When we went there, it took far too long just to be served the food, the kids room isnt appropiate for all ages (something should be said about age appropriatation) and some staff were good such as the man at the bar, however the waiter for the night was giving some bad vibes from the young one but overall not a fan.
Maybe we were a bit loud, but also, my kids didn't seem interested in what they had to offer for keeping them entertained to keep them calm. If your an older generation, it's fine or those with older kids that knows how to play the machines they have. But not all ages. The kids didn't even like the food and it was pizza. I didn't mind it but that's because I don't mind spicy (the menu didn't state that it was spicy).
We came in happy and went out unhappy, I had to go elsewhere for food for the kids sadly.
I wish I had posted this sooner to let people know but sadly life got in the way.

Went to the Italian club for the first time last night for tea with my partner and my daughter. We all had a great feed staff were really good food was great well done keep up the good work. Will be going back again.

Visited here last night with a group of friends, great atmosphere, great food & great staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they accommodated our large group with a booking suitable to our needs. Definitely recommend people visit this place, you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely go back again,

The person on the front desk basucally pointed to our table, no query if we knew how the system worked. Food is very ordinary, overcooked, and blah. The gurl whi took our order was nice as wah the gentleman who served drinks. Won't be going back.

Their 'christmas in july' was utter garbage - nothing like what was advertised, staff had no idea what was going on, was told "um, the food will maybe come out after 6pm, and you have to fight amongst yourselves for what you want" - what kind of garbage is that??? , we left after 45 minutes with no food being served, waste of $80 - this was a ticketed event, and nobody even looked at the tickets, never mind scanned them or verified them, so FYI, if they ever do this again, just walk in next time for a free meal, (if it arrives) , and even though I called ahead and asked for a table for 2, nope, just huge round tables with equally confused strangers - avoid this dump at all costs - p.s. 12 balloons isn't a 'winter wonderland' as advertised

The food was really nice here, we enjoyed our meals. I was really surprised with the quality.
The chef was really lovely and gave our son a lolly pop. Staff really friendly too. Was very quiet though, more people should visit.

The food was average and warm and stuffy in the restaurant. Over priced drinks. Not a place I would pick by choice. Was only there due to a social gathering.

The club is a nice enough place but I, and others I have talked with feel the meals are average and overpriced.

Seen on tv thought we would try the place the food was divine the chicken cooked tender to profection nice friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

Seen all the advertisements on T.V and thought we'd book a table for mothers day! Well wishing I hadn't, after driving 1hr to get here, then having to wait 1hr and 15mins for entree, then a further 25 mins for mains. Food was cold, 3 parmas came to the table, 1 under cooked, 1 burnt.. everything else cold... won't be back...

On Sunday 13 August I had a bad experience in this restaurant. I ordered roast pork with asian salad and I couldn’t eat it because the crackling or the pork rind was tough and the vegetables for the salad were not fresh, leaves were wilted and soooooooooo dry, not enough dressing because they just drizzled the dressing on the side of the plate. I addressed the staff about my issue and the staff didn’t even rectify the issue, I was so hungry so I ened up ordering cheesy garlic bread and paid for $12.00 altogether I spent $40 for a meal that I couldn’t eat. I even sent them a message on their facebook page but just seen and no apologies. I can’t even give this a rate of 1. I will never go back to that place again.

I went with my mum on Australia Day we had cannoli the centre was ment to be vanilla and chocolate custard, thinking it would be traditional. It was the worst pasty I ever had I don’t know what it was, it was not custard it was this gooey slimy paste it was disgusting mum being a cannoli fan said it was the worst cannoli she ever had. Bad italian food at the Italian club what a joke. If you eat here don’t go italian maybe try Spanish.

Great venue, calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. We come for the poker, and enjoy a few Canadian Clubs too. Friendly bistro and bar staff.

Chicken Parma is a chicken patties, I won't be back here, I don't mind paying $32 for a real chicken breast but for a chicken patties, what a joke

Attended a conference in their conference room. Great spot, accommodated a large group. Accessible toilets.
Only purchased drinks, but they were affordable.

$10 meals every Thursday night this can get very busy so if you wish to try it out make sure you book very busy choice of half a dozen meals at this price good size serves.
