We had the best morning on our boat cruise this morning (Brilliant Fraser Getaway).
3 hours of sight seeing and exploring, an hour in the boom net splashing around. Our captain was very experienced and loved his commentary, thanks Phil. Glenn was the friendly deck hand, who chatted with us all, and looked after us in the boom net.
Will def do again when we next visit Hervey.

We had dinner here last night. The vegetable moussaka and chicken with cashews stir fry were absolutely beautiful - tasty, hot and well presented. Service was excellent. Dinner starts at 6pm but recommend getting there at 5.45p as they get very busy. Bookings are not available. Highly recommend the cafe also for coffees.

We had a delicious meal here.
Service was awesome.
Prices were very good.
Food quality was spot on. The scallops mornay was yummy, yummy, yummy. I'd forgotten how delicious some of these old fashioned recipes can be. The food that was delivered to other tables, especially the fresh seafood, looked amazing. I'm guessing it's their turnover that allows them to deliver on quality, freshness and price.

We did the boat trip at 9.00 over to Fraser Island

We are coming back and doing the Twilight trip one day as we enjoyed it so much

Very nice place however they allow people's children to run around. Food was plentiful and very good; the prawns in the Garlic Prawn Fettuccini were huge. Price a little high for seniors. My friend said her flathead was very nice indeed and also struggled through her meal.
Staff were very help with regard to how to order and gave us a window seat. Loved the Aquarium too.

Upgraded dining area is beautiful. Meals are good & service great. Great place for seeing a newly released movie too.

There are one cafe and one restaurant inside but both work similar. Need to order at counter. It doesn't seem like a reataurant because the quality of food is average and the food is already cooked and served directly, felt like cantine/foodcourt food. Only good side is the big portion size.

Poor service, left standing at bar for over 5 minutes while the lady restocked the bar around me and did not say anything until younger team member walked over and asked if i had been served. I ordered a drink and asked about food, got told the kitchen was closed even when they said it's all day dining. Won't be back anytime soon and don't see how they make any money with this poor attitude from staff.

Our food was delicious and was served
quickly.
Prices were great and the meals were huge.
The club looks fantastic all the improvements are very well done.

Our dining experience was magnificent and the food was superb. Good variety and options to suit everyone. The service at the counter, bar and the host were impeccable. Looking forward to our next visit as soon as possible...

Nice enough place. Monday and Tuesday nights have a limited menu but the schnitzel was tasty and good value.
Guinness and Toohey's Old on tap. Good selection of beers.
Nice deck outside for the view over the marina
Good TAB section with plenty of betting action.

My brother myself and his son did the sunset cruise. Absolutely sensational from the moment we boarded the cruise. Very informative cruise and the sunset was spectacular. Katie and the captain were so friendly and Katie walked around taking pictures for everyone. I can only say this was first class and will be highly recommended it to my friends.

I’ve been to the boat club many times, but last night I went for a dinner party and I was impressed with que quality of my dish.
I ordered Grilled Prawn Salad, and it came in a very generous serving!!! It was absolutely delicious and my husband ordered the Garlic Prawn pizza and he was very happy with it!
The service was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my Nan's 80th birthday party at the Hervey Bay Boat Club, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service and professionalism displayed by the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to the manager, Heidi, whose attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch event space.

I joined the club when we arrived to get the member discounts and vouchers that are quite decent savings if you attend a few times and drink eat and play . It’s just had recent renovations the dining cocktail and bar areas are impressive and views are excellent from your table or outside on the open deck of the marina. Menu was good food was good and the cinema was perfect on one of the rainy days to watch a movie together. The staff are friendly and we noticed the function area was set up beautifully for a charity Auction that evening. The gaming area was comfortable for a small donation to the club through the pokies. Must visit when in Hervey Bay .

I had a cruise for Mother's Day. Whilst the weather wasn't the best, the cruise along fraser was beautiful. The Captain was knowledgeable and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend doing this, infact I can't wait til whale season ... we will be going!

