We were there for a event at one of the event rooms. Place was modern looking and clean. Attentive staff, buffet dinner was excellent as the food was fresh and tasted very good.

Such a nice place for buffet. So much to choose from and price was reasonable too. Staff were friendly and kept checking our tables. We went for team dinner and was told it’s for two hours but we ended up staying late and they did not say anything. Food was really good beyond expectation. Would definitely recommend..

Staff are excellent, food tasteful and plenty to chose from. Ongoing top up of foods and tables kept cleared of dirty dishes. Pity not closer 🥲.... 5✨️

Really nice place to bring the family or have a function! Great variety at the buffet - with really fresh and tasty food. The pork and crackling was delicious. You won't leave hungry!

Plenty of parking and the food was fresh and delicious. Only around 40 dollars per adult. Tastiest pork and pork crackle, the fish was nice and prawns were fresh. Well you can eat. Then if you feel like a dabble in the pokies you can enjoy the atmosphere with a cafe latte at no cost just across the other side of the lobby. It was a great night out!

I was very excited to try this place as there was so many nice dishes when you check their instagram page like eggplant and desserts too baklava so the thing is its pretty basic like any other boring place i went to.. food was all right but i wouldn’t get back there. You need to put the same food you advertise for otherwise nobody will be back to your place. Misleading ☹️

I was very disappointed with this place. Booked in dinner sessions for 15 people and was told that all tables are already reserved and instead they told us to use different tables or just squeeze in one table for 15 people and there were so many empty tables available till the end of the night and I'm not sure who they reserved those tables but maybe they reserved for ghosts? However after we finished the dinner session we sat in the outdoor area and they turned Off the outdoor heaters and we asked them to turn it back on but they ignored us in rude way. However we asked if we could buy coffee and they told us no you go and buy at the pokies machine area and their security bald guy was so rude and he tried to intimidate us and asked us to leave. Also their food quality is terrible Their customer service is terrible Also their staff so rude and their security workers are allowed to bully and insult the customers

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food. I was not able to taste all that was in offer, but the dishes I did choose were great tasting. Also, I noticed and was comforted by the repeat refilling of freshly cooked dishes.

It's a must-visit spot for families, big or small. Many spots are instaworthy. Plenty of halal dietary options that are clearly marked with green round stickers on their name badge. All food is beautifully presented, the place has great vibes with one of the cleanest environments that I've ever seen in Melbourne, including their toilets. There's plenty of seating, and space to move around because they allow you a total of 1hr 50min for buffet so enjoy being there. Drinks are not included in the buffet, unfortunately. For kids, there's a playing area so they can enjoy as well, and there is wheelchair access for those who may need.

It is a good experience overall not too bad. They need to put more effort in choosing their menu. And you can not put canned stuffed vines leaves in a menu in all you can eat at a hotel ! This need to change.

Highland hotel Craigieburn offers an amazing buffet with a variety of dishes from different cuisines. The buffet is open for lunch and dinner, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. You can also enjoy the kids play area, and the bar. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to shops and parks. You can book a table online or by phone.

Have visited the buffet several times recently. Pleasant venue, always clean.. Not too crowded or noisy. A good variety of food choices generally but would suggest more vegetable selections. Plenty of parking available. Overall a good place for a buffet style meal at a reasonable price.

Nice place and they have excellent level customer service.I love to eat desert. compare with the price it is cheap place if you have big stomach. I gave 10/10 starts becoz i didn’t see any fault.

Grab a plate and get in, place gets busy and is 2 hour blocks of all you can eat so don't d!#k around chatting at the table. Get your moneys worth and shove that old lady aside for the last pineapple fritter!

First time visiting this place and it’s a surprisingly good all you can eat buffet restaurant. Place looks very new, modern, clean and had a great ambiance. Food was good too with many options to choose from and a full bar servings soft drinks and alcohol. However for me the Desert bar was the highlight. Price per head was very reasonable too. We had a group of 20 there to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time.

First asked to be seated no wear near the playground and got seated right in front of it. Very loud, crying and screaming kids. All kids running and hitting into our chairs. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Not much variety in food and majority of the food was spicy. Service was sloppy, took them a long time to collect our dirty plates to the point we reused them because of the pile up. The price isn't worth it anymore.

Extremely over priced especially for children aged 7-12. Very bland and need some tastier options. Desserts also very average and not much going on. Would definitely not rush back here.

Delicious buffet, huge variety, great value, helpful and very friendly staff. You can have over 4 courses and prices start at around $30. Discounts for seniors too. Don't hesitate, come, eat, enjoy. Large range of gluten and dairy free options. Ask the chef, they are happy to help with making sure people with allergies have a good selection of food, which is rare for buffets. Update: always a great experience. They send a $30 birthday gift too, so it’s worth signing up.

Came in for Father's Day and it was a pleasant experience! Very modern hotel, heaps of food to choose from (I liked their curry the most), their desserts were amazing, neat and tidy, plenty of seating arrangement to choose from when you book online. Wish they had more seafoods to choose from though like adding crabs on the menu!

2 stars due to the 2024 Mother’s Day set up was amazing. The only reason me and my family booked was the extended seafood- which was just oysters $80 per adult, $30 kids between 7-12, $15 kids 3-6yrs. I can see where majority of the money went, was a great set up with a free Photo Booth, and extended dessert. Food was standard, dessert looked amazing, but the oysters were off, when I say off. I asked what the brown juice was on the oysters the chef continued to tell me they washed them with water and lemon. They were slimy and you could smell they were off. We were watching everyone around us drench them in lemon. We tried about 4 different rounds of them all still, slimy, smelly and it they had no texture. I went to the front desk to tell them the same, the manager came back with a batch not looking so “off” but we couldn’t even stomach 2 of them, so back to the bin. Anyone who knows me, knows that’s all I eat is seafood. Would have loved fresh oysters, but these definitely were not, and our ONLY reason for booking. We come here for every occasion over 11 years of living in Melbourne and have been sorely disappointed the last few visits.
