We visited during Oak's day. Great experience with a very elegant and lively crowd. The food was good and very well served.

Steak sandwich filled the gap but I have had a lot better . Service was slow at the bar wouldn't rush back there .

Smallish complex with all types of sports on multiple Tv's. TAB and poker machines and good size bar. Closing hours vary but generally around 11pm.

Prices are a little high. Food is great. If you dislike pokies machine sounds then this place should be avoided

My family of 7 people used to go there every Friday night for $10 parma's however we stopped going as the service was terrible. The manager there is very abrupt in nature and on 2 occasions he approached us straight after we had finished eating and asked us to leave so someone else could sit where we were sitting. Other tables were available, we would always book a week in advance and we were regulars! we found this so incredibly rude. He always spoke to his staff in a rude manner in front of us. We consistently wouldn't get what we ordered.

Meal tastes great and was reasonably priced. One of two staff need to present a happier face.

Location, location, location! An overall good venue with the usual offerings, a bar, bistro, TAB sports bar and poker machines. Food is good but not great, drinks reasonably priced. Great views & it's location makes it a winner!

Located in Flemington Racecourse, Headquarters Tavern has Pokies, Tab, Live Sports and a bistro.
The Staff provide a great service making everyone feel welcome in a friendly environment that is Headquarters Tavern.
Security staff also have great interaction with patrons and are always there should anyone need help.
Definitely a place to go back to.

I have been going to the tavern almost every day after work.
Got along very well with most staff.
And now I have handed my membership over
Due to one staff member Guyan belittling me and his manager Greg or Glen overhearing him and did nothing. He should of stepped in and defused the situation, but instead he just stood there and did notthing.
I don't like the staff telling me to go and get a pie from 7 eleven.
No more beers or pokies after work from me.

I am giving them three stars only because their address on the website is wrong 448 Epson rd Flemington. Take me a long while to drive around to get there, and the racing during that time of day makes it harder. except that, all staff was wonderful, and I finally make it to my meeting.

Hi, where's the restaurant please? Sorry we don't have a restaurant.Thats ok, I'll have a drink then, a cider please, hmm sorry we don't have cider, ok a glass of Pinot Gris hmmmmm sorry no. Ok a glass of Pinot Grigio then, hmmmmmmmmm sorry no.
Allright just a coke. Arrr sorry we only have Pepsi. Ya kidding me , the most popular drink in the world, nope.
Ok a glass of lemon squash then, yes thats ok.
I wonder how much $$$money$$$ I've saved ?
Truly not a good experience to say the least.

Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Ample seating. TAB, Pokies and restaurant/bar.

Friendly and excellent staff. Venue manager excellent and kept everything running well and patrons treatment brilliant. Very safe environment. Well done.

A typical bistro with very pleasant, casual/semi formal atmosphere. Staff lovely and friendly and efficient.
Food well above average.
Great for groups and couples for a pleasant relaxing experience.
