-We were booked 5:30-7:20pm for 18 pax last night, we had a long table. An hour into our reservation & eating dinner a lady (who turned out to be the supervisor) came over and told us we should move back the tables to their original position when we finish. Her tone is unacceptable, bad combination of rudeness and arrogance. She was raising her voice & I felt like we are her kids being scolded by her. Who treats customers with such disrespect?? I ignored the tone and inquired from my colleagues what the fuss is about. I then learned it was us, customers, who fixed our own tables as we were booked in separate tables. I asked the supervisor why are the other groups seated in one table, her response is they booked 20 pax. She was harassing us because we moved the tables & we are 2 pax short of 20? Thirty minutes later she came back with her trolley, collected our plates (some of us not done yet but she was aggro they have to give her their plates) and started clearing/cleaning the plates in her trolley next to us. She repeatedly told us we should move the tables back and we shouldn't have moved them in the first place. What really got me was she told us we should “finish five past seven” (our booking is until 7:20pm). I immediately looked at my phone and it was 7:06pm. Half of us are still queueing and waiting very long to get to the food and she is telling us to finish right there & then?? This is another level of bad service. I never been to any place where clients had to fix their own tables, were told to finish before their booking, and be asked to put them back afterwards. We couldn’t even enjoy our food anymore because she was like a hawk watching & telling us off re:moving tables. Other staff came and fixed our tables back but the experience was already ruined. - Food is acceptable & queue was long, supervisor wasn’t super at any aspect of customer service. The line was moving very slowly and ate up half of the booking time. -Front of the building and foyer smell like smoke room. Everyone coming in and out are exposed to smokers outside main entrance. -If the supervisor was not there to ruin the experience, most staff were respectful and helpful.

Went here for dinner with 2A 2C for the buffet! Bloody amazing!!! Soo much food and such a great selection. Playground for the kids. Will definitely be back

Went here for buffet on mothers day. The rate was more than double the usual (a glass of champas was included for the mother- who doesn't drink, and a gift..a cheapish scarf). The lights went out during the service for maybe 45 mins or so, which obviously wasn't their fault, but they didn't attempt to make up for it by offering a partial refund, or perhaps some free drinks. They couldn't accept eftpos payments due to the power outage, and hence couldn't sell drinks to people to have with their meals, but I think they should have given complimentary jugs of softdrink in this situation.

Went for all you can eat dinner for my g/granddaughters birthday on Saturday night. Thought it very expensive, $44+ for us seniors, especially when you are a small eater. 6 prawns was my fill and a piece of fruit for dessert. For the big eaters lots to choose from. Glass of soft drink with meal made it even more expensive.

We keep going back! Gr8 service - AWSUM buffet fresh food & selection. In love with th fresh seafood especially! Th service is th best - th friendliest most helpful team ul eva no! Nyc dining situation with pokies in another room 4 a wee play after dinna. Have yet 2 check out th accomadation upstairs (keep meaning 2). Highly recommend 👍

We had dinner in the buffet. Great food with choices for vegetarians, a lot of non vegetarian, and sea food lovers. A good location with plenty of parking. Play area for little kids and my little nieces and nephews definitely enjoyed their desert section.Also, fresh fruit for fruit lovers and a huge salad section (which I loved). Overall, it was a good experience.

We had a buffet dinner with friends and family yesterday. Variety of food choices. Delicious and yummy food. The interior is extravagant. We had a lovely time at Lynbrook Hotel. The best choice for food lovers with a lively environment

Was invited by a friend for dinner. While arriving at the reception , Caroline who was serving was very rude, asking us to pay ourselves while the host was already there and had arranged for the payment. She lacks customer service skills and is very arrogant and impolite. Food was ok, but dessert was fantastic.

This last time Was way over crowded 1 example is approx 60 very rowdy patrons were having some kind of Kris Kringle gift giving event seated (and standing ) right beside us. It was my daughters 14th birthday party and it was so loud we didn’t even have her birthday cake. Don’t get me wrong I’m all up for Christmas gatherings but the fact that the people were not actually having meals then they should of maybe set them up in a function room that was not being used.

This is an all you can eat bistro. Have attended here many times including my sons 21st birthday. Great array of different foods, from roasts, to nuggets and beyond There's something for everyone.

The buffet is okay. Not that good and not that bad. Recommend for lamb gravy, lasagna and caramel dessert. Beside from that, nothing is special. Give a try

Sports Bar meals = Amazing Bar Service = Terrible!! The worst NFL was playing , Carlton vs St Kilda. The meals are usually well worth the price. Kitchen staff are amazing. Delicious food. The older woman at the bar that night was miserable. Never smiled, always rolled her eyes. Huffing and puffing like she didn’t want to serve anyone. I asked for soda and she poured soda water. I said no sorry soda like coke or lemonade. I thought she would ask what soda would you like? But she just got upset. She ruined the experience. If she hates her job then she shouldn’t be there. Maybe she’s been there too long, who knows?

Omg! The Easter bunny came and didn’t give chocolate/ a bag to my daughter meanwhile all the other kids did. I do NOT recommend this place because they didn’t give it to the tall girls/ boys who were under 13.

