While the rooms are a bit tired and musty, in a great place, on a good course with nice bar and bistro and attentive staff.

What a depressing looking place. I went for a beer and it just looked run down inside. Lucky I didn’t want a meal as the food options consisted of a pie warmer with a couple of tired pastries and a snack machine. Limited draught beer options.

Went there for a lunch. At front counter ATM down . Poor blonde lady behind counter doing her best to get it back on track. Another brunette superior came to her and harangued her about how to book people in and procedure to follow. Really demoralised this lady. Meanwhile I was left waiting for ATM to get its butt in to gear. Took ages and all the time listening to this bird going off in the office. Went in to dining room. Only one other gentleman there eating. Went up to order. Kept waiting as she was on some sort of tablet and it had more importance than my order. Ordered crispy skin pork. Well for $35 we were thoroughly disappointed. The meat had freezer burn which was off putting. Even the bar staff had other things to do more important than serving. Without the customers and you obviously had none, you do not have a business. Sorry have given you the benefit of the doubt. Was disappointed last time 2 years ago but decided to give another go. Won't be back

We didn't stay here .. we visited and had dinner and drinks. Wine list is very limited which is a shame in such a wine area ... the service was great and we loved the Cheesy Garlic Bread.

Very disappointed shower did not work fridge was noisy all night it was a Sunday night we had no hot water and we had booked in thinking we could utilise the dining room for meals only to be told it doesn't operate Mondays and Tuesdays why weren't we told this when we booked also the pro shop was dirty and only opened for a short time each day this place should not be recognised as a resort and we will not be recommending this place to anyone the only good thing about the place was the staff would rate this 2 stars or less

They knock on the door and after that they called me and didnt let me sleep. I booked a room and ask for late check out (12pm) and in the reception was told me that I could stay till 12pm. From 10am they didnt stop to bother me. First the lady of the Housekeeping and after the reception lafy calling me to leave the room because they had some arrival. Thats want happen when you let the reception on the barmen hands - miss communication between co workers

The Reception and restaurant staff were really lovely and friendly but the accommodation was pretty average - would have been nice in 1970 and has not been updated since. Room very dark and musty / pulled knife out of the crumpled cutlery bag that was dirty / bathroom was very clean but huge crack right through the handbasin. The bedding was nice and clean but overall the whole place needs to be demolished - it's beyond a renovation.

Rooms are sooo outdated in the motel side I'm not sure where the resort actually is!! 🤔 with the rooms size it wouldn't take much to update them. Even painting the exterior would uplift the place. Wifi does not work at all no single. Can hear everything through the wall from the next door guest. Not worth staying here not for the price they charge for the room. Even found a biscuit pack open with the tea and coffee.

Rooms are basic but very clean nd reasonably priced. If the bistro is open that's a bonus as the food is good

Reception had to spray deodoriser in the room as it was so disgusting. Carpets stained and dirty, as was the club chair with the big hole in the arm. The bed was sagged in the middle and pillows were old and smelly. The toilet bowl had a build up of brown calcium. The verandah table had 13 empty beer bottles with cigarette butts in them. NO RESORT here what so ever. Even the pool had a brown scum line at water level. NEVER GO THERE unless your from the health department.

Prior to unit entry cigarette butts were on the pavement near the front door entrance. The room on initial entry is very dark. We found the old blue tiles in the bathroom vestibule to be uneven & the step into the shower & toilet area a concern & to be mindful of. Sadly the shower has no shelving or space for shampoos & soap. The shower/ toilet door was always stuck when closed & had to be forced open. The toilet pan was so small, old & very low. In the vanity area the vanity had a huge crack in it! |The bedroom had only one side bedroom lamp & the illumination in the bedroom was dull. The bed is very low.|The 2 white coffee/ tea cups in the kitchen were very stained. One would not know if they were clean. A stand out for lack of a standard was the tea towel which was spotted with bleach stains & looked like a car cleaning rag.|The curtains had a stain on it that looked like blood or a food stain.|This review is a sad statement about the lack of pride or care that the management has for their property & the clients who use it.|This resort accommodation is not value for money.

Price for the room was cheap which was a reflection of what you got. Place was clean and beds were comfortable but, other then paint (brown) I doubt little has changed since the 1980's. Pool looked a bit tired as well. Tip, if you stay because of the golf course call them up to make sure you get a time before you book accommodation. Place (golf course) is quite busy and impossible to get a game on weekends.

Not worth the money, room smelt bad, every surface was sticky to touch. Coffee cups were dirty and had not been washed. Cigarette butts outside door. Room needed a thorough clean. Just because it's old doesn't mean it has to be dirty.

Not a great experience, paid quite a lot for one night and being a "golf resort" you have expectations. The tap was so disgustingly rusty it's clearly been that way for months or years - over the bed there is a light boxed in and full of dust which is not fun to sleep under and the first thing you see when you open your eyes. One thing to note the receptionist and barman were really lovely.

I recently stayed a night at the Mildura Golf Resort. The room was exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. The late night check in procedure was very simple and easy, with the venue getting in touch prior to my arrival and providing all the necessary details. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a quick overnight stop. Please note, my review does not cover the golf facilities as I didn’t use them during my stay. Also the attached photo shows the room I stayed in.

I found the room to be rundown and not very well maintained or clean. Usually gold resorts are nicer than other motels etc. I will definitely look around next time we come to Mildura. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can not comment.

Had meals here for a birthday party. Meals were all served with a salad with no dressing, meals were small and expensive. I had salt and pepper squid chips and salad. I got 6 pieces of squid for $33. Very poor value for money. I wouldnt have it on my goto list for a meal

Great location. Service in the bistro was slow.. waited about 1.5 hours for our dinner.. and once we got it... not the best. Our room was ok.. although when we arrived we needed the cleaners to come back and clean the toilet.. want cleaned properly from the previous people... not impressed

Good value for money and room was good. Beds were comfy and they accommodate friends travelling together which is a bonus. Shower was great. Nice view out the back of the golf course where you could walk to watch the sunset. Very peaceful but a long way from everything.

Good size room and bathroom with the added extra of toaster. Rooms old, dark but clean. Air conditioner was very loud and needed to be turned off while sleeping. This could be a problem if weather very cold. Staff very helpful and meal in bistro was excellent and very big.

Don’t let the name full you, there is nothing “resort” about this place. Rooms are horrible, 80s style dark cabinetry (some rooms look like they’ve been refreshed, but not our side). Old AC unit, remote didn’t work, had to stand on a chair to change temp/turn on or off, also very noisy. The location whilst nice next to a gold course, is also way out of town, not walking distance to any shops. Swimming pool looks nothing like the photos and is quite dirty, in fact the whole place looks nothing like the photos and is quite dirty. Bistro also not open Mondays or Tuesday’s, very inconvenient given the poor location to other dining options. Travelled from QLD to SA over the week and this was by far the worst accommodation we stayed in. Not worth the price!

Didn't stay but visited for a round of golf. Lovely greens but rude staff. On more than several occasions had tee'd off today and while heading down fairway for our next shot a worker would switch on the sprinklers, see us and just shrug and drive off resulting in us having to get wet on the fairways to retrieve our balls or have a shot. And was the middle of the day!!

Cheap accommodation you get what you paid for|Bistro served yummy food|Bad room service, bashing on my door 9am every morning. Don't they realise people are on holidays.|Maybe supply do not disturb signs |Plus really old dinosaur air-conditioning really needs replacing for the comfort of your guests|Don't think I'll be revisiting
