We traveled al day and all we wanted was a hot shower and a meal. NO hot water, had a cold shower, as refreshing as it was I was looking for a hot one, next morning was still cold. As for the restaurant, Told because there was only 2 of us we would not need to book a table, WRONG, when I went to order I was told that we needed to book so had to sit in the bar area. Also free drink vouchers provided but if you don’t drink anything other than beer then it’s not a free drink. Rooms are amazing and comfortable, meals were OK. I must say a positive was the atmosphere and the young long hair red head female bar staff member makes the best Canadian Club dry on tap by rubbing the glass with lime, tastes fantastic, should be a practice overall. Keep an eye out for her she won’t disappoint 😄. Overall nice hotel

The pub proper is a great place to catch up, have a few drinks and catch up, or catch a Sunday Afternoon music session.
When dining during the week outside of tourist season for locals this has been a traditionally a great place for great value food and one of the better places to grab a casual meal. So much so that I've been recommending friends we go when they are in town but the quality and consistency of food service seems to so hit and miss I'm going to suggest going elsewhere from now on.
Three times in recent weeks I've been stung by the restaurant when bringing visitors as a recommended place to eat when in town.
The restaurant lately has left me and my guests leaving after some very hit and miss food services and I feel it is only fair to adjust the rating accordingly. Orders not coming out correct or on time and when they don't clearly not owning a mistake when it happens. If this happened in peak busy seasons I'm the first one to acknowledge that it's a acceptable when running 100% full and flat out but this happening on ordinary weekend.
With a great selection of other pubs to eat in around town, the Inn is quickly losing its appeal.
Still a great place to go and have a beer, still a great place to stay at if you are visiting Dubbo, but until the Inn restores its consistency with the quality of their meals I'd suggest giving another place a go.

Steak sandwich was absolutely delicious. Great friendly service. Recommend this place for a great meal 🙌🏼👍🏼

Stayed there for 2 weeks this month.
Nice place for the stay with free continental breakfast.
Beautiful ladies with kind heart, politeness and helpful at the reception.
In addition, got an extra free beer with another in one just word. For her name but, Thanks so much for that…

Shame that if you’re a Woolworths employee you are treated differently. If we were a normal customer without a staff card you could pay at the register but being staff you have to use the app that charges you a fee to use and it’s slowly and didn’t work. When I asked and told the manager that it changes us, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me and said that register was going anyway. Wasn’t a great experience at all. The staff didn’t seem to care.
The App does charge a surcharge and I wasn't there on a public holiday. Maybe the venue needs to get things correct before commenting on reviews.

Rooms for the motel seem run down and aged. Bistro is decent food however there have been multiple times I have attended for a standard meal and waited over an hour. Community atmosphere is very nice though.

My son and I had dinner and a few drinks here. Its close to the Orana mall, Dubbo's biggest shopping mall.
It has typical pub meals, with large portion sizes and the drinks are a reasonable price.

Large and comfortable rooms that have been recently modernised to an excellent standard. The room was spotlessly clean. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, including waiting for me to check in slightly late. It would be hard to fault and represents outstanding value. I would gladly stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

Just a heads up anyone staying here after a very long day and very dehydrated. I tried to get a bottle of water from reception and was told you don’t get a welcome package with a drink when you book online and when I asked if I could buy one, I was still told no I was unable to even buy a bottle of water and was directed to the pub or the bottle shop to buy some water, will not be staying here again.
We found the best meals at the pub was the pasta, salmon although very small, and the pre- cooked breakfast.
We found the rooms to be quite okay and the cleaning staff very friendly.

I would like to give a massive shout out to Taylor Hind and all her crew for the amazing meal that my family enjoyed on Christmas Day 2023. The food was delicious and the service was great. The cold food was cold (loved the salads) and the vegetables and meats were warm when served. This is our 3rd year doing this for Christmas and it seems to get better every year. Keep up the great work!!!!!! and thank you for giving up your Christmas with your families to look after us!!!

Hubby booked a room here for our family as a stop over. The rooms are modern and absolutely spotless. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing! The pub has delicious food and a little bonus for me was Woolies staff get their 50% off which was fabulous! Highly reccomend this accommodation 💯

Great steak. Great atmosphere (mid-winter, fire place, good crowd). Good value. 10% off meals of you stay at the motel. We'll be back.

First time there as I had a work gathering. I was very happy with the bar staff, plenty of banter and great service with a smile. The fish and chips meal was farking putrid to the point that I didn't bother with it after the first mouthful. It was very discoloured, dry/overcooked with next to no flavour.
I will call in again just for the beer, and in the future, I will just buy a packet of potato chips to go with it!

Disgraceful… Staying for work… Leave your credit card details at reception
Try and charge back to your room and it’s denied… Told you have to see reception at the hotel and it’s closed

Dinner was amazing! The service from all staff including Jas the assistant manager was outstanding.
The room was spotless, modern, very comfortable beds and extra large soft fluffy towels.
Will be staying here again 5stars!

Delicious meals in the bistros and complimentary breakfast when staying in accommodation, which is very handy while travelling. Peta in the restaurant was exceptional and never hesitated when we asked her for something. She was constantly moving and can see she is a very hard worker. Very impressed!

Bar service was rude, took forever for our meals to arrive. Chips were cold, lady delivering meals was short with us. Just not a good vibe.
Bad feels and $12.80 for a ginger beer is a bit rich. I think there was more ice than drink.
Won’t be returning.

a true example of excellent hospitality. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Dubbo & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful service. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. Highly recommend this motel!

A great place to stay . Shopping center is close by . Dan's is next door . 5 minutes from town and 14 minutes to the airport. Would recommend you book direct for the nest price and service.
