We ordered the afternoon nibbles (arancini and pork bites) as we arrived here too late for lunch and to early for dinner. Food fresh and such amazing texture and taste. The music is in the background and pleasant and staff are very lovely. Perfect for a Saturday afternoon break from the daily stress.

Went to the Huntlee for lunch during the week. The Chicken Club sandwich and the Pulled Beef Nachos were both excellent and fairly big serves. Bar staff were friendly and efficient, food arrived pretty quick. Parking is a bit limited but there are options nearby. We sat outside undercover.

We have dined endless amounts of times. And the food and service has been amazing. But unfortunately this time out meals were over cooked, dry and not pleasant at all. And it didn't appear to be busy at all. Staff were very friendly.

Was in the vineyards for the weekend and had booked dinner at the Huntlee Tavern for 7 pm On a Saturday night. Got there about 6 40 and looked for parking in their parking lot out the back. Their parking lot isn't that big and after doing 1 lap we parked up the road at the coles which is a 2 min walk.
Walked to the tavern and walked through to the bistro which was quite full. Was met by the host and directed to our table and told wait time up to 40 mins as place was full . The host notified us that we had to line up and order . Got to the table and realised couls order through qr code .Chose to use the qr code which was easy but noticed not all choices on the menu were on line.
After about 15 min, entrees came out, but with no plates.or eating utensils . Waitress did t notify us that plates, serviettes and utensils were near the line up to order.
Mains arrived and the servings are on the large side. Had chicken snitty with veg and salad while the wife had steak topped with garlic prawns with mash and salad. My chicken was excellent as had plenty of flavour .the wife steak was very good , just the mash was very.bland ,no flavour .
Overall was a good night out food was good and reasonably priced atmosphere was very good only downside I can say was the parking

Visited Huntlee Tavern for the first time today for a Sunday lunch. What a lovely place! Between the 4 of us we had the chicken schnitzel, 1 with diane sauce and another with the garlic cream sauce, the Tuscan pasta, and a cheese and bacon burger. All 4 meals were an absolute hit with very good comments about the lovely salad that accompanied the schnitzels along with the very tasty sauces. The Tuscan pasta was amazing as was the Burger. The music that was being played was excellent and was played at a level that didn't drown out conversation. We wil definitely be back with plans to visit for a Sunday breakfast in the next few weeks.....can't wait!

This was a great experience, this is the first restaurant that in their kids menu there is more than just pasta, a burger and chicken nuggets. This restaurant had a menu that gives them options, so it was wonderful I personally enjoyed it.👏🍻🍽️.

This joint was the pub going 21st Century and we were all very impressed.
You order via QR code that was pretty easy to navigate and the food arrived so promptly it was almost unbelievable. They do still have people that can wait on a table I gather but we weren’t worried about that hoopalah. The food was amazing, the drinks cold and a few slappers to choose from.

The place was really clean including kids play area. The food was terrible. It was Thursday night $20 rump and kids eat free. Absolutely no signage that indicates kids eat free is for locals only but they would not honour it. Steaks were like rubber, kids meals so overcooked we had to go to McDonalds after as they just refused to eat any of it. Chips were good. It is really not ok to not have clear signage for terms like that.

Service was awful...clearly our order had been forgotten as we saw others being served their food who arrived 20 mins after us. We were waiting close to an hour and the staff member who we approached made excuses and everything appeared to be a chore for her ....we had to ask for knife's and forks and condiments...and it was like we were bothering her. Food was average for the price but we will not return after this experience. I only scored the atmosphere low because how we felt with our interaction with the staff as it made us feel uncomfortable. Other patrons were friendly

Ordered takeaway dinner to be picked up at a certain time. Got a phone call 35mins before the chosen pick up time saying our food was ready. The lady on the phone was nice and offered for the food to be remade which I agreed to, otherwise it would have been extremely cold. When my husband picked the food up, it looked as though it was being made fresh as the chefs were just putting it together, however when we got it home, it was very clear they had reheated our food rather than cook fresh. My schnitzel had been recooked and I could barely cut through it. Absolutely disgusting, will not be coming back.

Netty. Was. Here. The areas newest venue and my first time checking out the place. $15 lunch menu is simple & lite. This new Club has it all with membership, raffles and late night entertainment.

I was served today by the lovely Jess in the cafe, her service was immaculate! Jess is such an asset to the Tavern due to her coffee skills. I’ll definitely be back!

