Greenbank Services Club

Yesterday I had lunch at Cafe. I ordered a steak. When the steak comes, I ate the sides first and then the steak. The Steak spoiled. It’s really stinks. I spoke to the staff and he replied that I had eaten most of the dishes. He won't do anything, I'm very unhappy, the service was terrible, the meal was terrible, I won't be going back.

Went to a drinks pairing. Tequila and steak nite, amazing meal great drinks fun times

Went there for lunch,downstairs really noisy from workman nearby( know about renovations) so went up the ramp as have wheelchair with me and lift not going to other meal area floor. Found the one not reserved table and waited till I could order lunch,but then could only get alcoholic drink or water with the meal there.No coffee upstairs.Luckily meal when it came was ok

We just stopped in for dinner to have a look after driving past countless times. Wow! Service was great, food was delicious! We're definitely coming back. Dinner and a drink for three people came to less than $80. I call that value. We all left absolutely full and pretty happy.

We hadn't been to the Greenbank RSL for a while but will certainly return. I absolutely love a good steak. And I must say without any doubt the dry aged beef that I had was by far the best tasting slice of meat to delight my taste buds. The whole meal was faultless perfectly cooked and presented. Our waitress Chelsea was so informative and lovely. Overall an awesome experience. Thanks

We had dinner tonight and my husband had the Market Fish. The meal wasn't good. He didn't eat and complained to the waitress "M" which just said "I'm sorry". He paid for the meal in full even though he didn't eat anything. I expected more from them.. first time back in a few months but won't come back. Ashamed that we renewed the membership tonight for nothing.

we booked for dinner in the eats on Anzac restaurant for 8 family members. when we arrived we were shocked to hear a singer blaring out his music. how can you have music so loud when you having a meal with your family and trying to have chat. we couldn't stand it so had to leave. we arrived at 6.30 and the music started very soon after. Couldn't they start the music when people are finished their meals, around 8.30 9pm?

The venue space for our private functions was beautiful. The food and the staff were amazing too. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed themselves. An effortless experience when organising an event with Lavi and her team So grateful. Thank you again.

The Team at the Greenbank RSL was amazing. Our host for this whole process in helping us organize my sisters birthday was great. She understood what we wanted and had so many helpful suggestions that we didn’t even think of, so appreciative of her work. The layout was perfect, the staff on the night were great. There is no more seafood buffet in this club. Staff were not friendly that much. I liked food design for seafood and steak platter and fish was good but other things were medium. It was very cold inside. And in the kids play room there were at least 3 naked dolls!

Such amazing customer service and staff. Unfortunately I was one of those customers who ordered very short of kitchen closing time (on a birthday with 4 additional guests mind you). They never once made me feel like an inconvenience and made sure my guests and I were happy and comfortable at all times. I had held up some of the employees and felt guilty by staying back and being the last group to leave the setting but not once did I feel pushed out. They were very fast and the 3 people who were servicing us directly were just amazing. I really hope their employers praise them and show them this review as I will be coming back purely for the griendly experience. Thank you.

Stacey was awesome from when we started planning our event to when it took place… We had to do all the planning over the phone and emails as we lived in Cairns and she was very receptive to this… On the day of the event, Stacey and her team made our function a complete success with their service and timely assistance… The food was great, and the customer service behind the bar was amazing… Overall, it was a beautiful, and fun night for everyone that attended. Pleasantly surprised with our experience at the Greenbank RSL Green Garden Cafe. The staff were SO professional and friendly and competent. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our group stayed for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea while we had a well needed catch up. Again, the staff were brilliant. We will be back!

Over the years I have seen a massive down fall .. bring back all you can eat.. Current menu hasn't been changed or updated for couple years now and foods expensive.. even discounted birthday vouchers they don't give rewards how they used to. So many other venues worth the money and travel .. this will my last year of membership

It’s quite a large and impressive venue inside. You could easily have room for a wedding reception in there or a 21st etc. The game room is huge especially. Great selection of pokies to choose from. I had lunch with a friend there and sampled their Chinese dishes and they were very tasty and reasonably priced, around the $13-$14 mark. And they were quite satisfying too in their portions. I’d definitely go again. I recommend them

I recently held a function in a private area of the Gardens Steak & Seafood Restaurant. It was perfect for my dinner event of 28 people. The staff were friendly and very helpful even when we had to cancel some pre-ordered meals due to last minute cancellations. The meals were amazing, we will certainly be returning soon.

I have never had a bad meal in either Garden Cafe or Eats on ANZACS. GREAT STAFF, GREAT MEALS, GREAT PRICING. Monthly specials are delicious and great value, and the sushi is amazing; you can also get the sushi to takeaway 😋 😀

I had my sixtieth birthday at the Greenbank Top Deck, it was amazing. The staff were amazing and the function coordinator, Stacey did a wonderful job of organizing everything the way my sister and I wanted. Decorations, food, it was all so very well done. Can't wait to have another function there.

I'd like to thank all the staff for having myself and my guests, celebrate my 50th Birthday on the Top Deck. The room was presented nicely and the service was great. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hey Stacey, Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for looking after my guests On Friday night, everyone loved the venue and the food was just fantastic, please give a pat on the back to all the bar staff, but also to yourself, Stacey , you were amazing to help with the organising, planning and on the night, your team really made the party a huge success, so much so , they were talking about it all weekend. Greenbank Services Club, formerly known as the Greenbank RSL, is located at 54 Anzac Crescent, Hillcrest, Qld 4118. At this point in time, the Greenbank Services Club is undergoing a major renovation, which in time will improve the main restaurant area. Other areas of the club are undergoing some changes as well. Will definitely be a major improvement for all members & visitors. A fantastic establishment has excellent facilities, mostly located on one level. There is a lift located near the reception desk, with the friendly staff providing wonderful customer service as required A drop-off point is located at the front entrance to the club with a ramped area for wheelchair access. Excellent parking is located on the opposite side of Anzac Crescent from the Services Club as well as onsite parking. Limited undercover parking is available. There is a large cafe & bar area located on the left-hand of side of the entrance to this club that offers great & meals. You can order off the menu using the club website application at your table. The restaurant caters for a wide variety of meals & has plenty of seating & great bar area & toilets are also located in that location. People with special dietary requirements are catered for & I found the staff in the restaurant to be very friendly making our stay more enjoyable. Also available at the Greenbank Services Club is a child caring area, which is an excellent facility. There is a large gaming room with a bar & separate outdoor area for people who wish to smoke 🚬 Greenbank Services Club has a wonderful outdoor area where the Anzac day service is held. Greenbank Services Club has a large membership base, making it one of the best Community based establishments in Queensland. Excellent service from Madyson, Sereima, Brielle and Shantele. Food was amazing as always kudos to the chefs and non stop smiles from all the staff members.

Booked a conference meeting at the club, the staff were very helpful. Parking at rear of club and overflow across the street, drive through drop off at front with wheelchair ♿️ access. Lift available to all levels. There are lunchtime special at the restaurant that look great will check them out at the end of March 2023
