Worst casino I have ever been too. Waited 20 minutes for drink service, then when leaving there is no-one attending the taxi rank... It's a free for all. We got bumped 5 times by rude people and when asked the desk they told us to deal with it and would not call us one. 1 hour wait to get back to the city... Don't go there

This is a great place for relaxing drink and good priced meal besides the usual gambling.

Stayed for one night for work paid for had to put credit card on room. Check out 6 in morning to fly to Darwin find out that thay double charge. 23 days later start tells me sorry about that. We will have to fix this. And ring you back.no return calls defernt starfe $398 ×2 mad I want to stay with you more but that should not happen.

Small casino, cold beer at reasonable prices ( good Aussie beers CUB ) my meal wasn't worth the effort Barra & chips and what appeared to be a salad ,the wife however had steak and salad, which I should have ordered,( bummer ) you would think the Barra would be worth ordering( especially beingin the NT ), but you would be better off buying a frozen Birdseye meal.

Review of Juicy Rump Bistro: Spaghetti Bolognese is great! $20. Very tasty and filling. Can't complain.

Not one of the best Casinos Ive ever been to but can't complain how friendly the staff are. The bar and resto is so accessible. They just need to change some of the chairs because they are too old/ the seat covers are torn plus some of the areas where the auto-slot machines are need a bit of space for a person to get through to the next available machine. Other than that it's okay.

Not a big fan of this place. Too crowded and so many machines. The noises from the machines are super loud and the lights are just the same. So many machines. The bar near the machines have this weird unofficial line you have to line up like sheep so if you don't spot it and you walk up to a bar like a normal person you're going to be refused service and ask to join the line. When you do get to the bar they don't offer much in the way of drinks. At the other bar located at the Juicy Rump area the service is pretty poor. You'll be waiting for ages until the bar staff finish their conversations with one another. Don't try to ask for a cocktail that's on the menu, the staff dont know anything about them. Too, the food is way over priced for pub food.

Nice spot in casino. Restaurant is nice . Bistro is terrible, torn furniture, expensive, rude uninterested staff. Could not chew food .

Love this place. Hotel is cleaned nice and have lots of amenities. The bathroom smells good and the way washing soap organised is wonderful. My son love loves.
They also provided extra heaters as it was cold for us. No reactions to the carpet and bedding only we can't handle the bedsheets so had our blanked. The view was nice but next time would like to have a view in the middle of the mountain.

Foods a bit average and the bar staff can't pour Guiness to save themselves. Disappointing they got rid of the big TV in the little side room.

Even worse customer service when you raise a concern and seek what is rightfully owed.

Ate in the Juicy rump after being told no seats available until 830pm.No assistance when we arrived to be seated, food ordinary to say the least
