Worst service ever!!! Never seen this kind of behaviour from night manager and security before in Sydney. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this place!!!!! What a waste of money!!! Never going back!!! 😡😡😡

Very bad costumer service. The guy so called name is victor. He claims to be a manager but he is so rude with me and my friends. He has no manners. He asked us to make sure u have money first in ur. Ard to buy beer. Who else on the earth will say something like that to costumer. I felt so bad. This man doesn’t deserve to work there. I would have given him kess than 0 star if there was any options.

Terrible customer service,i asked for a cofi and the lazy slob behind the counter,
(I think he was manager)tattoo on the neck.
Said to me the machine is not working.
It turned out the machine was fine.
Just a lazy slob,couldnt be bothered!
I walked across the rd and had a great cofi at the opposition!

Pokies cashiers and floor workers are shifty, see when you're winning a lot and come straight up and offer you drinks, very sneaky. Also serve boiling hot coffee. C-

Place is very ordinary could give members more incentive!! Bank tavern $5 same as bizzos rockdale !! There's a lot of undesirables drink here ! I dont want to downgrade myself!!! Better off away!!

New upstairs tavern has opened.
Pros:
- the hot chips are perfect. Like you'd get from somewhere hatted.
- Great range of craft beers, bent spoke, mountain culture, hope, Akasha, many more.
- food is tasty and high quality
- light and airy, one whole wall is floor to ceiling windows
Cons:
- About $3 more expensive per dish than the other pub bistros in Kogarah. Not huge, but if you're price sensitive
Worth knowing:
- the chairs and tables are all high in the bistro, if you can't get onto a tall stool you might struggle
- "onion" on the burgers is Spanish onion, I like it, but ask them to remove it if you don't like.
- currently have a happy hour 5-7 weekdays with $5 cans of 4 pines, opening special so not sure how long it will last.
Overall: excellent, new, tasty option in Kogarah.

It is a small venue but the atmosphere was great, the pokies room is very busy, food at coffee club is managed by same company, decent food, but coffee was not as good.

I had the Baramandi Peri Peri Chicken Pizza and Calamari, and it was exceptional. The pizza had a perfect blend of flavors with a hint of spice, and the calamari was cooked to perfection. The overall dining experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommended!

Don't play there slots there rip off there return rate is is very low in the 80% range .the Kogarah hotel an the Commonwealth bank hotel are the same I know because I set them too slaughter mode not bring back mode is selected to receive these notifications to the owners dear all kindly to the public to get to see the public to get to see the information
