Went to the workers today for Mother’s Day with the whole family. Had to wait nearly an hour for the food and we wasn’t happy especially as we were the first group to order! But I mentioned to a waiter by the name of Lachlan how long we had been waiting and within minutes we had our food and he offered us complementary drinks! He was so polite and well spoken and he definitely went above and beyond for us! So thanks Lachlan for making our lunch that much better! You’re a great guy and the whole table was greatly happy with you’re friendly service

Went for breakfast, waiter did nothing but complain about how he was run off his feet, we were the only ones there. Large meal but sausages were borderline cooked, and hash browns were incredibly over cooked, eggs were also over cooked. Coffee was luke warm. Very disappointing.

Well we dine here frequently and we have some mixed experiences with the staff members. Some staff are really sweet and inviting and some can be not so pleasant. Kids love the play area and we can eat while they enjoy their play in the enclosure. I honestly think that there could be more options in the menu ...may be have some specials of the day. Overall, I think we will keep going there until we get bored of the menu. There can be some inconsistencies in the food quality but that's ok as long as the staff is accepting and making up for it.

Wasn't overly impressed with food. I had stirfry. The meat was not marinated and was tough. It was a big serving but taste is important to me and I found it lacking. Husband had Pasta and he said it was OK

The worst pub meal I’ve ever had. For the price I feel we were robbed. Service took over an hr to get food that was burnt on one side and raw on other obvious problems in kitchen. To avoid being ripped off go elsewhere.****update*** heard back from club immediately the review was posted with an offer of a full refund you can’t ask for any more than that everyone has a bad night. I will get a gift voucher hopefully instead of refund so I can retry and give a good business another chance. Great work👍

Quick tasty meal. Service has improved and it's great to see some younger staff serving. Let's hope the rude dead wood is out for good.

Only went for a look, very well presented, good menu, dining area, bar and pokies. I didn't have time to go there for lunch or dinner, but I wouldn't hesitate to go there next time l'm here.

One star for easy parking, otherwise zero. Absolutely atrocious. From the old blond at reception who wouldn't know what customer service was, to the pitiful attempt at providing meals. Appalling experience that nobody should have to pay for!

My husband and I accompanied Paul and his wife last Saturday night and I was shocked at the mediocre meals that were served to us. I ordered the scotch fillet and at a non members price, I expected more than a ‘Woolies steak’. When I eat out, I’d like to think that my meal will be better than what I can do at home myself! The hour and a bit wait for our meal was ridiculous in my opinion too. Disappointed. Briony

Mildura Working Man's Club offers very good food at reasonable prices. They even do a terrific breakfast on weekends. This friendly club was once the home of the longest bar in the world. Unfortunately, the 91 metre bar was dismantled in the mid 1990s to make way for more revenue-raising poker machines. I'm not sure the Club Committee made the right decision to remove the bar as it would have remained a fantastic tourist attraction. Visitors to Mildura can easily obtain a 'Temporary Member' ticket which is valid for seven days. Wendy, Patsy or Veronica are likely to be not far away to assist and are all extremely friendly and helpful. The Club is located next to the Quest Apartment Hotel and on the main drag (Deakin Avenue). Whether you are on your own or in a group, you will enjoy your visit to this great welcoming venue.

I was told that the food here was good and that the serve was generous...... well my Rigatoni Carbonara was OK but the serve was small! had to order another serve. To the Chef...please remember that Rigatoni pasta has a massive hole filled with air through the middle of it, so please adjust your portion size! The highlight of my experience was your TOP indigenous waitress Biannen! She was on the ball and knows how to look after customers...give her a raise!

