Went in for the first time this past week with my partner and the service was amazing. Sarah was welcoming and lovely and made sure our experience was enjoayble and memorable. Food was great and we will definitely be back!!

Well cooked and presented, staff very friendly and helpful, maybe a smaller serving of chips and turn the aircon down a little in the dinning room because it chilled the meal very quickly. The cutlery could have been sharper. But over all a very good meal. 👍

We came here as it was recommended by a friend to us. Michael our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty, and I really enjoyed my schnitzel dinner and cocktails. Highly recommend.

Three visits and each time no super crisp won't be returning
Definitely not available - 1st time no beer wasn't ordered. 2nd time cup over tap no beer and just last Friday again cup over tap so no beer.
So I beg to differ and the stubbies weren't very cold.

This pub is amazing. I came in for lunch, and Jessie was fantastic. She greeted me with a smile and a very welcoming voice. The meal was delicious thanks to the chef. The staff are all very polite. I WILL BE BACK

The staff were friendly and th food was delicious and the mushroom sauce was the best I have tasted

The lunch Burger was great. Perfect amount of char on the perfectly cooked paddy. Sauce was flavoursome and complimented the fine tasting slightly toasted bun. Chips crispy and ideally salted.
Staff were prompt and helpful with a smile. Excellent.

So my work recently transitioned to working 4 day weeks, so on a Friday I took my fiancee out to have lunch and a little bit of fun on the pokies. Our food was lovely the atmosphere was good and to top it off we had a little win on the pokies lol. We will certainly be back

Sarah was so accomodating for our meal. She greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. She made sure we were well taken care of! Meals came quickly and the venue was clean and inviting!

Mother’s Day 2024. We’ve been here lots of times with different results over 20 years. This time was excellent although the food was a bit slow in coming, so good it made type this.. The two girls/ ladies, and I’m sorry one with an unusual name was extremely warm and friendly. Thanks for a great night.

Michael was such a delight to have as our server this afternoon, her hospitality was just as amazing as the meals! Will most definitely be back to enjoy all-round wonderful service again, thank you for putting a smile on our faces 😁

It was ok, food was average. Chips were cold. I was charged $2 for gravy and $2 to swap chips and salad for vegetables and mash. Just greedy, in my opinion. When there is so much competition out there, these things matter. The Duty Manager, Jude, was the difference that got the 3 ⭐️ this woman clearly understands hospitality, thank you!!

I really enjoyed my meal- Andrew was the cook and was happy with Kimberly and Febie for the great service 😀 😊 loved the music in the background and my family had a great catch up

I really didn't think much of this place despite the incredible luck here for me and the jackpot winner I sat next to!
I can't put my finger on it exactly,I just have reservations about this venue,I really think it might be the building itself,it's architecture,to me,seems cold & uninviting.not much natural light penetrates and it's all flat expanses of white rendered walls and minimalist styles and blockish shapes so favoured in the 80s but I feel the low maintenance advantages makes them look neglected or not pristine somehow.stupid complaint for a pub review but it does dampen my enthusiasm for the place.3stars will have to do.

I must say I Really Enjoyed the Experience here. The food was great, the drinks even better! Kyle served me and he was a Gem to deal with. I ordered extra sides and sauce and toppings with my steak and Kyle was Super Tentative to my requirements. Everything was prepared Fresh. The side salad and chips were Phenomenal with grated beetroot in the salad. The last thing that I want to mention is that the Prawns topped on the steak were Absolutely to Die For. I could eat them All Day. Thank You for a Lovely Time Kensington Tavern, I look forward to visiting you Again.

If someone hires the hall they expect to not have disgruntled guessed. They put the least experienced person up stairs behind the bar by herself. Kimmy handled it well but definitely needed the help when it comes to the layout and till. Told to order all the food off the QR code off the box at the bar, but then the staff got frustrated when all the food for 30 people was on one table number. Then the food was oK for pub food but not at those prices for the quality. Highly recommend the management to go eat at the Glen and compare quality food for the same price they are charging. If your coming for the food go to the Glen same price better quality. Besides this great night out with family and friends.

Had Michael (new bar lady) come and ask if we would like to taste test a new cocktail. I have to say from someone who rarely drinks alcohol the new cocktail (calypso I think she called it) tasted amazing. Went down so easy. Loved the pineapple flavour too. Could definitely drink a few of those quite easily. My partner who was drinking beer drank the rest of it and said it was really nice.

Fantastic service and food. Staff were great and very friendly. Our server for the night Kimmy was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. 5 stars for Kimmy!

Came in with a group of 18. My partner and I were the last to order but we still ordered roughly the same time everyone else did. Everyone else got their food and it was an extra 20 minutes of waiting to get a mediocre parmy and chips that weren't room temperature but weren't warm either.
We came in about 10-15 minutes before peak time so I can understand waiting a while for food but when everyone else gets their food and you have to sit there and wait even longer. I think we were waiting 40 minutes total. Fairly disappointed

Came for dinner with friends. We ordered steak and schnitzel which were fine. The sides were less than generous. Mr steak was undercooked but the others' weren't.

Awesome evening! Michael was our waitress and to say she knows what she is doing is an understatement. She greeted my family and I with a warm welcome and big smiles, making us feel comfortable. She understood exactly what we were asking and did not dismiss any questions and queries. Not to mention the food was amazing and the atmosphere was really great too. Will definitely be back! Thank you all!

Apart from being a little outdated the service and food is amazing. Alison and Sarah are super friendly and so very helpful. I had the chilli fettuchini and my partner had the Kenso burger. Both dishes were full of flavour and well presented. 2nd time here and will be back

Amazing service from the wonderful staff and the food was great! The mushroom gravy is the best I was tempted to get an extra serving just to eat on its own haha! The prawns were such great size we were expecting those small ones we usually get at other places . So happy

Amazing place to relax and have a good feed. Amazing staff all round if your looking for a cocktail Sarah will have you covered. Thanks for the drinks will be back for sure.

Alice is best in the business.!! Didn't know what I felt like eating until she recommended the Kensington snitty avo and I went for it and so glad I did opened up taste buds I never knew I had! Thanks Alice xx