I have debated writing this for the longest time because I see this place has so many positive reviews, but it's shocking how poorly they handle events despite having all the time in the world. We've given the tavern multiple chances, hoping it was just bad luck when we had attended since it opened, but each time we end up disappointed. It has either be bad food (burger patties still part cold, frozen, bugs coming out of our salads and more) or horrible event planning (booking for a large group spread over 4 high top tables setting 4 at each). Tonight has been the final straw and I needed to write something because the staff really can't do anything it needs to be the owner.
It's frustrating because even when we try to give feedback, the staff seem resigned to the poor quality. The owner really needs to take a hard look at the operations and the food quality to even start addressing things.
Moving forward we will be doing everything we can to avoid giving this venue money.

Gorgeous venue, very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Had breakfast and dinner there and both meals were delicious! Also had great indoor playground kept kids entertained.

Food was great, beer was cold, very slow service at the bar and no table clearing but still a recommended place if your not interested in what price you pay. 😀

Food was good, pizzas well made and good flavour. Not a lot of toppings. Kids meals large and ice cream included.
Was super busy, but we got a table and food was still served very quick. Would go again if in the area.

Food, service & staff were all amazing, beautiful atmosphere only downside the temperature was a bit warm for me and my wife, otherwise perfect experience, food choices were vast, plenty of selection, the barramundi was phenomenal.
Prices were as expected and the cocktails were delicious, definitely will be coming back in the future.

First time here for dinner, and we were 10mins early for the dinner menu. However, we chose from the 'all day menu' and they got onto it.
The menu: lots of variety and the prices depend on whether you're a 'local' or not.
Lots of variety in seating and tables and most of them were reserved for dinner, so busy on a Sat night.
Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.
Food was tasty and cooked to perfection.
Parking is right near one of the entrances and more parking next to that.
Easy access for wheelchair and all one level.
Would highly recommend and will return.

Dropped in on Australia Day for dinner and got this beauty of a steak. Cooked beautifully and super tender. Not cheap as far as pub steaks go but at least enjoyed eating it. Kids play area a win too.

Booked a table for 16 for Mother’s Day. Arrived to a table of 12 set up on bar stools. When asked about the booking for 16 they said they would bring more chairs but we needed another table. This took a while to organised then by the time we ordered we had to wait a while for our meals. This meant our booking of 90 minutes was almost up so we had to rush and eat our food.

Been there a few times previously and everything was great. This trip i had a medium cooked steak and it was very rare. I asked for it to be cooked some more and it came back rare.
Others at my table had the same issue.
They did offer free ice cream for everyone in compensation
It was very busy the day we attended so maybe the kitchen was trying to push meals out quickly although we did wait 1hr 10mins for our meals.
Sadly I am unlikely to try it again in the near future

Been here lots. Always a pleasure. Nice food and friendly staff. This time our grandkids meals arrived quickly but the adults meals were overlooked. My schnitzel eventually came with mash and veggies, but the only veggies were broccoli and cauliflower. Nobody eats that. Can you please serve up veggies that the average bloke eats?

Average food, with okay service. Meals came out fast. Standard pub food. Clean toilets as well. The tables are a bit unstable so be careful. Good selection of wines and drinks.

Attended recently for the first time. Decor and environment is nice, staff were friendly especislly Angela and food was alright. Wasn't one of the best chicken schnitzels I've had but definitely not the worst, one of our salads was also more of a colselaw then a salad and menu is a bit pricey.
Take away boxes were handy and beneficial.

As a resident of the area for a few years I’ve been here twice once when it first opened and recently after finishing a nightshift with some co workers, this is a big breakfast a piece of bacon egg bread mushroom the rest I paid extra for as a add on as expected I was going to be let down with portions but also pricing. As per most reviews if it’s your first time here try out the other local pubs instead

Absolutely love the Huntlee Tavern. The staff are always lovely, super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. A big shout out to Chris for his exceptional customer service. You are an asset to your team. Food is always great, a family friendly venue that the kids love going to and atmosphere is 10/10. I highly recommend.

2 lunch time specials 68 dollars on a thursday lunch bar 1 time aprox 1300 both steaks asked for medium and yes that is two different photos of the plates chips under cooked and look at the steaks there is a gourmet restaurant called KFC just next door where the unqualified chefs kids can at least cook food....
