Worst pub in the worst part of town, rude staff and they lock all the doors at 9pm. Do not come here it’s a dive.

Went for dinner as we were staying across the road. It was a Sunday night, bar was semi full with the rugby crowd. We ordered the seafood platter & mixed meat platter, it was absolutely delicious! Service was great & food was delicious! Drinks were cold & we were really happy with our experience.

Very comfortable rooms and great food in the bistro. Very reasonable prices compared to other hotels nearby.

This is a hidden gem. Great food, great atmosphere, good old country pub feeling. Prices for meals way better than Canberra or Bungendore and really great cooking.

The rooms a your typical country pub style.||The beds are comfy the rooms are large.||Shared bathrooms though so make sure you remember your room key!||||When I was there a karaoke and birthday function was on which made even the top rooms quite noisy. But it was ok. Mainly felt the bass which put me to sleep.||||It can be tricky getting into the hotel at stages as they lock the doors, sometimes have to wave at people to get in.

Sujan was great and throughout the 9 days I've been here I see him working hard every night and it feels like I've made a good friend!

Stay one night here the rooms and service was beyond good for the price we paid. The staff are absolutely amazing helping us with anything we needed and so friendly too. It’s super close to the airport which helped so much and will definitely be staying here again as it’s just a 10 mins walk to supermarkets and Kmart and some takeaway shops. Food was ok just standard pub food but prices was good too. Thank you for all your help definitely will be back after we finish on the snow ☺️

Stayed one night whilst passing through in April 23. Bars have been renovated recently and appears the accomodation areas being renovated in stages. Our room was quite nice and the shared bathrooms were modern with quality fittings. Had dinner in the restaurant and menu was good. The place has a few minor issues however the price was right and is close to Canberra. Mildly interesting history to the pub and worth looking into. Perfect for a short stay and will likely stay again when in the area again.

Stayed in a room in second floor. Nice rooms and although bathrooms are shared they were clean and felt fancy. Far enough above the pub that it was quiet despite the pub itself being very loud.

Probably a 4.5 based. It's really good, just not great enough to get a 5th star. One of the biggest detractors is the smell in two places. Upon entry, it's like a 3rd rate hotel (the after shave that pubs use to cover up the smell of being a pub) & them going to the toilet, you're exposed to a lot of second hand smoke from the pokies. Service varies but it varies between really good to meh (but not bad). Food is good (quangers burger is good when the chef gets all of the toppings on it), pizza is tasty, chips and wedges are good. Quiz night is probably one of the best I've been to.

Picked Kareoki night to stay. It went until 1am. Staff left a TV on until someone turned it off about 4am. Bad nights sleep. Bar manager was really nice but that was about it.

No signage on where to go when you arrive. Have to try and find a staff member who then takes you to the front room near main entrance. Parking is good to have in the back of the hotel. Rooms are decent and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms could be cleaned more often as there is a lot of soap scum on all of the tiles in all of the showers, plus one of the showers had a blocked drain of hair and fluff. The shower head also barely covers half your body when you stand under it. I stayed for two nights. The first night, my room on arrival was very strongly fragranced and you can very clearly hear the loud music downstairs for karaoke night. No mention of karaoke night anywhere I could see on the booking website, but it finished around 11pm. Upon returning back to my room on the second night, I had an issue with the room and staff were helpful in getting me another room to stay in instead. However, in the second room, it smelled of damp and there was no TV remote? Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price, but many things could be improved.

My favourite pub in Queanbeyan by far! Feels like it’s the people’ pub, with great causal atmosphere, friendly staff, good prices and fast service. Mondays and Tuesdays offer cheap schnittys and rump steaks. Best place to watch the NRL, especially for Raiders fans. Haven’t stayed in the accommodation as I am local, but I would expect it to be a classic Aussie Pub stay.

I've just got here driving past in Canberra, choosing fairly cheap accommodation for short staying but the room and bathroom are just absolutely fantastic. Even though the bathroom is for sharing but such spacious 3 separate bathrooms and even 2 of them have double shower in the booth. So clean and tidy I couldn't believe I've got that all in that price. Nicely decorated & friendly staff too. I am 100% recommending.

I stayed here in Sept 23 and can’t speak highly enough of the standard of the rooms and facilities. I’ve stayed at a lot of pubs in my travels and cannot say I’ve ever had better for the money I paid. Above all the staff were so helpful and considerate. My hat off to all of them. Won’t stay anywhere else when I’m visiting Queanbeyan or Canberra.

I stayed at the hotel as I needed 1 quick night in and out of Canberra. The place is spotless and the rooms are very cozy and ave everything you needs. The showers/toilets are just outside the rooms, but everything is new, slick, nicely done very very clean (can't stress that enough) and it was no trouble at all to walk just 5 steps and use a nice big bathroom and come back to he room. ||The room itself has a fridge and coffee/tea facilities. ||||The staff were extremely friendly and even helped out with a charger that I needed on the spot. ||||Having the bar/restaurant downstairs is pretty comfortable if you want something decent to to eat. ||||I would highly recommend it.

A popular pub, with rooms but you can get a better deal across the road. |The food was standard fair and they DID NOT cater for vegetarians. You could ask them to remove the meat but you will still have to pay fo the meat (Not very customer focused)|and paid more than average. I had sausages, the skin being overcooked. At least you can buy a beer that's ok

1. They charged our visa without authorisation. 2. They overcharged us by $20 per room and refused to acknowledge 4. There add said free parking and was told to park it on the street (misleading) 5. Room was on 3rd floor no elevator We refused to stay and were refused refund. Do not recommend at all.
