With the membership price, it's value for money. Staffs are friendly. Food selections are less but with the discounted price and Monday kids are free, I cannot ask for more, done a good job. Will go back again, nice environment.

Very nice interior, big casino, lots of seating area and lovely staff. Highly recommend going to. + good ping if you want to use their internet to play a solo cash cup

This place is great for families, there is a kids play area you can sign your little ones in to while you order them some food or do a little gamble. Always an enjoyable, relaxed experience at the lions.

The staff were horrible on friday just passed. No staff came and cleared our table even when we asked. So we put out plates on another table and a staff member with red hair rudely looked at me and gave me very bad attitude and said "did you put this here, this table is booked" so i instantly talked back and told her we spoke to the manager at the time and he said it was fine. For this reason, i'm giving this place a 1 star rating.

The gaming room here is a ripper little place to hide out in the 'burbs!
Great lunchtime staff couldn't do enough for me,replacing my lost loyalty card,sorting drinks and keno tickets in 3 minutes flat.
But Best feature is promotions here=cash groceries,drinx in hourly draws.Personally always been Really Lucky here too,even next door at the TAB. Recommend ya try this hidden gem.GL&Enjoy!

Staff were extremely rude during our family dinner. From the beginning of our arrival to the end of the night staff were absolutely rude. Food however was amazing.

So many delicious items to choose from. Something for all. Roasts, veges, salads, chips, chicken nuggets, soup, lasagne, cold meats and desserts are very scrumptious. Too 7ch to list. Staff our friendly and helpful. Wheelchair friendly, children are welcome also. Spacious dining area.

Our group of five visited for the Saturday Buffet. As members, we were charged $30pp. We liked the Asian/Thai dishes and the Grilled Salmon.

Ok yes. I've gone back with the family. Special request from my daughter for her birthday. The children love 🫶 the experience of the "all you can eat buffet". And that is what you get! Buffet style foods. Its definitely fair for what you'll pay. Dishes like any buffet are standard with exception to special events they do go a lot more fancy and you'll find something you'll like.
Staff members I'd say are 50/50 some enjoy their job and suit the hospitality scene whilst others you could tell it's just a job to them.

Nice food for the price. $35 all you can eat buffet. Let down with no coffee or tea options. Extra cost from the bar area. Must book in advance. Highly recommended for family.

My husband and I have been here 4 times. Huge variety of choice with the buffet. I see alot of birthday celebrations happen here aswel. We thoroughly enjoy our time here. Quite a good price for a buffet place too. $37 for members on a Friday, Saturday

It took 2 buses and almost 2 hours, the bus was 14 minutes late and we hit just about every red light and I was starving when I got there.
When I left, you could not wipe the smile off my face, that was a heavenly buffet, almost god tier.
2nd best buffet I have been to by quite a margin, and it was only $20, membership is free, I can't even imagine how awesome the dinner's must be, I will sometime next month.
The amount of variety and options of food available is incredible, another lady spoke to me saying how impressed she was as well, every answer was a very ecstatic I Know!
I will have pictures up on my google review/profile with everything I was able to have including a brochure with their different weekly night specials.
Tuesday Taco's & Friday Parmigiana night sounds awesome.
Loved the crackers and cheese with the cold meats available cheese, classic!
Lots of different cultures and international types of food in both hot box section and in other the other sections.
And if you are a dessert lover they have a lot to choose from and they are very creative with some of their creations.
I only interacted with a couple of staff members but they were both friendly and were happy to help me with any questions I had.

Horrible experience because of our beautiful brown skin. My family and I were treated differently as if we carried ebola.
My family and I experienced the most RACISM here by a big margin than in any other buffets we've ever been to.

Great Buffet experience, the hot food selection was adequate, being on par with many other buffets, but the desert selection really stood out with a strong selection of cheesecakes and other delicious deserts. For the price it would be hard to go past. Note we have tried se eral times to go to Hotel Richlands and rang 1 hour before, only to find they are fully booked, if you want to go there it's best to book the day before as every weekend they book out

Got served by Barb, I think she was an assistant manager, she was an absolute dark and very friendly, really easy to talk to aswell. Great atmosphere. Good food.

Good variety of food.
From fried rice to nuggets, with some pasta options, salad bar, dessert, and fruit options. Pricing has gone up, unfortunately, but not the quality.

Get ready for a feast!
This restaurant offers a relatively rich menu, with a spacious dining environment and plenty of seats. Many families gather here for dinner and birthday celebrations. It combines local flavors with Asian flavors, with meat, vegetables, seafood, desserts, fruits and drinks. The seafood is provided in a timely manner. Every time I go to pick up the food, I find that it has just been put in. When the food is almost collected, there is not enough seafood. I asked the waiter if there is any more, and they gave me a lot more! The price is $45 per person on weekends, which seems to be cheaper on weekdays. Because seafood is provided here on weekends, the price is slightly more expensive than usual. Drinks are paid and picked up by yourself. Basically, everyone who eats here will choose drinks. The overall environment and food are satisfactory, the price is affordable, so there are always many people coming, and the service is also very good. They don’t care whether the guests eat a lot, and always give you the best food, which is very important in a buffet. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the restaurant. Not only are there plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but there is also a large parking lot behind the restaurant. There are also special disabled parking spaces at the front of the restaurant, which provides convenience for disabled people to park and dine. I have been here several times before, with my family, and more often I come to this restaurant alone for a big meal! This is not the most high-end restaurant, but the food meets the needs of the masses. In today's soaring prices, the price and food and their service are impeccable.

If you like real taste of buffalo wings don’t order them from hotel Richlands as they taste nothing like buffalo wings 😵💫
I would say they are more like sweet chilli wings in the ketchup in the burn crumbs.
Big disappointment 🤢
Ordered stakes, medium rare.
It was delicious, will be back!

Came here for the first time yesterday Tuesday 14/5 to try lunch. Our group ordered four steaks and they came out perfectly cooked as order. Steaks were so juicy and tender. Our Compliments to the chef. Orders came out quickly and staff were smiling and polite.
Went and had a drink and hit in the gaming room which was lovely.
Will definitely be back to try the buffet which looked fantastic

Be warned of closing times
Was having a lovely evening until 8.25pm appeared... Then everything gets cut off at buffet including drinks. Went to get one last drink, when a rude lady goes "" no more"".. everything, including manners are gone sadly at this time.
So sad, as otherwise nearly perfect. Beware of fish as full of bones.
We will be back.... Hopefully manners will win us over that time I know they have times to eat etc... but this was unreal... Courtesy goes a long way.

Awesome place food is 10 out of 10, service from the bar staff is second to none.

A MUST stop when you are on the road. We had two dinners and the service, atmosphere and food was UNBEATABLE!!!! Thank you Allison and Brogan for having us. We will be back next time for sure!!

All the food taste so fresh and good. The Asian chef is friendly and the atmosphere amazing.

A affordable family buffet restaurant, the service is wonderful, staff are helpful and friendly. There are lots of gluten free options! Does get busy but you can book for larger groups.
