub food, prices aren't bad but the quality is appalling. Cummon guys, lift your game or you will be gone. THAT WILL BE VERY SAD FOR MAREEBA!!!

From the moment I entered through the doors of the Graham Hotel I felt welcomed. I had just ridden a laden bicycle 65 kilometres up and over the range. I was exhausted. Staff members Ida and Jessica could not have been more helpful to the point of ensuring the security of my bicycle and assisting me to my room. Whilst facilities are shared as in most pubs, the rooms themselves were of motel/hotel standard, spotlessly clean. The Spanish mackerel was a good size for a hungry cyclist and delicious. The Graham is excellent value for both the accommodation and the meal. I would certainly stay here again if ever I once more overnight in Mareeba.

Fantastic service at the drive through and quite quick too. You do need to have an idea what you want beforehand as there is no browsing.

Always good, cold beer staffs friendly an great atmosphere, last time i attended prior to this only down fall was the kitchen
