When we booked, we were told that there was off street parking, but not told where. It took some working out, but eventually we found the carpark. It's in the lane behind the pub, but not directly behind, a few doors down. The sign was not evident.|It has a boom gate, and you have to contact the Pub to be let in. (Getting out is easy, it has a sensor.)|This was not relayed to us and we had to call several times before the phone was answered. I understand they would have been busy (7.30pm) If we were given a heads up about the process, it would have helped. |Our room was compact, but all we needed. There is a step into the bathroom and that was tricky when you're half asleep. The shower screen track is close to the loo, so that was another things you had to navigate. |The room was clean but I think the A/C vents needed cleaning, it had a 'dusty' smell and was loud. We turned it off when we came back into the room as it was just too noisy. As you cant open a window (isnt the the same everywhere?) you depend on the A/C to move air around, even a ceiling fan or floor fan would have worked better than the A/C. |The wardrobe hanging space was difficult to get to as the bedside was right in front of the door.|The lift is a nightmare! Jolts and jumps and the doors shoot open... a little off putting. Not a gentle ride. And the smell. :o | It actually says on the doors to make sure you have your phone on you and to put the contact number in before you entre!|We didnt have any trouble, but it was an experience .||The Bistro and outdoor area in the back is excellent. Were were there when there were events all weekend and the pub was very busy, but there was enough seating and space not to feel crowded.||My husband is Gluten Intollerant and the Chef (Mike?) met expectations. I can recommend the baby Coz Salad. By no means did they skimp on the meal size. Excellent servings and so fresh. Thanks.||Breakfast is included in the price; Tea, coffee, toast, cereal, egg, bacon, snags, and grilled tomato. Being GF hubby couldnt have the snags/toast/cereal but kitchen gave him 3 rashes of bacon 3 eggs and 4 grilled tomato. Very much appreciated.||William street is bang smack in the centre of town,. I understand that Bathurst has 2 main centres, we were closer to 'old' bathurst.|Location right near restuaunts, shopping mall, parks, court house and other attractions. Brilliant place to spend a few days, walking distance to most things.||The room was $125 including breakfast. I was definately value for money.|||||

We ordered 2 share plates with the pork dumplings and the arancini balls. Both were very tasty although a little light on pork. The service is always excellent, especially Jo in the bar. Fairly pleasant dining room and large undercover outdoor dining area.

we enjoyed our stay, unfortunately our air conditioner kept turning itself off every five minutes; failing to work. we spoke to management the next day and the only response we were given was an apology and an excuse about weather change. i am disappointed with the response and no offer for a refund or change of rooms, and will not be staying here again.

The location of this Hotel is excellent, walking distance to everything like major shopping centres, parks, the beautiful old buildings, many places to dine, etc. A short car ride from the Bathurst track that usually you can drive around at 60km p/h.|The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the view from my window, it was a street view but nice to sit and watch life outside the window.|The meals were lovely, a cooked breakfast was included in the cost, which was a nice surprise.|The restaurant staff, and the bartender were very nice and accommodating. They were helpful and friendly.|I'm old, I'm glad they had a lift.

The food was very average, meals came out at random times. We were a group of 6. The smell inside the pub was very vomit-like. We sat in the smoking area because the smell was better there.

Lady minute booking meant we didn't get many choices left. It smelt of sewerage throughout the hallway and in the room. The rooms are not very sound proof at all. We could hear our neighbour'sTV and the traffic below. The rooms had shampoo, body wash and conditioner with a hair dryer. There was also a small TV in the corner on the wall, a little too high up. Good location and good price for breakfast thrown in though and limited onsite parking.

I stayed overnight in Room 106 with stairs or lifts to the 1st & 2nd floors. I was a late arrival. The staff went over and beyond to help me. They offered me parking inside and gave me extra water to take to my room. The bed & pillows comfortable, the WiFi worked well, Air Con worked well, the shower was excellent and there was a mini fridge, kettle with tea, coffee, milk & biscuits. It's a basic pub ensuite room. Perfect for me as it was the one night I wasn't working so I had no way of using my laptop. So good for those looking to stay overnight, not do any PC work and have a good feed before setting off the next morning. I heard no noise from inside the pub in my room or from other rooms (I am a light sleeper). I did hear some noise from the drunks on the street waiting for their lifts home. Breakfast in the morning was superb. The lady cooked the poached eggs to perfection. You can also have extra cereal and toast if you wish. It was ready for me at the exact time I asked for it to be. They give you three breakfast options. Only a couple of teething issues - please add a tea towel for all the rooms to have in the bar fridge area, the walls might need a coat of paint soon and I think we need to look at the check-in process especially for non-drinkers. Whilst once we get the key it's private entry detached to the pub I did have to wait with patrons full of drink at around 7:00pm can be confronting for some The staff however were very helpful and served me as a priority. Just some teething issues that are easily fixed. I will stay here again when needing too in Bathurst. The location is perfect across the road from the two parks and near the main shopping centres. Thank you for making the last night of my road trip a good one.

I booked this hotel for my employees who were working in the area, they got to their room and one noticed a bug on the bed. I called reception and asked if they could be moved to a different room. The woman that answered was so rude and asked for proof by either photo or email and refused to move them to another room. She was the rudest person I ever spoke with and hung up the phone twice. I constantly book accommodation away and I have to say this is the first time I have came across this rude unacceptable behaviour it was appalling. I asked to speak with a manager and she replied it’s me and hung up! I have a photo but no option to add?🤔

Haven't been here for a while but went tonight for dinner. Some update to the premises are looking good! Service is first rate. Really friendly staff. The food was amazing! Really recommend a visit for dinner. Prices are very reasonable. The prawn linguine was perfect and the perfect size serving! Well definitely be back more often!

Group ordered lunch. Everyone got theirs except 1 of our group. The staff were approached 4 time and we were told it was coming.....after 40 minutes we got our money back and went to Maccas....better food anyway. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent and economical for a short stay in Bathrust central area. The best part is the location. Rooms are compact and well equipped with necessary amenities. Room cleaning service is very good. TV , mini fridge and heating kettle available. Ample storage options within the room. The hotel is at a walking distance of 10-12 minutes from Bathrust train station. Breakfast included in the price.

Dropped in for a cold beer and lunch . Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my meal . I got the salmon which was delicious, well presented and arrived quickly. You can't ask for more than that . My mates said their burgers were very good also .

Conveniently located in the heart of the city with most things of convenience at short walking distance including restaurants. The hotel is an old one but decently maintained with a sports bar on ground level. There is a separate entrance for people staying. The Apple chargers in the room was a nice touch.

Bar staff are extremely rude and were very condescending and awful to my daughter on a night out for her work Christmas party. Bar staff made comments on her appearance “haha but she’s not skinny is she “ disgusting comments. In this day and age of inclusivity these comments should not exist. My daughter in a Personal Trainer is not only beautiful but has an amazing physique. Not that this should matter at all but how dare you feel you have to make anyone feel insignificant.

A great pub. Friendly staff. Great meals. Many beers and cocktails on tap and an extensive bottle shop. It's always an enjoyable cleansing gale or 2.
