Yep. Traditional style larger pub but with friendly staff and good honest food. It's definitely worth a visit and won't disappoint. Yep, go here.

Yeah meal was good nice place to go for a meal.
But if I could make a recommendation they do need to get the meals out a bit quicker
But other than that the service is great

Wont pick up the phone and then when they finally answer they tell you the kitchen isn't taking any more orders.

Went down for lunch food was ok, decided to try the pokies and was lucky enough to win $200 but the pay out machine only gave me $80, was told nothing could be done and CCTV footage looked correct, I dont know how when we were questioning it straight away and waited at the bar for over a hour. No attempt at compensation was made that was very disappointing part.

We come down for a family birthday dinner on 2 for 1 Tuesday’s, it was very busy.
However the service provided was still above & beyond and we we’re advised of wait times.
All meals were thoroughly enjoyed and no complaints.
Shout out to Sebastian for his outstanding service! Always had a smile on his face and even organised a special dessert for the birthday lady.

Very ordinary. The 2 stars are for the Assistant Manager and the young waiter (think it was his first day) Meals were very ordinary and came out wrong. Med rare steak that was ordered come out well done.
I wanted to give feedback first hand but no one seemed interested.
After reading other reviews we may of just come on bad day.

The most amazing service from this restaurant tonight. Was served by the most positive, helpful and welcoming staff member and i wish I had asked her name however she had long dark braided hair and I believe her name may have been Tesla? She not only helped explain the menu but also assisted with pointing out the specials and made my group feel incredibly welcomed with her fun banter and politeness. I don't usually leave reviews for restaurants but I couldn't let this beautiful young ladies excellent service go unrecognised. Wish I lived closer so I could come back sooner!!

Staff are great. Food is amazing. The Sunday roast and peach cobbler are the best Ive ever had. Great prices and good serving sizes. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting quality dining.

Now that there’s new management, this place has been the best. Best service, best food, everything is great! Highly recommend this place!!

My partner and I had a lovely evening playing pool, all the staff were lovely, cocktails were great. Quick service and the veggie parmi was delicious! Chefs seemed very busy but stayed calm and so professional. Overall was a great experience!

Loved the schnitz with gourmet topper, was so much more indulgent than a regular parmi with the fancy cheese! Would definitely get that again. Carbonara was also quite nice. Desserts were pretty good and the service was friendly, nice atmosphere will come back soon to try their trivia night...with drinks

I’m saddened to write this review as I haven’t had anything negative to say but tonight was a let down. Our food tasted rushed and our Chips were partially raw and our mains did not taste freshly cooked. The Staff weren’t paying attention to the kitchen when orders were ready. I watched our entree sit there for what felt like 5 minutes or longer, under no heat light whilst FOH staff looked dazed and confused 🥲 also no one really wants to see the chef eating chips out of a bowl in front of meals where customers can see 😂 I don’t think I’ll be back lmao

I eat lunch at a lot of pubs around Brisbane, the steak sandwich here was the best I've had, outstanding ! 👏👏

Highly recommend this pub for a great family meal out . The staff are very friendly and helpful , the food is so yummy and very generous sizes, the Sunday roast are the best I've ever had . The new manager is awesome . My kids love coming here and ask to go every day 🤣 if you don't feel like cooking and want a great meal then give it a go

Food wasn't the greatest, but the service was really good. All of the staff we interacted with were really lovely and helpful. Nice atmosphere, very laid-back vibes. I had the homestead beef burger, and it was overcooked, which ruined the whole flavour.

Food quality not match the price.
Ordered a rare 300g T-bone steak.
Got a well-done one.(as in photo)
Stsff was nice and kind to ask kitchen to make a new one to replace.
The 2nd one was a rare steak, but... The dipping sauce is the worst dipping sauce I have ever tasted.
We ordered mushroom sauce, and that sauce has no flavour but the taste of flour.
I end up have to eat my steak with only salt to add-on.
The environment is good, their staff are nice, but maybe steak are not their strengths...?

Everything about our experience was here tonight was horrendous!! Bar service was awful (waited 20 minutes for a Margarita) Food service was even worse (waited well over an hour for food) Definitely don’t recommend wasting your time going here!! If you’ve seen Gordon Ramsay’s show Kitchen Nightmares you just know he would have an absolute fit at this restaurant. oh and not to mention the rude staff, the chick in the stupid Hawaiian shirt had an awful attitude.

DO NOT GO HERE! We waited for 2 hours for our food without even any staff letting us know of the delay. There’s people drinking full glasses of milk… Staff come through with a coles shopping trolley into the restaurant every 30 minutes!!!! We chose our table and did not get presented with any menus or guidance on where/how to order. The only plus side to this place is I won $100 on the pokies.

Been here two Sundays in a row. I've been working over in Virginia on a Sunday and needed somewhere to go for a decent lunch. Both times we went there the beer was cold on tap beautiful. We had the steak special. Can't go wrong with steak chips and salad. 15 bucks beautiful

A random stop off dinner, Homestead Chicken , how good is that , tremendous , I'll be back as a local but I'd be mad not to surf the menu given that dinner gem.

Amazing time, really well prepared filling meals within a reasonable delivery time.
Will definitely come again, even got to listen to people playing trivia and a kind man told me how well I was rocking my outfit.

All of the staff were very friendly and memberships are free discounts are included ,except for the 2 for Tuesday specials.