I went as it was a family members birthday. I'm not a huge fan of buffets, so I was concerned. Service was good, very quick to clear your plates and friendly. There was plenty of food so you couldn't complain about going home hungry if you liked the food. The food was ok, I did enjoy the roasted veggies, potatoes and pork. Better than what I expected. Seafood was average, but the Singapore noodles were yum. Desserts are very average and need work. I found it quite expensive at $40 plus depending on what day you go. Overall, I wouldn't go back by choice.

I was very happy with service, completely satisfied customer, very professional staff members from the desk to the buffet, you guys are amazing , I will definitely be returning thank you for a wonderful service , clean rooms , and the food was delicious and not to mention the presentation of the food was spot on , keep up the good work guys

i was feeling hungry so i went to the buffet. I went to grab a piece of fried chicken but the chef smacked me with a raw fish.the kids play area had mold i saw kids eating it

I was absolutely disappointed when I got kicked out of the all-you-can-eat buffet because I ate too much food. Apparently, I ate $600 worth of food while I was at the buffet. I'm sorry, but I think they were overreacting; I only had 12 plates before I got kicked out. I hadn't even gotten up to dessert yet! I'm absolutely disappointed; it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, am I wrong?

I’ve never given a review before but the guy working at the front for the buffet yesterday 8/6/24 at the 7:30 session was full of attitude. If that guy doesn’t like his job he should quit and not show how miserable he is at work to the customers. When asked if we had a booking we said no we’re walk in as it clearly says on the website that walk ins are welcome, however that guy wasn’t having that. Even though it was not busy at all and the tables were available he decides to rudely tell us “yes they are welcome but u still need a booking” and then rolls his eyes at us and starts talking to the other staff member. You guys should definitely change the wording on your website as it clearly says “bookings are avoided” and train your extremely rude staff. Never coming back here again and would not recommend it to anyone solely cause of the rude customer service and all the reviews below are about customer service too.

I’ve been here twice now and got very bad food poisoning on both occasions! The plate and cutlery were all dirty. Definitely not worth the money.

I cannot comment on other sections, but al of our family like the buffet here. There's quite a big selection of food for the price they charge. Yes it can get crowded at times, but you'll never have trouble finding tables or parking. Given most of their food is halal, most of our local get-togethers end up here.

I am rating this low solely because of Caroline’s extreme rudeness. We were 18 pax joyfully celebrating a baby shower and barely eaten much in their dinner buffet due to unimaginable queue. 45 mins prior to sesh’s end, Caroline approached us and tried to clear our table WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING, saying if we dont give our plates then we should clean and tidy our tables afterwards. We shrugged it off at first but she came back after 15 mins, when most of the table were back from the long queue, just barking at us, that we should finish before our session ends as they have another party that needs the table and that they overbooked, blah blah. She even told us that if we are going to be this big, we shouldve booked in other restaurants. Mind you, this was arranged couple days ahead. I just dont understand the arrogance and rudeness.

Had a bad experience with rude caroline/ carolyn. Not recommending this place, NeVEr! as caroline said “we should have had book a diffrnt restaurant ”. not a good place to just ruin your happy days. Am hesitant to give even a one star for this. Sorry. 18 of us are just happy there celebrating our nursing colleague’s baby shower’ when caroline rudely chased us away changing our mood to eat and enjoy the night. She took this moment from us. We weren’t able to touch the food on the table anymore as she harshly taking our plates out chucking cups in the pitcher of our drinks splashing out. What was worst was it took us 30 minutes to line up for food & when we manage to get it and start eating, she was harassing us telling off that there is a group of 20 people coming soon, so we need to put back the tables in their original single positions. “If they’re 20 then why bother to be distress and harass customers as the next booking might need to be the same long table setting”. That was 30-45 est. minutes before our time was up. Talk about bad experience 😕

Family get together for my sons 21st at the all you can eat restaurant here.. good prices, good food everything is clean and well set out there is 2 kids play areas, kids under 3 are free definately recommend especially if you enjoy pokies it's very convenient.. will say it's been busy every time iv been but not so over crowded it becomes frustrating or anything

Didn't have a room just the buffet for dinner, lots of options, called for a booking, plenty of table options, food and drink options. Soft drinks, hot drinks and booze additional cost at the bar. Clearing the tables were super fast. Everything really clean and nice. Definitely recommended

Carolyn the staff member was more than fantastic. Her attitude was amazing and she knows how to serve a big a family gathering I highly recommend her to be in charge and be looked after by the company

Came on Valentine's Day with my partner and unfortunately they broke our hearts. Plates were filthy, food not up to par to their usual. Even if I was drinking, I wouldn't touch the $3.00 a bottle Champagne they were serving.I wonder how many headaches and tummy aches they gave for the overpriced evening they charged. It was great for awhile but I'm sorry Lynbrook hotel but I have to end our relationship. And please if you can, I would like some of my money back.

Buffet is okay, the place is well maintained and looks modern. The food was so so however the desserts were quite nice. The dirty plates put us off a little however the staff were friendly. Can't say it's particularly value for money however if you're a big eater you could make the most out of your money.

Absolutely disappointed. We even haven’t finished our session but we were rushed by the manager/supervisor named Caroline to finish early as we need to rearranged back the table which I have booked for 18 people. We don’t mind finishing early but the way she approached us was really rude and arrogant. She lacks customer service skills and has left us a very bad experience. Never again.
