Went to Villaggo for lunch today with my family and friends. We all ordered pizza and some other dishes. Customer service was average not bad not good either. The food came quickly and was well made. It didn’t cost that much to feed a group only $150. Would go there again as the atmosphere was great.

Visited the buffet for the first time yesterday and left disgusted at how poorly one nationality treats another nationality aka their own work colleagues. To treat, look down upon and talk to other people like that behind closed doors is bad but to do it in front of customers is appalling. We don't condone that kind of behaviour so will never eat here again and hope people who feel the same way will do the same. Should be ashamed to have people like that representing and working for your company and these ladies should be sacked and be taught basic manners and how to talk properly. Disgusting.

Very good variety/selection of mains including BBQ...the usual sea-food , prawns, mussels and miniature octopus ( no oysters )..good dessert island..plus lots of fruit.
Friendly staff..just a really good all you can eat buffet.
Tip: if you have a large group it pays to make a booking cos' it can get very busy.

Very disappointing I am no longer able to give tips to the hard working workers? It is very rude in my country to refuse a tip . This rule is very disrespectful to the staff members who work hard to provide quality service. This is not the way to run a business

Took the wife and two children (6 and 2) for Sunday lunch.
There was 45 mins before close of the buffet at 2pm. Paid $90 for the four of us.
The buffet wasn’t restocked while we were there. And staff proceeded to pack away the bars with 20minutes remaining.
Half a dozen staff coming out and filling their lunch containers with leftovers and blocking access to the buffet while packing the rest away in service trolleys.
Wouldn’t be an inconvenience except for the fact we paid full price for essentially 20minutes worth of access to the buffet.
What food we were able to try was nice.
Won’t be returning !!!!!!

This is our goto club for regular family get togethers. Very spacious and comfortable, for adults and kids alike. Food and service is good for a club setting.

The staff were friendly, and the club looks fantastic and spacious. However, the food is a bit pricey in my opinion and tastes okay. The fries were crunchy 😊
The coffee beans they use have a burnt taste that I didn't particularly enjoy.

The renovations have been completed near the front entrance and the place looks great! There's plenty of parking now too. The buffet upstairs is excellent. They have Aussie- Chinese favourites like honey chicken, sweet and sour pork, spring rolls etc. They have a great bbq section with all kinds of meats like duck, pork, beef and chicken. The salad bar looks super fresh and the seafood is lovely. The dessert bar is stocked with cakes, ice-cream, pudding and mousse. I loved the chocolate cake. The soft serve machine wasn't working properly when we were there though, and the ice-cream was a bit too icy. For members, the full buffet is $26 - great deal. It's not including your drinks though.

The prawn pizza still had the tails on which was a bit awkward. Otherwise, the food was nice.
Most of the staff were great. Servers were doing an excellent job with our large table and orders. The staff at the bistro/gelato were lovely, but there was an impatient worker who pushed past me and my family on the stairs. We had a little one with us who was taking their time with the stairs, a little extra patience would not have harmed you sir.

The main reason I even go to this club is to see the awesome staff and have a slap. As a paying customer you like to get to know the staff and have a banter with ‘em. If I win I am always happy to share my winnings with the hard workers who actually do work hard and now I can’t even tip ‘em it’s my money going into your machines I should be able to tip whoever I want without being refused or politely declined.What a joke this place has become, management has well and truly failed this club.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent decision to halt staff tips at Club Merrylands. This decision has been disheartening for both the dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service and for the patrons who appreciate their hard work.
The policy to cease staff tips not only undermines the efforts and dedication of the staff but also detracts from the overall experience for patrons. Tipping is not only a gesture of appreciation but also serves as a vital source of income for many employees who rely on it to supplement their wages.
As a loyal patron of Club Merrylands, I urge the management to reconsider this policy and reinstate tipping. Doing so will not only ensure that the staff members are adequately rewarded for their hard work but also contribute to maintaining the vibrant atmosphere that Club Merrylands is renowned for.
I believe that by reinstating tipping, Club Merrylands can continue to thrive as a welcoming and enjoyable destination for both guests and staff alike.

Some of the staff members needs to go through mandatory training, no smile on their face, I asked for some, I regret because she was so annoyed.
My credit goes only to Emile he was very friendly
My food was uncooked, very bad quality of salad and uncooked meat, I ordered mix grilled :(

Nice place 14 years ago was bared for no particular reason and still till this day,I tried to visit after 14 years and they said I'm still bored and must write to the board of directors a reason why they should let me enter as they don't know why I was bared in the first place, pretty bizarre don't you think like they want me to write to them begging them to let me donate my money to them like how this policy has to change,

Merrylands Bowling Club is like my second home. Lawn greens are always very clean and staff are very helpful.

It's my favourite place in Merrylands to eat, meet friends, have a drink. The restaurant Villagio has a big variety of delicious plates. I also like to watch the live music show and entertainment with amazing voices.

I enjoyed the buffet at the family restaurant inside the club. I do miss buffets ever since I visited a few other clubs which don't have them. The environment wasn't too loud and there was plenty of seating.

Had a 21st occasion here on the terrace outside with our own private bar and private seating area.
It was so lovely to be outside on a Springs evening. The added touch of the fairylights (provided by the party) made the ambience soft.
The décor is stunning. Staff are friendly as well as security.

Great vibe. Great time lovely spending good times here. Diff bands performance. Great occasion sets and hampers. Enjoy the raffles here. Villagio is the best. I love the food. Friendly staffs And Great service by Ryan Karl and Ibrahim.

Good delicacies and nice environment. Parking could be difficult sometimes. It's better to book for space ahead. Otherwise, you will wait pending the time there is a vacant seat for you and your family.

Food was great, a door closed on a child's head however at roughly 3:50pm May 4th and old lady manager Rose laughed at me saying it's an emergency exit as if a kid can read the signs and it's situated next to the playground. Highly disappointed in managers comments and will be following up.

Come here all the time for all you can eat. They have a massive selection including a bbq area with great food.
There also a little stage area for show down near the bar and a nice little area outside to have a coffee or tea with a smoke

Cheap all you can eat buffet for $33, however you need to pay $10 membership if you live in the area.
Soft drink bar is not included and you need to pay for drinks. One glass is $3.50 for Pepsi.
Some of the food taste stale, the pineapple is canned and the garlic bread does not use fresh garlic.
There is good variety with the food, hot food, veges and desserts but the quality is standard.
Staff seemed nice.
Overall I would recommend if you want to eat a lot of food but don't mind canned goods and paying for drinks.

Buffet was good
Service was great,the two Security males bald dark skin bloke and the other male guard Mediterranean male they were great customer service and Professionals
There only 1 issue
The female skinny little twerp Security officer that was on the front reception at 5pm Sunday march 24thher attitude was so rude towards my daughter also rude to myself her Customer service is pathetic I didn’t want to abuse her cause I had my kids there just the way she talks attitude problem that’s the only issue,next time I come in with my family I don’t not want her service I do prefer the other security officers they were fantastic

Beautiful food even had taro .... yummy celebrating beautiful 50th birthday for Faletua Tise really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere n efficient staff ....

Attended a Christmas smorgasbord at $45 per head. Sign in desk was ridiculous queuing with only 1 staff member on. Food was disgusting. If I could give it no stars I would. 1 bar with inexperienced staff who were rude so more queues. Never recommend it to anyone. Toilets had been fouled and I had to report it no cleaner attended.

An absolute joke of an establishment. Requested ID but refuse a valid Australian passport. Never have I ever been refused based on ID when presenting a passport. At least list the accepted ID on your website if you don't follow the normal standards of clubs. Last I checked: Passports are valid photo ID.
