Wow. That was a nice surprise. Only restaurants open after my cycle back watching the Tour Down Under in Tununda. Amaisingly tasty Pork Roast . Lots of different veges cooked perfectly with a generous helping of pork and a huge crackling. That was so nice I couldn't refuse a desert plus I'd cycled from Gawler in the morning to Tununnda and now to Lyndoch I deserved a decent feed on my way home. Bar lady and the waitress where great.

We popped in, after visiting the Lyndoch markets, for lunch, I had the salmon the wife the burger. Both meals were enjoyable, a tad expensive but everything seemed to be in this town. It's really a very short drive to get there from where we live

We ordered the roast, burger and grilled chicken for the kids. The cheesy cauliflower with the roast was cold. The chicken was raw and pumpkin undercooked. We notified them of the raw chicken and our plate was taken away without comments. They had intended to recook the chicken. This is the number one thing not to do. We ordered kids pizzas instead, which they gave free of charge. The burger was good. The staff need more training to be able to work faster, remember orders and how to handle situations where unacceptable food is delivered. The atmosphere could be updated to appeal to tourists rather than locals only.

We had a family meal and the food was fantastic and delicious. Prices and choices were great 👍

Waiting For 1hour and more.
if i didnt Called them . We wont get our foods as we dine in with my Kids .
my kids keep asking me where are their foods . i keep saying to them please be patient they might still cooking it & i called them as we are outside waiting and 1Hour later there are more guests just arrived to dine in too , theyre eating already and orders served so quick . but ours Not. im so disappointed. wont go back here again. Im Local , i love supporting local businesses. Its unbelievable experienced.
Wont recommend. if you come here with ur kids make sure you check your orders or follow up them.

The best beef schnitzel we've ever had. Seafood topping is fantastic, calamari cooked perfect too. Converted the wife from her usual chicken schnitzel.

Not the most flash place, but great food, wont go hungry and good price, simple great tasting food, friendly environment from all staff, will return for another feed.

Nice country style pub. Good honest no fuss food beautifully cooked. Wide range of dishes to choose from that are reasonably priced.

Lovely lady who was serving us Kerry I think made our time there very friendly. Food was typical pub grub was quiet on the day.

I stayed in lyndoch and had dinner here twice. I must say this was the best place we ate and the price was reasonable

Had to wait 3/4 hour for meal. Claim printer wasn’t working so kitchen didn’t get our order. Left us standing at counter when wanted to order as he had to serve someone waiting in the bar. Ordered chicken schnitzel it was horrible I might have been better eating rubber. Garlic sauce ok. We like to support local businesses but give this pub a miss.

Had some pork spicy ribs , they were a little dry , I did have lunch at 2.00 pm . Very generous serve with carrots , creamy collie, mash spud , spend over $30 get $10 off a bottle of red .friendly staff quick service

Great quick stay for a friend's wedding the bar manager and the owner were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, however, they were able to turn the room around quickly and gave the impression it wasn't a big tassel for them. Highly recommend for a weekend get away.

Great friendly, clean pub. Fresh food served promptly. Seafood Trio was beautiful. Schnitzel was fabulous and not overcooked. We went there twice in two days. Affordable meals. Will definitely return when next in Lyndoch.

Food ok. Outdoor areas get a lot of sun and are next to the major town intersection, so can be very hot and noisy. Service good though.

Don’t bother with the takeaway pizza , picked it up 3 mins after being called… pizza was cold and needed to be reheated. As for the toppings absolutely disgraceful. Almost zero meat just heaps of cheese and mushrooms. Complete waste of money ….drive to Gawler instead next time.

Beautiful well maintained country pub. Food was delicious, so fresh. Staff were very friendly, great service. If you want a casual lunch or dinner we highly recommend this establishment. We will be back, for sure. 😊

After a long drive into Lyndoch/ Barossa Valley, and suffering from chronic back pain, we decided on a good old Aussie style pub meal, and we certainly weren't disappointed, allowed time to browse the menu, we ordered spoken to with the utmost respect, and during the meal we were approached twice to ask was everything ok my schnitzel was BIG the salad perfect and the hot chips were yummy to say the least, would we dine here again yes most definitely.
Recommend the beef schnitzel with mushroom gravy with actual mushrooms in the gravy, and the butter fish.
