Went for a meal. The food was good, standard pub fare. It was on the expensive side and the menus didn't reflect the actual price, which you didn't find out until you went to pay for the meal.

Was a great place until they started taking away members points and putting the beers up to ridiculous prices. The App game gives Better Luck Next Time most of the time. Meals are so overly priced.

This place could be so much nicer. I'm a local but only come here when I'm desperate. The food is hit and miss...One day perfectly fine for the price, next day blah. Kids entertainment is woeful compared to other clubs/venues. It's a big space that has little soul. I'm sure all that pokie cash could be spent to renevate and make a real destination

This first time visit was over 8 years in the making lol I had been stalking their menu and wasn’t finding it very vegetarian friendly, hence the added delay.
About 18 months ago I called and asked if they did breakfast, and was advised they did not. Happy to know that breakfast is now a weekend thing!
However, this impromptu visit was certainly a pleasant surprise and I’m glad we decided to go.
On the downside, and I am obviously not privy to their kitchen layout and cost factor etc - they don’t have a separate fryer for the vegetarian stuff - like their arancini and the chips. With so many dietary (gf, df) requirements these days, I would like to humbly request if this could be considered if possible.
I wouldn’t also mind if a vegetarian curry could be added to your Wednesday night specials as opposed to having all meat curries. Pretty please :)
However, the good points outweighed this. Upon entry, the friendliest greeting ever from Jazzie. The outlay of the whole club was very well laid out and even my dining partner commented how it had changed since they last visited a few years ago.
I had menu questions with regards to choosing what my vege options were, and Connie was so very helpful. I truly appreciated it. Nikita made me the best LLB and was so charming with her interaction.
My truffle mushroom pizza was just sublime. Flavoursome and delicious. Definitely could not finish it and had to take it home. Thanks, kitchen!
I was advised that the chicken schnitzel was pretty good. Upon asking, this was confirmed as their most popular menu item.
There was no space for dessert this time, but definitely an option for another visit.
Thanks Lions, for the warm welcome and hospitality, we will definitely be back.

They have seniors lunches, if you like a cheaper lunch around $15.90 drink included not alcohol.
I had salmon with rice & greens for $34 I enjoyed.

The service was good,the food was great, the music was way too loud, we had to sit outside , out of the air conditioning just so we could talk

Terrible customer service. At this venue the staff rule the venue and make North Korea look like Disneyland. Don’t dare complain about waiting over an hour for 4 meals that they lost somehow in the order system because the staff have feelings and will kick you out if they don’t like what you have to say.

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way through. Staff were very friendly & the food was really good. We'd go here again.

Really disappointed I was charged $6.55 for a can of Coke Zero and that was with my membership card swiped. When I mentioned the price to the guy he just laughed and walk off.
1.5% surcharge fee on everything without warning is ridiculous.
The girl ar the front desk I think her name was Taya, is lovely 5 stars and above for her wonderful customer service.
EDIT: I don't want the points I want to be able to enjoy my night knowing I can have more than one drink with my friends. I don't visit your club enough to benefit from points because your prices are too high.
Please rethink the price of a can on non alcoholic drinks or put the price up where it can be seen.

My wife and I spent 3 months in Brisbane. During this time Micheal and his team made us feel very welcome, I would highly recommend attending this club while visiting Brisbane.

My experience wasn't pleasant ,one man servicing at the bar was rude and unrespecfull in the manner he talked to my daughter when we approached him to ask for no alcoholic drinks. Customers' services played a very important role in the presentation of a business. Unfortunately, people with these attitudes and manners ruined the reputation of a business. I am a business person, and I believe that customer service is so important to succeed in the business. Thanks

Lovely club, the Mother’s Day buffet breakfast was exceptional and all fresh and tasty. The little gift bag on arrival for all mums was a lovely touch snd much appreciated. Staff are lovely snd go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need .

I've been a lions member for over a decade .had 40 th there about to have 50 th and now rethinking as mothers day dinner was far from good .vegetables near raw and mash potatoe was so over salted I couldn't eat .was ashame as always enjoyed

It looks good and the staff were great. Unfortunately, I can't say it was 5 star because of the food. We ordered Chicken Schnitzels. They were obviously deep fried and kept in a hotbox. The chicken was no longer moist. Otherwise, loved our visit there. Just won't order the Schnitzels.

If not for the band, the food standard is terrible. Wilbur is good but the mash potato is dry and falling apart. Cake was not cheap and neither fresh. Service was the only saving grace, altho they did make a mistake with my order...more than what i ordered..

Great pub venue, clean and good pricing on the deal days is great. We went on Wednesday,”Steak Night”. My medium was cooked well but the wife’s wasn’t cooked well. They asked how the meal was at then after they noticed her steak was only half eaten then provided us with complimentary drinks, so all round a great experience.

Great food. Huge servings and super tasty. Great service collecting glasses all the time. Love that. Reasonable priced
Just busy on a Saturday lunch with a 30.to 40 minute wait. Limited menu I felt though.

Good place to meet up with people on the southside. Food from the kitchen is good quality and staff very friendly

Good parking, heaps of pokies, friendly staff, good rewards system, have 2 pool tables but can't play them at night because there is no bar person in that bar, pretty clean venue(there has been a cockroach running across the carpet while eating & have received dirty glasses to drink out off, (i know that no place is perfect), mainly food does take a long time to come but when it does arrive it's reaĺly really good when it's actually cooked, (the chefs don't know what is well done is they think everyone is a vampire and like
meat undercooked and still mooing, and a lot of times the main comes and goes before the entrees arrives. Besides that it is really good and they have games available for kids and depending on the night they have some good free entertainment performing.
*Steak undercooked everytime for 6 meals(visits) before I wrote this review. #tryingtosupportlocalbusinesses

Food is ok but overpriced. Staff always seem to get orders wrong and miss a meal somehow. Don't get the pie... It is not nice.
Last time I was here my brother and sister in-law did not get their meal, it was as if they never ordered. Even though they had paid and everything. This time the uncle missed out on his food. All ordered to the same table, others got food but not them.
Tables are far too small, we have a handicapped person in a wheelchair and a baby in a pram, and they give us the worst table right in the middle of walkways and everything. Ask them to swap tables, to be told no we are full, and when asked why we were seated here then in the first place, I got some passive aggressive answer back saying we should inform them we have a handicapped person with us. To which I replied well if your staff could pay attention long enough maybe they would of heard me on the phone clearly state that we will have a handicapped person and that it was my first father's day.
I don't think I will be returning.

Came to this place yesterday with family as they did like the venue, also they're members. Sad to say this was a huge disappointment, food was terrible, store brought seafood and the kids chicken nuggets were either Coles or Woolworths home brand. Very over priced for what you get. Went across the street after to get Macca's

Came in with my family tonight for dinner. The service and atmosphere was great, and considering we had kids with us (I know they can be a handful) the staff were so lovely. Special mention to Kyle, Portia, Katelyn & Brayden on a tremendous service. We will be back and will also be letting our friends and family know about the club.

Came in for dinner tonight, which was delicious but unfortunately some of the staff made tonight's visit a less than enjoyable experience. Bar staff were rude (the lady with the colourful hair is awesome, always provides great service but she wasn't on tonight) and staff were resetting the tables and changing promos for tomorrow's specials. It would be nice to enjoy a meal without being interrupted.

Always a good feed, trivia nights are great and the bar staff are always friendly. Doesn't take long to feel like a local.
