About Millers Inn
Low-key motel with basic rooms, offering a relaxed bistro and a retro bar, plus free breakfast. Set 1.7 km from the West Gate Freeway, this roadside, redbrick motel is also 3.3 km from the salt marshes at Altona Coastal Park and 5 km from the technology centre and planetarium at Scienceworks. Straightforward rooms come with free WI-Fi, air-conditioning and TVs. Some rooms add exposed brick walls, and family rooms include 2 bedrooms and a lounge. Very disappointing service. Booked a table for 8 15pm. Left a note saying we may be 5 mins late(due to watching a movie at the cinema)Arrived at 8.20 and was told we have 5 minutes to order. All good went to order and staff member told us again we have 5 mins to order gave us 1 menu between 3 people. I asked for another menu to make it a bit quicker to order. As I got back to the table I was told by a staff member once again we have 5 minutes to order. I said ok I will come to the counter and order. I was at the counter ordering and then told AGAIN we need to order as they are taking the last orders for food in 5 minutes. Bistro was dead we were the only people there. We left after I stated we are obviously putting you out. Went somewhere else and had great service and a great meal. If you didn't want us there all you had to say was sorry guys your 5 minutes late we can't take your order.

The bistro area has been halved so it is now so small. Service for drinks was slow when ordering online via the qr code. Food service was extremely slow and meals didn’t come out together.
Serving sizes a little on the small side but taste of food was nice.
All in all the service let the night down.

Really great place with Friendly staff. Thanks especially to Adrian and Deepak for their unbelievable hospitality. The Rump was cooked perfectly and just an overall great vibe and experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Porterhouse steak was quite nice, cooked a little unevenly. Half as requested, medium rare, but the other half a little over done. Chips and vegetables lovely. All up, a little expensive at $42. But will try again ...

Pamela is very engaging and personable with her customer service. She always has a smile on her face and is very inviting when serving us. She has been a great addition to the staff at Millers.

Not completely fair comment on roos as they are renovating. The room was average and clean, toilets were also super clean. You have to place your order at the counter so service, of course, is not the best. They took the plates to the table and we did not see anyone anymore. The food was very good.

My husband and I with his cousin we all enjoyed our meals at lunch time. Service great and staff 10/10.

I went to the gaming area. The lady greeted me helped with cash out, got me a drink as super friendly. Great service thank you!

I stayed for a night. Work trip. The staff were simply amazing. I wish I could remember the lady's name to thank her for her first class assistance. Very happy with the service. And those hanging lights are a nice surprise. Loved it. I didn't stay long enough to try the bar or restaurant.

I needed to find accomodation near work as I was rostered on for night shift and the Nightcap popped up on my search. The accomodation is close to the freeway and shops and also has a Bistro with Gaming room. I was offered a complimentary drinks voucher on arrival and the customer service was outstanding, my room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay here again if need be.

I came to the millers with my friends tonight. The food was amazing and the service from Bella and Pam were outstanding. They were nice and friendly, I really felt welcomed. We are definitely coming back

i came in around lunch time on sunday and it was such a wonderful and inviting experience. great customer service from the workers who made it clear they enjoyed their jobs who went by bella and deepak and food was great would come again

Had Dinner tonight at the Bistro. We both ordered the schnitzel that was burnt and overcooked. Chips and salad were okay and gravy was sweet and too thick. Went to the men’s bathroom and both cubicles were disgusting, one was blocked. The floors in front of the urinal looked like they hadn’t been clean for days. I haven’t seen worse even at the MCG.
Very disappointed as our first time here.

Great place to base ourselves when doing a few attractions in the city. Plenty parking for large vehicles. Quiet and very clean rooms. Super reasonable prices. Yummy meals in the bistro. Bus right outside to the city. Will definitely stay again when in Melbourne.

Didn't rent a room but visited the restaraunt/pub. Amazing experience! Met some great people and had excellent service! Prices were on point and the food was great!

Came to this location today in the afternoon and received the best service from Isabella! So friendly, thoughtful and interactions with her were amazing.
The food was an added bonus.

Came here with family. Had chicken snitz, parmigiana and the grilled chicken with veggies.(my mash was tasteless) All was nice but the veggies were just abit over cooked for our liking and noticed serving of chips were small. Over all we enjoyed it but the best part was the pavlova. Really nice.

Came here couple of times always got a nice and warming atmosphere. Great service by staff. Always had a mouth watering meal. If there is more stars i can give i would give that.

Bistro now half the size it was, meals are good, however still room for improvement with service, eg no menus given, or orders and all you look at is a road or a wooden wall.

As a regular customer, I’d love to recommend Millers Inn to all ages. Their menu has something for everyone, their senior meals down to their kids meals always appeals to my entire family. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by the staff, especially Deepak, Pam and Bella, they’re always friendly and polite. The staff go out of their way to accommodate our requests and nothing is too much or too hard for them. Thank you for always making it a pleasure to dine here.
