Beer were cold the food was delicious
I had garlic creamy prawns they were the bomb!
Decided to have a couple of cocktails to wash our lunch down…..Expresso Martini’s so yummy 🤤

Welcomed with friendly happy customer service by all staff, atmosphere was nice.
However, I must have ordered the wrong meal or was expecting something different to what I received and what I read on the menu. Positive feedback for the kitchen would be to check the plate to see if it looks like the meal description on the menu.

We had dinner on a Saturday night, it was busy so I would suggest you book, the staff are amazing, they are all happy to serve you, the food is cooked properly and it is fresh, the prices are also very reasonable,
I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend The Bistro at The Met Hotel

Twice I've walked up there on a weeknight around 8_9 pm. It says online your open till 12pm.?

Try a refreshing white with great service in the centre of Bundaberg. One of the food offerings is The Real Oinky Doinky, a pork strip loin, marinated in a sweet, salty honey soy, served with creamy mash and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. We didn't try this one. As far as original dishes of Bundie, it's real. The white wines, a Grant Burge, are superb.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 parmy for $30 was the deal. Great value they just needed a bit more spice for us.

The garlic bread was extremely disappointing, cheesy garlic bread, was literally 2 pieces of sandwich bread, with melted cheese, was not nice at all,
But the rump and ribs was absolutely delicious, the rubs were A1,
So the side note is not to order the garlic bread again

I wanted an authentic Ozzie dish n I got it right there at Metro hotel
It was advertised right outside the door so I knew exactly wat I wanted wen I went in.it was 10$

I've had a few of there dishes and desserts, Nachos to share is awesome. The Caesar salad was nice, but if u don't like anchovies you won't like there dressing, everything else was good
Sticky date pudding was to die for, and they serve fried icecream, the bomb I reckon, all In all, everytime I've been it's been a good night out

In bundaberg for the day,went for lunch found the staff friendly and pub following covid19 procedures.ordered the lunch special,$15 for fish of the day,coral trout which was cooked to perfection.

Hard to rate 'the atmosphere' on a Tuesday at 5pm, but I can rate the food. And the service. It was reasonably quiet so we got above and beyond service. The only thing better was the food: Steak cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious.

Good bar for a drink in central Bundy. Good range of drinks and service was good. Prices were also reasonable.

Extremely bad food, lacked flavor. Ordered ribs, steak, risotto and thai green curry. None from our group finished their food. It was un eatable.

Decent meals at a good price. Service was acceptable.
Went there again last week to play the pokies, as i walked through the rude bar girl says loudly 'Take your hat off' so i did. As i walked out 10 minutes later there were 3 guys in the bar wearing hats, the bar girl was even chatting with one who looked like a friend. I wont be back ever.

A tad busy for lunch but staff efficient and super nice.
Really enjoyed the fish with salad and not greasy at all.
The dining area is a little like a cafeteria but all round good place to meet up with friends and family.

Amazing food, the bartender was so friendly and even did a mini tour to show us the place. Meals were our of this world and well priced. Great job team! We will definitely be back when coming back to Bundy again!
