First time here tonight, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service and the food!!!
It was so busy tonight yet the staff maintained a high quality of service and food.

Big credit to Lucas, he works so hard, keeping those tables clean and turning over people being seated, let’s not forget getting the food out.

We went to a 80th birthday for the elderly ppl my partner Joanne cares for.the meal was great soft steak.fresh salmon.the staff were so acomadating friendly.1st time there and we were impressed. Ty guys for a great day.

We went for lunch at newly renovated tavern-previously we never complained about their food...however we noticed the entire menu has changed. I ordered coral trout and clams for $32-very overpriced considering what I got,3 tiny pieces of fish & standard of food has fallen as not all food was cooked properly. I would not i do recommend eating here anymore

We visit the bottle shop on Wed evenings. The two gentlemen there know a lot about their wide range of craft beers and help with choosing your beer. They're friendly, personable and make the visit good fun. This is my new go-to bottle shop.

We've been going here for over 10 years. The place continues to grow from strength to strength and always feels fresh. Great local Tavern with awesome friendly staff and a big care factor about their customers.

We used to love this tavern but our visit a few days ago was a real disappointment. The place is being decorated and so far looks like it will give it a brighter feel but expecting diners to eat with the strong smell of fresh paint was a shock. The new tables feel cheap and the revised menu removed our favourites and left little to appeal. Unfortunately all of this combined led to us leaving to dine elsewhere.

We shared a Bruschetta as a entree in the past there is always to much to start with but NOT this time only 4 tiny pieces that were rubbery. Apart from that our mains were great.

went to Friday 13th night. new renovations great, food great but the sound system totally sucks. The table we were at bought $50 of raffle tickets. tickets drawn and numbers put out over sound system could not hear numbers. eating tea at the same time. finished tea went over to see if anyone had won a prize. found out we had won 2. but seeing that we did not go up after 3 call the prize was redrawn. these numbers could have been put up on big screen. Sorry NVT not a happy customer. fix your PA system.

Went out for lunch, food was great and staff was even better.
Has a kids playground which was great and kept my kids happy.
Will be recommending this place to people.

Went for lunch, menu is overpriced, $30 for a chicken schnitzel is eediculous, it's not fine dining, we checked the menu and pricing and went elsewhere, had a chicken schnitzel at Woodpeckers Bar and grill for $15, Great chips and salad as well all for $15 per person not $30....

We have dinner here weekly, the staff are always lovely and helpful. The wait time for food is always minimal and the food is delicious! Love our weekly dinner here 😋

We have been a few times now and i cannot fault the place! We went for dinner tonight and were waiting in a decent line thinking dinner would be ages but food come within 10 mins of ordering! Everyone is very polite and professional. Will be back in the future for sure

We booked in to play Drag Bingo and have dinner before hand. Service was amazing and food was really delicious. The Drag show was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely book again!

Was very disappointed...havent been there for a couple of years because wasn't happy with the food thought we would try it again... hasn't changed the chips were nice, steak ok red juss could not eat, and salad undressed ... maybe we will leave it for another couple of years and try again

Warning do not eat here, absolutely the worst pub meal I have ever had. These people do not care. Out of the eleven people in our group not one had a meal they enjoyed. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Very good friendly professional service in bar, gaming and restaurant area. Food delicious and good choices of variety on menu. Nice pleasant atmosphere, music playing in background. Been here a few times.

Very disappointing New Years Eve meal. I ordered the Prawn Splash, which I feel is overpriced for 3 small prawns. Unfortunately these prawns were very overcooked and the flavours of the salad and sauce did not blend well. I also ordered a steak with red wine jus. The steak was cooked well, however the jus was burnt and over reduced.

Very average meal for the price. Ordered crumbed reef fish, salad, aioli (not the dill aioli). Got a soggy, overcooked piece of fish with very wilted side salad without the sauce I specifically ordered. Questioned the sauce and was told I was wrong as I picked out a large strand of dill!! Won't be hurrying back.

Used to come here often as our first choice for dinner / lunch and it definitely isn’t now. horrible service, meals are ways dry / undercooked and drinks are 80% of the time hot.

To be very honest $5 for a glass of softdrink we bought a jug of raspberry lemonade it was red cordial with soda water tasted really horrid $18 for 2peices of fish that were no bigger than chicken tenders and not even a hand full of chips and waited more than half an hour for the food to come.
I don't think we will be back.

This venue does not feature table ordering, which we had not experienced whilst dining out for some time now. Reminded us how horrible it is to line up and wait for your turn to talk to the grumpy lady behind the counter. Aside from that, nice bar staff, satisfactorily priced food, quick enough service. Atmosphere and decor are good however.

