Went to Mullanes on a recommendation. On the plus side the food was nice. That’s where the positives of the experience finished. Asked a staff member for a table. She looked at me like I had two heads. Her job was to deliver drinks. Not assisting customers. We were eventually seated. After the arrival of our starter I asked our original server and another server for a glass of wine for my main meal. Nothing arrived. When I attempted to ask our server if the wine was coming I was waived away. I was almost finished my meal when the waiter came to see what I wanted. I was over it by then. We then attempted to get the attention of 1 of the many staff members to get our bill. Each time they turned on their heels and headed in a different direction. After 15 minutes we were able to get the attention of someone and get our bill. Our server was completely oblivious to what was going on and then sauntered over and confidently blurted out that he trusted that everything was going well.

Well laid out bars, attentive staff, great atmosphere. A larger range of crafties including a stout would have earned the fifth star.

We hosted a work event here, whilst making a booking was seamless, the service on the actual night wasn’t the best. However, in saying this, completely understand they were also short staffed.
Otherwise, great location and convenient to find / get to.

We held our work function at Mullanes and the service was amazing. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cassie and Byron who were tending to our function. They were both so down to earth and accomodating. We are very lucky to have had such lovely service.

We had a wonderful evening in this hidden gem. You are oblivious to your surrounds such is the calibre of fit out and the service was top shelf.

The staff was very rude with the 2 ladies in the arvo from 1:30 to 2:00 being disrespectful to my girlfriend which she got up and left by 1 of ladies telling her to leave and also didn’t get a refund worth 34 dollars of food which we didn’t touch because of the rude and arrogant lady which she embarrassed us in front of customers as we got up and left.I hope that karma hits back on the 2 of them and there bosses know about this and will have a chat on the phone.I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT UNTIL THOSE LADIES LEARN SOME MANNERS AND WHICH I DONT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO THERE.

Second time dining at Sarinos restaurant which is located on level one of Mullens .. This establishment has as terrific menu and the beverages / cocktails are fantastic ..highly recommend you try eating here the steaks are amazing and make sure to try the steak tar tar.. enjoy you visit the staff will make it truely

Over $27 for a beer and a wine, way too expensive. Staff are present but not really interested. $13.20 for a beer - no thanks

Nice well rounded menu, caters for most. Price was solid for a more high end dining setting, service was also good.

Nice quiet place for a cheeky beverage. Good atmosphere, great staff, a tiny bit pricey but all in all great experience

Mullane's Hotel is amazing. The staff were super accommodating when we turned up and missed our booking because WE got the time wrong. When we were seated the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help.
We were placed in the restaurant even though we were only there for drinks, and to be honest, I'm glad we ended up in the restaurant because the food was outrageously good. We ordered an antipasto brimming with meats, cheese, eggplant, mushrooms, tomato and bread - exquisitly presented with deep, complex, yet quite delicate flavours.
For dessert I ordered hazelnut praline with raspberry and despite the serving size being enough for one, I definitely could have finished another.
Despite all of the outstanding food and service, the absolute highlight for me was the "Jerry Special Negroni"; I really hope I remembered the name - or maybe it was Jack, not Jerry. In any case, if you're a fan of a Negroni - I HIGHLY recommend this. I don't want to give away the exciting flavour of this drink, but it is outlandishly delicious and definitely a must have from this venue.

I had the misfortune to host a function in a private room at this reataurant for my wife's birthday. I did not mind too much when my main course was 20 minutes behind everyone else, nor the fact that we had to pour our own wine and drinks for most of the night. It is almost understandable that they ran out out of the French champagne we ordered.
The food was OK, but not exceptional and a bit stingy.
However, the worst experience was when I called for the final account, only to find that we had been charged for champagne and food that we did not use. Further, when I challenged the bill, I was accused of being unreasonable. There is liitle chance that I would use this restaurant again. I normally leave a generous tip to reflect a good experience. Definitely no tip for this experience.

I celebrated my 50th birthday on the weekend with my friend. The food the atmosphere and service were beyond anything I have ever experienced. I highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful night out.

Heard about this place, decided to try it out yesterday and w as impressed. It's about time someone realised the need for more desirable places to go to. Plus, they make damn good cocktails. Friendly staff and the place looks chic. Heading over tonight to try out the restaurant. Thus far, highly recommend a visit.

Had of the pleasure of dining for mothers day dinner with my mum and family @ sarinos, we are regulars at Mullanes because the customer service and people are exceptional, but this night topped it all. From the 5 star service at dinner in the cellar room and amazing food and wine, to Jacob's crew with the too good to refuse cocktails and Molly's amazing friendly bar service we were all amazed. And the box of treats with a card for my mum and I was a nice touch. My parents want to move in now I think! 😄 Thankyou to Alyse and team at Mullanes! We will remember the night forever x

Great restaurant, fabulous food and excellent service. We had a ball. The menu is limited which is what made it so perfect, The condensed selection makes everything fresh and beautifully presented. I thoroughly recommend Mullanes for a fantastic night out.

Great atmosphere!! Service is on point all staff know the menus and willing to help you! The food is delicious and beautifully presented!! You gotta book on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure you get a table.

Great atmosphere here! Casual drinks and food downstairs, and an up market restaurant with amazing cocktails upstairs. Looking forward to the micro brewery to be up and running.
The staff are very friendly and good spot for the local business park and right outside the Norwest metro station

Food was delicious. Drinks were average and service was slow. First weekend of lockdown ending so maybe they were struggling to keep up with demands. Our booking was at 730 and our set menu entrees came out at around 830 and our mains at 930. I asked for my main as takeaway

Excellent establishment. Spotlessly clean. Always good service. Friendly staff and clientele. Very good poker machine area. Restaurant exceptional.

Dropped in for a co-workers get-together. Service was absolutely amazing. 🍸 were delicious. Food was nice but variety limited. Only one option for vegetarians. Although the only downfall it really needs to be improved. Will drop in for a quick drink but may not stay long going forward. Overall rating due to food options.

Great facility looking forward to trying the restaurant out. Gentleman at the bar was very helpful in explaining about the membership and card system and what the place has to offer and will have to offer. An asset to your team

An amazing place to just have a drink or even better place to dine. Food is first class and atmosphere is the best. I am also astounded that every staff member is fantastic at their job with impeccable service whilst doing it all with a smile. The management have nailed it with this place. 5 star rating on all counts. Well done Mullane's.

Absolutely Delightful.. Cosy but eloquent. The staff were helpful, and engaging and we were made to feel welcome, such a lovely atmosphere. Many lovely dishes to enjoy with themed nights such as a Jazz night and an upcoming Ladies night. I will return
