We had lovely food. My fish was fresh, the chips were nice and thick like I love them, hubby had the curry and he said it was alright. Sadly the apple pie wasn't quite what I expected. It felt like it was microwaved for 20 minutes. The service was good and it was a lovely night.

We came to inverloch for a weekends. My partner was craving a nice steak. We had a few drinks, it was a Friday night, was super busy around 6:45-7pm the food came out to our liking medium rare, service was a little slow. Has a good pool table

We ate here during winter, the family bistro was a third full I'd say.. the service was nice, the food was nice, fresh and quick. The chips were a generous serving but would want to be for $9 as a side. Sea food was fresh and delicious. Nice seating out the front. A small kids play area, enough to distract them but it's very small..

Very tasty food and very nice staff. I tried the fried chicken entree which was perfectly seasoned and tasty, as well as the calamari which was very soft and flavourful. The beef burger was full of flavour, with the patty having a delicious smokey taste. The fish and chips serving is absolutely massive and delicious which is great to see compared to some places. And to finish off the chocolate brownie was very gooey and delicious with the ice cream! Overall it was one of the best meals I’ve had eating out in the area, and the food came out very fast, with lovely staff.

Very noisy venue, not recommended if you want a quiet relaxing meal with friends, have to shout across the tables. I think the management should address the bad acoustics in the bistro. Service is ok , i had seniors steak medium$24.00, was tough as boots and plenty of gristle. My wife had fish & chips, better choice.

This is the first time I visit the place. The lunch is from 12 to 2pm, so Wednesday we missed the opportunity. Today we had chicken parma and duck legs. The chicken parmesan is average size, compared with Mrs. Parmas in Melbourne it is a little smaller, but just right for my husband. I am surprised how good the duck legs are. They are so tender and price is not as expensive as in Melbourne.

The meal and drinks here were high on value and the service was excellent. There’s a basic variety of beer on tap and more than adequate for the occasion. You’ll likely be skipping dinner after the traditional pub parma, it was pretty generous.

The invy espy bistro is a loud and bustling dining hall, plenty of friendly floor staff and their table ordering system is fantastic. Perfect for the current environment, wait staff also offered regular table service. Prices are a little steep however the food was decent and the wait was not long.

The calamari was thick and fresh. I really enjoyed the flavour and how it was a gluten-free option. It's great to see that they have multiple options for gluten-free - entrees, mains, kids, senior and desserts have a good variety of gluten-free options which is great to see at a place like this.

The beef burger was so good! And the atmosphere was really unique and interesting. Plus, the fact that it's an older place, established before 1936, made me feel like I could trust it.

Nice meals and great service right in the heart of town. We walked in for a lunchtime meal here and went to the bistro. Spacious and open our server Dom was attentive and excellent in providing rapid and accurate service with great recommendations. We ordered the beef burger, espy chicken burger, the curry of the day (Moroccan lamb) and the kids calamari. Not a complaint on the table with sizes being just right, flavours excellent and not bad price for the quality. I finished with the creme brulle which was presented nicely and tasted just as good. Big shout out to tall Dom there for his excellent service and chilled yet professional approach.

It’s a decent pub. The food choice is good and the out put was good. Not great. As a family of 5 the kids 2 of our kids ordered from the kids menu. The kids burger was a mini burger with a decent amount of chips. The kids pasta - passable, just. The Parma was ok. Seen better. The fish of the day - Salmon was very Spartan. My wife didn’t want roast potatoes and so it was delivered with just a few steamed vegetables and no sauce. For $32 underwhelming. The strip loin beef with paper corn sauce was probably the pick of the mains and at nearly $40 didn’t seem that good in terms of value. Gravy was a bit watery. Dessert - Frog in the Pond had run out. No!!!!!! My daughter had the Caramel and Macadamia Tart - mixed reviews. $200 for the bill was exy. Service was excellent. Overall 4 stars is fair enough.

Helpful, pleasant staff. Nice meals but they should tell you when things cost extra, such as vegies instead of salad. Seniors steak & veg was very small meal.

Great spot to grab a bite when in Inverloch, we went for lunch and this place was bustling with ppl and staff have been nice to us to give us a table very quick when we didn’t had any booking. Best roasted cauliflower tacos ever, salsa is very fresh and sauce is flavourful. Fried chicken burger is delicious and kids meal was awesome. Very friendly staff and definitely highly recommend this when in inverloch place

Friendly and attentive service from all wait staff, very welcoming, prompt delivery of food and drinks, table service which is a very rare these days and tasty yet affordable meals. It was our first time visiting and we will certainly be back, looking forward to seeing your renovations. Thank you for making our dining experience with a toddler a breeze!

Found this place when looking for something close and affordable for dinner. Didn't have a booking but the lovely staff were able to find us a table for a good 1 hour seating. Easy to see why this place is popular. Great tasting meals accompanied by great service.

Can’t complain. I ordered the special, the beef brisket tacos 🌮. So delicious, I thought at the end of my meal that it could be a permanent menu item. Service was excellent, although we were approached a bit early (not ready to order at the time) a couple times. Would definitely love to be back!

Came over Easter weekend and had a booking in advance. Great service as it was busy but they were organized. Table was ready for our group of 9 and after we ordered the food came out quickly. Fish special and Nepalese curry was good. Burger was delicious too. The only issue we had was the under cooked steak. Kids meals and all other mains were decent. There was also a small play area next to the dining area to keep the kids occupied.

Booked in for dinner during the day, wanting 7pm offered 7.30pm, when we arrived were only advised at seating kitchen closing in 15 minutes & restaurant / bistro closing in 40 mins due to a function. Not a lovely start. Food was tourist destination pub quality. One steak perfect the other very gristly/fatty. Chicken souvlaki was a hit as was the burger. Calamari was more like fat frozen deep fried chips so quite disappointing, as usually my favourite. A lemon wedge rather than slice would also help the portion Seafood Pasta looked stunning on presenting. A tad too chilli for the guest but that’s a personal opinion Overall felt rushed and unpleasant having room packed up inclusive of tables & chairs around us whilst eating in a hurry

Awesome food and fantastic service! This place was absolutely packed when we arrived on the weekend for lunch. Although we did not have a booking the staff were very accommodating and found us a great table to dine at. We ordered the Baja Fish Tacos, the KFC (Kentucky Fried Cauliflower) and the Beetroot Salad to share. With how busy this place was and the amount of food coming out of the kitchen, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived and at how great the meals were! Absolutely delicious and the Beetroot Salad was not what we expected - it was way better! Again, with the staff being so busy but yet so helpful (in particular Sam who was friendly, informative and an absolute star!), you can tell it’s a team effort here. Would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!
