We visited for the Wednesday night musical bingo and had a great a time! The young MC guy was super energetic. Items from the bar snack menu were a decent portion size too. The grilled lamb ribs came with 6x pieces to nibble, the sauce was very tasty but the lamb was a quite chewy. The spicy winter potatoes were well cooked, but the sauce was a little odd and tasted like cream mixed with tomato paste and chilli, and not much else.
Overall we would come back for another musical bingo night and try other items on the menu!

Walked in about 930 to order a sticky date pudding to go. Sat for awhile then told I can’t do take away. Easy. Sat there for another 10 minutes. Someone said they were checking on it. Wait another 10 mins. Someone brought me a spoon. Waited another 10 mins someone came and said the chef left but they would figure it out and asked if I ordered tiramisu… no I ordered sticky date pudding…. Then 10 mins later someone brought me…. A tiramisu! Tried to offer me a drink that someone else had left because it was taking too long. The place was falling apart… another couple walked out after not getting cocktails for 30 mins and they said they wanted to just go to bed… I ended up leaving empty handed. I’ll call for a refund tomorrow.

Very disappointed with service at this bar/restaurant
We ordered starters and main. Starters came out quickly. However our mains we waited over an hour and 15 mins. No waiter came to collect our starter plates and we had to go and ask where our main meal was going to be served. We we so wound up that we lost our appetite and demanded our refund for our mains. There was no apology for the lack of service ... they did however discounted the drinks and refunded our main meals. There wasn't a lot of people so there should be no excuse on the wait time of our meal.

Truth be told, burger had a lot of potential but it was missing sauce which made it a 4/5 review. Great outside.

This used to be my go to bar but in the last two weeks I have visited 4 separate times and each time there has been no one behind the bar the entire time I was there. The first two times I waited literally 10 minutes with others for no one to come and the other times there was a line of people who said they had been waiting over 5 minutes with no staff seen. I feel like it's crazy to leave a bar unattended for such long periods of time with multiple customers inside causing them to leave. If not a security risk at the very least 😥 hope they sort whatever is causing this soon.

This is how they present the food. It came to the table with a room service lid. Clearly the bell hop (you can't call him a waiter) must have carried it sideways under his arm.
Now to eat it with my hands as there was no cutlery provided.

This is a quite average for the price. The food was OK, although the rosemary potato pizza was apparently a highlight. Not impressed that the starters were served at the same time as the mains. The drinks were served half way through the meal and we had to remind them about one of them. The strawberry basil margarita was indecently sour and needs to be better balanced with some sweet.

The quality (or lack of) customer service was off-putting today. We arrived at lunchtime when there were only two groups of customers there. We stood by the bar for over ten minutes waiting to order. The only staff member behind the bar basically buried her face into the coffee machine and hyper-focused on making three cups of coffee. There was no greeting or acknowledgment while we were waiting and certainly zero intention or interest in serving us. We left eventually after being ignored, guess business don’t exist when you pretend customers don’t exist.
With that being said, food was alright during our previous visits and personally I think the new menu was an improvement to the previous version.

The only problem I had is I pacifically stated that I do not like spicy food. They delivered me a steak that burnt my mouth from my lips to my oesophagus,
We ordered the chicken wings and it was battered and taste like fish so it makes sense why they also supplied it with spicy sauce as well as a nice supply of Cute lemon. I couldn’t tell the difference between chicken and battered fish.!
When I was leaving and I was like well, my mouth is on fire and I’m actually leaving right now so I can get some milk!
My partner had a burger and he loved it and he thought the Delicious for me it was atrocious. I was not impressed and I will personally not be coming back.
I did make it very clear that I’m allergic to spicy food and I didn’t want anything spicy when I asked them. Was there anything spicy they were giving me they said NO

Ordered this burger, arrived luke warm , over cooked patties and egg. chips over cooked and old. Too hungry to complain, paid $38.85 for this meal! Not worth it! Meals may look good but have to taste even better. Hope this is a one off situation.

Ordered 2 meals, 1 came out 15 mins later and the other 30 mins from the 1st one, asked for med to well cooked meat and received med to raw, chips cold and sauce was liquid. Tried to question it but was told pretty much not much they could do.