I gotta say, walking into this pub, from outside I was not expecting much but that sports bar... Oh my what a great setup. Possibly the best sports bar I've been to. The size of the areas was right, there were enough TVs and enough space to sit in and have a meal as well as see the races or any sports. The actual facilities were excellent. Very well kept and very aesthetic. Beer was cold, service was wonderful so I thought surely then the food must be average. I was wrong. Bloody great parmi, nothing game changing or earth shattering. Just a well executed tasty classic pot and parmi for a great price. My friend couldn't finish her steak so naturally I did. Where I live I have access to some of the best steak in the country and the best steak houses around, I'm also an avid cook and barbequer myself so I will rarely order a steak at a pub as they just don't hit the mark for me. This one was cooked perfectly, season correctly and while the cut of meat wasn't fantastic the chef did a brilliant job at making it the best it could be. While I personally wouldn't order it my friend was very happy with it and I was very surprised at how good this particular pub steak was. I would love to see what the chef can do with premium hand fed cuts but unfortunately the clientele here is not the right market for that. I haven't tried the tomahawk yet, that will be a shared meal for our last night here and I am looking forward to it immensely. If you've made it this far through my long winded review, thank you for reading and you need to try this pub if you like a good sports bar with good food and friendly service. Excellent job team. This is what happens when an establishment has the right people from the ground up. Keep up the good work and I hope to be working in mildura more regularly. I know what my local work pub shall be now. Stay tuned for the review of the tomahawk.

How nice of a surprise to have prawn crackers come out on your plate of garlic prawns to dip in your sauce, which there was plenty. Followed up with a punt and a few points watching the great Tom Brady on the MAASSSSSIVE sports screen

Had dinner with friends tonight and was told there would be quite a wait. Understandable as the club was very busy. We actually didn’t have to wait very long at all. The Scotch Fillet was cooked beautifully and was very tender and the vegetables were absolutely deliciously tasty. My friends were of the same opinion as I was and extremely enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend.

Good mate of mine rang me and said, come on we're going to the Worker's for lunch and a few games of pool. I enjoyed a hearty steak sandwich and chips washed down with an ice cold pint of Great Northern!! Always friendly staff and eager service, also a fantastic atmosphere with a great club feel. Get in and have a good time.

Food was woeful, recommended top Dining - the Salt and Pepper Calamari with horrible chips is amongst the worst I've had. The dipping sauce had a thick scum on top and was inedible. My partner enjoyed their Nasi Goreng which is why this got a second star in the review. Service was friendly and the sign in process was easy.

Food was 3/5 at best. Chicken parmigiana. The cauliflower was cold. The carrots were lukewarm but tasty. Spuds were great. Schnitzel was large enough. Chicken was nicely cooked. Tomato sauce was good. Ham was from the supermarket. Cheese was plentiful but I think was Tasty. Definitely not mozzarella. $20 member’s price was excellent value. But the meal could have been better. The complex itself is wonderful, hence the four stars overall. Lots of screens in the sports bar. Decent variety of beers on tap. Poker on a Thursday night at 7PM. One year membership is $11.65 which gives you discounts on the food and drink. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. Happy, glad to be of service. Should be more of it.

Country brings a different set of dynamics so locating a Pub setting and dining option on a Sunday in the country for lunch presents it's own set of challenges but then you have the lovely people at the Mildura Working Mans Club welcome you with open arms. This venue ticks so many boxes they deserve a 5 star rating 🇦🇺👍 great hospitality, awesome food, value for money and pet friendly. Many thanks for making our last day in Mildura an enjoyable and welcoming one 🫶🤙⭐🐾

Called in for lunch, expecting to have a good meal at a club, but unfortunately that was not the case. The food is absolutely tasteless to the point that I even left my squid sitting on the plate and my husband‘s meal was totally tasteless also. Very disappointing. Specially because of the prices you charge. You’d be better reducing the size of some of the meals and also reducing your prices. People enjoy food when it’s got some flavour that lingers in the mouth.

Big out door playground for the kids plus a games room too, bistro is really nice and updated. Steak was perfect and yummy garlic pawns topping, chicken parmigiana was crunchy and juicy chicken. Good kids meals too. Will definitely be back.
