Wonderful evening. We were made to feel very welcome. Our meals were fabulous. Reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere. We will certainly visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to the RSL on Monday dinner, 12th Feb. Our meals were lovely, one tiny critic, the carrot and corn needed to be cooked just a little longer. The staff were lovely, the service was great, and the meal was delicious.

Very good, had lunch, lamb chops, cooked to perfection, staff are great, please give them a pay rise, they deserve it. Thanks chef really nice chops.

This is one of the best venues in Gympie. The staff are all very friendly and thoughtful. The menu has a very good selection, with two menus during the day (one big one lite). Beer is colder than Vladimir Putin’s heart. Overall a great venue in a great town.

The seafood basket was delicious as usual but the chicken Atlantis was superb. Such a great combination of scallop, prawn, Morton bay bug on grilled chicken breast in a creamy garlic sauce.
Will definitely be ordering that dish again.

The Gympie RSL seems to have made a fantastic impression with its exceptional staff and delicious food! It's always heartwarming to hear about places where the service and culinary delights contribute to a memorable experience. Acknowledging such dedication is important, as it encourages the team to maintain their high standards and continue providing excellent experiences for all guests. Kudos to the Gympie RSL for their great work!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, when my son spilled his full cup of water all over his full plate of nuggets and chips staff were quick to help mop it up and replace the meal for him. Meals were generous and delicious.

Really nice RSL with a fresh, modern interior. Good selection of drinks, and a good menu with a great range of delicious food at reasonable prices. The service is friendly and quick.

Really Disappointed with the Mother's Day Brunch . I ordered Egg's Benedict.
It came out Egg's were hard , Struggled to cut the english muffin with a knife .
Was like it was pre made not made for order .Definitely wasn't worth $25

Poor hospitality the reception Recently visited the RSL Friday 31/7 while the do renovations it was disappointing the lady in the reception it was very rude, she shouldn’t be a receptionist her name Daniel people standing in the reception she just ignoring them all including me she keep talking in the phone while we try to do our renewal for our members card. I can tell she doesn’t like her job as a receptionists. Poor hospitality she need more training..
Now I'm back new rsl again and again for dinner the best food in town highly recommended you must try this.. 😘😘👌

Paul, the chef in kitchen is fantastic. Make sure he doesnt leave.
All our meals were delicious as usual.

One of the best places I have ever been to! I even went and got the RSL card to support the veterans! Heck, and I'm an American who's traveling to all the big cities.. regardless, this is better than most all of them 💯

Not bad. Food was ok.
Personally i thought the menu was pretty
Small and plain.

It was lovely. My siblings and families attended and we were all impressed. Huge meals, served promptly and in a delightful atmosphere. Well done all and thank you.

I’m only giving 3 stars for the awesome bar attendants that take care in looking after me
Mitch you are the best and I’ve had hotels all my life
Luke you are a close second
Ordered a dozen oysters last week and they sent them out to me on 2 x plates
Oysters were the smallest with no taste
Ordered the pork roast tonight extra hot and paid extra for pepper gravy
They gave me normal gravy
Meal was not extra hot
Sent out a watered version of pepper gravy when I said something
No crackling till I asked for crackling
Not good food served here but the great staff make up for it

I enjoyed a nice meal of garlic prawns on rice with a side salad, delivered a reasonable time after being ordered. Easy access to the bar made it convenient to have a drink with lunch. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had an aussie parmigiana for dinner so has bacon, egg and grilled chees on top. The snitzel was drowned in BBQ sauce, the bacon didn't even taste like bacon and was dry and horrible. The whites of the eggs were that chewy I could hardly bite through it. Then the salad was dry no flavour, tastes like they didn't wash it. Worst meal I have ever had here

Had a great night out.The RSL was extremely busy with several parties,we still got our meals in a timely manner.The food was delicious and we enjoyed the music.We Will certainly be back.

Great RSL because each time we come to Gympie we visit here & have a meal & a little flutter, the staff are very friendly & helpful , we thoughly recommend Gympie RSL

Great food, staff and venue. We have been several times and have always been truly happy with the meals. Staff are fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a great meal at a good price

Great club with really good, friendly staff. Out as a group of 9 for dinner and all meals were perfect and came out within minutes of each other. Every plate was empty by the time we finished. Nice gaming room too.

Food was of an excellent quality and served quickly on a very busy night. Staff were friendly and helpful all night.

Food was great. Service was good.
Requested to be near kids area. When we got there, we were assigned a table at the back near the glass doors. I spoke to the hostess and said I had requested to be near the kids area. She happily changed our table to be closer to the kids area.
Happy with that.😁

Food’s fine. Really the only club in Gympie that you can very confidently take your wife or Mum or an out-of-Towner and know it’ll be nice and the wine is literally on tap. Plenty of staff, so the service is fast and efficient.

December 20 2023 and it was good today, garlic prawns, fetta salad and barra with mash. All great, 🤞for my next visit.
September 2023 and dissapointed again. Not saying much apart from its pot luck at RSL Gympie. I would have returned 25% of my horrible steak as grissle and nobody asked me why.

2022.I have added a star since my last visit, we had 3 meals in August 2021 and all were great. This time we received a caddy with salt, pepper and everything we needed; great idea. Keep up the good work.
Old review........It was my first visit since the refurbishment last year and the new restaurant and gaming area look great. We had 4 meals and all were a little avereage.
The members price is closer to actual value which cost about $20 per meal and I was happily surprised to find out membership had come down significantly, silly not to join the club.
After covid I want salt and pepper back on the table please.

A Huge Thankyou to Del and her team. I recently celebrated my 40th birthday with 40 guests at the RSL. They ensured the tables were set with the decorations I provided. Meals all came out in a reasonable time and tasted delicious. We all had a fabulous time. Thanks again