Myself and my family came to the pan pacific sports bar to celebrate my Grandma’s 70th Birthday, we did not enjoy our experience.
-There was difficulties using my pan pacific gift voucher.
- The server walked off with my phone to show management the digital gift voucher but she did so without asking/informing me first.
- The server sent herself my digital gift card to her personal email address allowing her access to my voucher aswell as access to my personal email without asking/telling me.
- we received two individual green beans as the side to the lamb rump we order (that’s ridiculous)
- we had to clear our own table and I noticed the table next to me doing the exact same.
I tried to speak with their management team regarding this situation via email and they have done nothing what do ever to compensate for this.
I definitely do not recommend, it’s not worth your time or money.

I strolled into the Pan Pacific Hotel Sports Bar tonight for a feed and a beer. I was greeted by I would say the most bubbly, welcoming bar person I have met in very long time. Her name was Raj Doshi, through her personality she made me feel special and that confirmed I would stay for a beer and meal. I have a disability, so my mobility is rather limited which for her was no issue, Raj would carry my beer to my table and made sure I was comfortable, these are big events and very appreciative in my life. What I experienced tonight has ensured my next visit I will stay at the Pan Pacific. A simple smile and an act of kindness that goes beyond a person scope of there employment can be so valuable to another person. Raj Doshi you are 1 in million these days and I hope your manager recognises that you are worth your weight in gold. Thank you for tonight and I wish you all the best Raj, because it is so nice to meet nice people! I hope we cross paths again.

I am a business traveller who comes and stays at the hotel every three months from Dunsborough. Each time I come in the weekdays. I often see Raj at the bar. It’s a delight to know that she’s always there. She’s friendly and smiles and has great conversations with customers making them feel comfortable. Thank you so much for making my stay home away from home.

Happy hour is good 5pm - 6pm, the drinks are the house specials but nice enough for the price. Ordered a sliced beef burger, half of the meat was fat but the chips were some of the best i have ever tasted.

Had the fish and chips for $25. What a disappointment. The batter was at least 1 cm thick and thicker in parts. It was greasy and not cooked though properly. The actual fish was less than 20% of the battered fish. I would never go back to that rubbish.

Great place, clean , great food, and the staff friendly. Did not have to wait long for food. If you are in the area check them out.

Funky little sports bar off the foyer of the Pan Pacific. Try their Hill Street larger which is locally produce by one of perths craft breweries. At $7 a pint during happy hour it's a bargain. Service is warm and friendly.

Frankly, it’s an average bar food standard. Would i come back here? Unlikely unless i just want to eat in the hotel quickly and go back up. But i might as well still room service.

For the fourth time in a row, ordered food and were then given a kind of vase with serviettes and cutlery. When I order food for two people, I would expect at least two serviettes, that never happened! Each time we only got 1. And every time cutlery items were missing. Here some help; two meals ordered means 2 serviettes, 2 forks, 2 knives and maybe 2 spoons. Shouldn't be too difficult!!

Great friendly staff. Good range and variety on the bar menu , all meals are delicious . Bar staff are great . Cheers to Raj great service

Exceptional service from the crew here popped down from Qv1 first time and was greeted and served with amazing service!
Met a lovely lady Ree and a couple of others made us some high standard cocktails definitely recommend!
Great company , great service and awesome drinks , thanks Ree 😁
Food service requires attention was ok but menu needs reviewing and updating and preparation on food.

Came here a couple of nights ago and I was very much disappointed. I ordered the steak and it was stone cold. When I asked the guy he happily took it back to the kitchen. After 30 minutes the second steak finally came out still not hot but warm. The same guy came back asking If I wanted a free drink which was a nice gesture.

Awesome seafood pasta . All seafood components cooked to perfect doneness , pasta al dente and great heat to boot . Delicious .

Absolutely ludicrous 'steak sandwich' It was a slider bun with a couple of strips of beef. Such a shame for a top notch hotel. Our International guests will judge us on this. UnAustralian . I clarified with the waiter that our order wasnt mixed up with a kids meal and he said no. The head Chef is on and that's how he does it.