Hervey Bay Boat Club has the best coffee in town! This club has lots to offer including 2 restaurants with great deals, twin cinemas, free live music and dancing, indoor and outdoor seating with outstanding water views. The club is packed on weekends and you’ll need to arrive before 6pm to secure a table for dinner. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the boats.

Great location on the water. Menu looks great
On entering the dining area, the waitress was rude and grumpy. We were waiting to be seated for nearly 5 minutes and when we saw mostly vacant tables we decided to find somewhere to sit. The waitress then came over to us and told us to go back to the front desk. She was not happy, Philippine woman. The rest of the staff were really welcoming.
We ordered two wines and the glasses were dirty with lipstick Mars and smudges. My Shiraz had a nearly 1cm of sediment (see photo)
The meals were great. Prawn curry and beer battered flathead.
The venue is quite nice and entering the club the front desk were welcoming.

Great local club, popped in for the raffles on Thursday night and decided to go to the restaurant for dinner - the grilled salmon was perfectly cooked, the chicken snitty was moist and the mushroom sauce tasty and the kids carbonara was quickly inhaled by my 11 year old (be warned it contains a lot of garlic). I’m giving my 5 stars for the restaurant not the bistro which we ate at another night and was disappointed with gristly over cooked steak sandwiches and an average kids burger. Staff are friendly and the outdoor deck is awesome for afternoon drinks.

Great experience.Food was delicious and generous serving. Friendly Staff at both reception area of the Club and at the Resto. It is our first time in Hervey Bay and the Club is just walking distance from where were staying ( Breakfree Sandy Strait) very convenient. And we enjoyed our dinner and we had fun with friends..Will surely come back next visit.

Great club awsome food u were highly recommend, staff great , was there celebrating my 70th birthday, very dissapointed not even a free wine I think u can afford a $5 wine , spent $150 on our meal ,very dissapointed

Good friendly club . Went there for a Friday night dinner. Good atmosphere friendly staff.
Temperature checked on way in. Sign in if not member .(membership is $11 joining plus $15 per year- June to June or part thereof). Seems good discounts of food if you become a regular worth it for at least one of you .)
Had captains hot seafood selection and creamy seafood risotto. Good sized servings .$31-32 each .
Reasonable prices for a bottle of wine - $22 for a merlot.
Was treated to some great music after dinner snd was even able to get up and dance . Good vibe. Great vista .

Food was OK with quick service and large servings. The atmosphere however was everything but comfortable. A musician was screaming above the noise of the diners and some tipsy ladies raucously laughing at some private jokes which added to the discomfort of others . Not a memorable experience this time.

Dropped in for an impromptu late breakfast at 2.30pm (!). They are one of the few places in Hervey Bay with an all day dining experience, even on a quiet Sunday! What a great view too. Love it!

Cozy ambiance with average quality food. Staffs there are friendly and helpful, but food quality is not surprising. There is a kid playing space in there, so I find this restaurant family-friendly.

Come to Hervey bay go to the boat club it is a must the food is large portions great tasting great price just had a boat burger chips and couldn't eat all the Garlick bread wow staff friendly and the atmosphere is a feel good vibe well worth the dinner stop and the drinks cocktails wow

An awesome venue for locals and visitors alike 🏆
Some great dining options, a lovely location, entertainment choices and friendly helpful staff
There’s a large off street parking area opposite the front door and some of the nearby streets can accommodate caravan and motorhome parking
The club has a kids room, wide verandas - overlooking the marina, a stage area for live entertainment and plenty of room between tables for good access
Pedestrians enter directly from street level, with no stairs or obstacles
The Hervey Bay Tourist Information Centre is nearby, making this a great one stop venue 👍

Always a great place to spend some quality time. The view is amazing, the staff are always welcoming, and the food has never disappointed us.
