Worst experience ever.
Been here for more than a year,
Never faced over-drunk issues.
Just had a beer and a vodka, they said I am too drunk and refused to serve me a drink.
Too much attitude on the staff or whatever named Gia. Need to come home just by playing pool.
Never getting back
Very worst experience who says I am the one to decide who is drunk or not.

Went in, came straight back out. No food. This isn't a hotel, it's a gambling den. Shame it was obviously once a classic Aussie pub. One more star cause at least the bar looked nice.

Very friendly staff, good vibes,good pokes ,very clean ask for the membership card it is free u get cheaper drink and pokes points an my second best place to have great time🍻

This is one of the resists pub in whole sydney..i think this pub is only for Chinese people.. staff treat you like a beggar if you are from other countries ..after you drink 2 glass of beer they stop give beer..but Chinese people can do anything because must of the staff are Chinese..thank you keigheri pub for treat me like a beggar..

The focus on the place really seems to be on the pokie machines. All the space is laid out to lead people there or to the screens showing the races and games for the TAB. There are extremely limited food options and the atmosphere on the inside is kinds depressing. The staff are always fantastic though - friendly and welcoming. It is such a shame because the building itself is beautiful and with some investment could be an absolute jewel. As it stands, no real reason to go - didn't even look like they run any promotions or events. Decent parking options and super close to the train station.

The customer service is quite bad with rude behaviour. The staff didn’t show me any respect we have worked in this situation before but we never treated the customer with rude behaviour. I am quite disappointed with the staff and manager. Please fix this problem. Thanks🙏🙏🙏🙏

The atmosphere of this store is not particularly good, it feels like the boss likes to let the staff attract customers. I hope it can be changed, so as not to let others misunderstand

Staff are very friendly and respectful. They always assist as much as possible. Bistro is also nice! Food pricing is also reasonable.

Really worst service ...specially from the manager with the glasses and the security guard with pony tail...they are needed to be trained how to talk and behave to the patrons...how come a manager can mock at the patron when a patron had an issue with the service...that is the real shame for the owner recruited like these kind of staff..I rated this service minus zero if any option of rating like this....shame on the service of laughing loudly and mocking at the patron....shame ! shame!shame!....

Randomly went in for a beer, $15.50 jug local beer, pool $3 per game… nice place to hang out with friends. Short hair lady is very attentive and great service.

Never gonna come back because of the unfriendly bar girl whose name she said Jiya, who refused to give me 2nd beer. She said I was too drunk with one beer, but I wasn’t even touched with anything. I was there to have good time with my friends, I couldn’t even laugh with my friends , it was good before but now the staff are very unfriendly. I think they just don’t wanna wash glass so they just don’t serve even second beer. Worst and lazy staff.

Manager there, doing best job to keep the venue's standard high and maintain the policy so good. Loved the vibe, surely gonna visit back time and again.

lady wearing glass who called herself a manager is really so rude and she needs to be trained well to respect the customers. I suggest people not to go there as there is no respect for the customer. All staffs from manager to lower lever are rude .

I would give zero star if i can. Worst customer service. Very rude behaviour from the staff especially that girl bartender who works there most of the time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this bar in 30/07/2022 around 2:30 Am Saturday morning. The lady in the bar wanted to pay double for my drink. I showed her the transaction even in my phone and she insisted on asking me to pay again and again. She kept saying I haven't paid. Maybe she thought I was drunk and wanted to take benefit. But mind you I was very conscious. We had to solve the issue by calling another person and he said our transaction was done. The lady was actually very rude to me.

I was there for 1 hour and have 2 glass of beer. There was a asian lady with glass (zia) she said you have been here for 4 hour , you cannot have even one glass . I even show her my login ( check in ) too , what time i got in . Bad bar tender very very very bad a lot of attitude because of this you lost good customer and got the rating too.

It was good place before but when there is a staff called Giya, the one with glasses, I am never gonna get there. Lazy girl just don’t want to wash glass so she didn’t serve me third drink saying I am too drunk.
Worst experience ever.
I would suggest no one should go there specially when the girl wearing glasses is working who have too much attitude problem.
Can’t have a good time with friends on dayoff.
Could’ve done breathe test or any test because I was honestly not drunk.

I really liked the customer service done by Mr. PUNLOUE. He was kind and considerate and behaved really professional. I have been to other pubs and the bar staff used to be rude but he was really polite and respectful. Overall great experience!!

Great place to go for a punt, although like many other smaller pubs on the map, unfortunately comes with an astronomical price to withdraw funds from the ATM machine! If it Isn't already enough to pump endless amounts of money through their machines, everytime you make the decision to handover more of the coloured paper the ATM puts its hand into even further! Surely enough is enough considering we're handing over our money to keep you in buisness through the quiet times
$3.20 per withdrawals may be a convince for you but not necessarily sorry

Definitely the worst place to hangout. I was at this bar at about 1.30 am. At that time, all other bottleshops were closed and i had a friend of mine whom i wanted to have few glasses of beer.
The bar guy (white prob asian) was so unprofessional.
I asked for a jug of beer and he said that they don't serve jugs after 11. That's fine,,,two glasses of beer for now , i said.
He told me, you might have been drinking somewhere else and i can't serve.
Seriously??? My BAC was completely 0. I hadn't had, a drop of alcohol or any drugs.
Now my question is, "On what basis do you guys judge a customer if s/he is drunk?"
Or is this bar serving only those customers who loose money in their machines????
Don't you guys try to be oversmart because you have failed to judge me.
This way you gonna loose all your customers one day.
I suggest, change your staffs and service type. I have seen/heard other bad reviews too about this place.
And for the readers,,, do not ever visit this place. They will make you feel soo embarrassed in front of other customers for no reason.

Beautiful place to enjoy different varieties of local beer with low alcohol contain. Services are provided by Nepalese. Worthy to visit to enjoy different kinds of chilled beer.

A pub which has a 70 year history in a lovely heritage building that dominates the intersection of Rawson and Station Roads. But sadly, it doesn't serve any Australian pub grub (or any meals) and the range of draught beers is very limited. There were only a couple of customers in the bar area in what should have been a busy lunch time. Only the pokie-machine had people.

Always liked to visit but during a recent visit the egoist security denied drink to my colleague because he could not understand his English. Very disappointed. Managers are always friendly and great service.
