We had the absolute pleasure of dining here last night. Everything was exceptional. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the Bruschetta was the best we have ever tasted! Will 1 million% be back again asap!!!

We finally found it! For those of you, like us , who were looking for the Mikes Grill from the pub, this is the one. It’s one block over from the pub on the corner of Oxford street. Same great staff, same great service, same awesome snitties …

Sticky Date pudding just amazing. Food overall is excellent. Portion Sizes are great. Daily specials true value for money. $16 Chick Snitz with Chips and Salad - Couldn't eat it all.

Standard pub grub, but massive servings which are good value. It's all very heavy and fried. Good for big groups, which cheap drinks from the adjoining pub.

Snitty, lamb cutlets and Steak good, but the 3 burgers fell to bits, even Maccas burgers would be better quality

Quite standard pub meal. The portions of the food were very generous and our table could not finish the entire meal. The taste was standard and generally left us satisfied. They also have a ton of seating space and can accomodate for large groups of people.

Ordered fish and chips. Was served up 2 small pieces..no thicker than my finger.. wish I could say I will be back.. I WONT BE!!!

Nachos weren't great, quite dry and flavourless. Chicken schnitzels were also dry. Lamb cutlets were nice.

My Wife & I had Lunch for Australia Day.
Our first time Dining at this Venue.
Food servings were awesome & the Food delicious.
Very friendly Staff.
The Head Chef was conscious of an Allergy & ensured we received the best support. He was fantastic.
Highly Recommend Mike’s Grill Sutherland.

My son loves the Chicken Parma on a Thursday night.
Mike himself is very receptive and a down to earth Shire boy who hasn’t lost touch to fine tune the details when required.
Congratulations Mike for you continued success, you deserve it 🍽️

Mike's Grill has reinvigorated Club on East at Sutherland. Don't expect to just walk in for a great feed. Book ahead.
Was part of a group there on a Friday night and the place was very well patronised.
Mike's Grill has a very good name across the local suburbs providing great food at a reasonable price point.
Given the number of people in the club, the turnaround of orders was acceptable.
A great supporter of the local community too.
Be careful parking across the road in the railway carpark as it is a fee paying park unless you have used your opal card from the station and return.

Love this place. Tasty food. Generous servings. Only problem is that it is always crowded. (Took photo of room outside of hours).
The best places to park are either up next to Woronora Cemetery or in the West Sutherland parking station.

Love the steak here. Will always come for more whenever we feel like eating steak.
The mushroom sauce is very recommended. Really tasty, goes very well with their tender steak. Chilli prawn linguini deliciously cook and the chilli not very spicy, just give a little kick to your taste bud and the prawn very juicy and tender.
Last but not least, Friendly staff and quick service.

Love the food! Salmon and veg is amazing the veg is so fresh love the potato and always get a great piece of fish. The chicken schnitzel’s are huge my boys smash them, for the smaller appetites you can ask for a kids size! Staff are awesome so helpful and friendly, love my local!!

It would not be a stretch to say this is one of the best pubs I have been to! The main courses are delicious and the dessert is also delicious (This can't be said for all pubs I have visited). The staff are friendly, approachable and willing to assist. Some pictures of the amazing food over my 2 visits so far. We will definitely be back!

I have eaten at Mike’s grill for a number of years at various locations and have known Mike a while. Mike is a fantastic chef, has been one of the best places for pub/bistro food in south Sydney.
However, today at Sutherland RSL wasn’t the best culinary experience. This is the first time at Sutherland RSL. I’ll start with the positives - service was great, lady and man at the reception to the restaurant were exceptional.
Negatives - food was very poor overall. I had the pasta seafood linguine. Red sauce -genuinely tasteless, prawns - again tasteless.
Pasta slightly over cooked, not al dente. Wouldn’t say this is the biggest problem, most eateries will cook pasta that way but dish was overall poor due to the lack of flavour in the sauce.
Beer battered prawns - average. Not sure whether they were but felt like they were straight out of the freezer.
Garlic prawns - average/poor. Sauce was tasteless.

Great food and nice atmosphere. Huge servings so definitely good value for money. Have been here a few times and never left disappointed.

Don’t purchase via the online app (when dining in) We ordered entrées, the mains, and desserts, however only the mains came out.
It would be nice to be notified though (yes that was a big disappointment) luckily we didn’t get charged, otherwise it would be a headache with disputing the charges.
We did make a complaint about it, and they did apologise, which we do appreciate. Everyone was super friendly! The burger and chips were delicious! Super juicy beef and crispy chips.
I would go back, but this time I would order the food at the counter.

Decided to give the Royal hotel a go as we live nearby. Huge bistro area and it was very busy. The portions are very generous and will satisfy all but the biggest eaters.
Had the four cheese parmy, nice grill on the cheese with some bubbles and crispy bits. The only detractor being the thin tomato sauce (passata) made the crumb of the schnitty overly soggy. My partner had the Atlantic Salmon with veggies and potatoes and said it was the same as everywhere else, the lemon sauce could have been the difference but didn't meet expectations. Overall a nice meal.

Club standard meals, plenty of seating; booths with comfy seating and plenty of small and large tables. Lovely menu, making changes is not a problem. Very efficient pickup and ordering system, the food was very fresh and hot when we got it!!

Amazing food ! The specials always change and are super unique and delicious so be sure to check them out and change it up every couple of weeks !
Never fails to satisfy, the bruschetta is amazing 10/10 the pepper sauce is to die for and the vegetable hokkien noodles are delicious! Fast service!

Always great a Mike's grill. Great food, awesome serving sizes and always tasty. One night I thought I'd ordered 3 x kids meals and had only ordered 2, the chef said he's cook an extra up straight away - he fixed my mistake and made sure the kids all ate at the same time. I've been dining with Mike's Grill since the Sylvania hotel days (over 20 years now)!

All meals were good quality and good value. It was extremely busy on Sunday night and meals too a while to come out but can't fault the flavour. Snittys are the headline.