The team always goes above and beyond. They are so friendly and helpful, from reception, through the kitchen, bar and restaurant floor staff, i cannot fault a thing. We just love going there, never have we ever had a bad experience. Very reasonably priced and the weekday specials are great if you're stuck for menu ideas.

The service and atmosphere were on point. Unfortunately, the food, whilst looking great, was some of the blandest tasting I have ever had.
Got the vegetarian gnocchi and the gnocchi was just so chewy and the sauce tasteless.
I tried my friends chorizo lingiuene and, outside of the chorizo, the sauce was equally bland and far to thin.
Possible there kitchen staff weren't on point that night but I recommend the manager try the entire menu and taste it for themselves.

The kids Spaghetti Carbonara was better than either of our mains (Pastrami Burger & Pork Cutlet). Took 55mins to get to table. Beer didn't disappoint though 🍻

The food was value for money and excellent seafood basket for $10.00 huge with chips and salad. Lovely staff helpful. Keep it up .Well done. Hey guys great food we eat here once a week. Disappointing today calamari basket didn't even cover the top of the little basket hopefully next time will be better haven't had that before. Well done had our calamari basket yesterday for lunch and thankyou it's back to normal and basket was nice and full. Thankyou

The first thing we noticed as we walked in for the first time was the interior. The colour schemes, flooring materials, furniture, artwork, and accessories transforms the area into an aesthetically appealing space of interior decor. Second thing was the array of natural light streaming through the room which gave it that outdoor feel. Brilliant.
As first time visitors approached by friendly staff on a Sunday afternoon we were warmly impressed. The barman knew exactly how to pour beers to. No mess from over spill, great stuff.
Food options were a bit limited and maybe a little over priced but we understand overheads. Feedback provided from the Burger meals was positive and the kids loved the calamari and cheesy garlic breads. My vegetarian gnocchi was okay. A little flavourless which made me wonder if the chefs actually taste their food. Other than that. We’d visit again.

So some random just vomited on a table, my mate got blamed for it. We were dancing and got blamed for the vomit. Terrible security, threw my mate out because the blamed him 😂 we were having a good time before this happened. Do not rate this pub at all. Security think they can pick and choose who to kick out even when they are doing nothing wrong.

Signed in to check in app showed my double vaccination cert than was given a table. Than when it came time to order I Was refused service for not having a mask even know I have a medical exemption. Lady behind the restaurant counter was extremely rude. I’ll never return to my local after being treated in such a way.

Sandcrab tagliatelle that looked more like seafood extender tagliatelle, a duck breast that was cooked so it looked like one of Donald Trump's steaks and curly fries that were actually curly wedges... Don't think I'll be back any time soon...

Really nice local pub, has a good atmosphere and often great events. Good and drinks reasonably priced and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately does have a limited menu so food options can get a little tiresome on return visits, was hoping the new menu would add a splash of variety and more options to the menu but unfortunately still limited for choices.

Popular with the locals, always busy. Bookings are a great idea. We were posted outside on dusty tables cause there was no room left. Food is good! Multiple bars. Gaming room was also busy.

Place looks really nice inside however bistro lets it down, took almost an hour for the food to come out and it wasn't even busy, not much to choose from on the menu, I ordered the Angus pie but what I really got was a pot of stew and some vegetables it was in no way a pie. Trying to be fancy but doesn't suit their customer base.

Overall it’s a great place to be but the DJ that was playing on Friday night the 3-11-23 was playing random music but the music wasn’t getting people up to dance.
His choice of songs weren’t the best and if he is the regular DJ, then that will be our last night to attend.
Consider DJ Luke as he caters to the crowd, young and old…

Our group of 20+ went to Narangba Valley Tavern for lunch on a Saturday.
Plenty of parking available.
Wheelchair accessible.
Child play area.
Food is nice, staff lovely, especially the young lady in the Sports Bar. Menu Prices a bit dearer than other venues we have been to.
Our group was disappointed that:
No seniors menu except Monday to Wednesday
No lunch specials except Mondays to Fridays
This is a Pub not a club but they charge a higher price to non members.
We all agreed we will not be back.

Only one star as I didn't get to try the food because the service was so bad. Got up to order lunch and was told we don't serve untill 12.00 it was 11.58 she walked away so we waited there for 5more minutes she did not come back, very rude so we left..

Ok local pub. Update: we keep going back here hoping it'll be better but it's just not. Steaks (one of them a Wagyu) have been terrible, soggy parmi. And so loud on a Fri/Sat night. Such a shame.

Not recommended if you are trying eat healthy. I asked if I could swap out my chips for some vegetables and was told I would have to pay for a side of vegetables which was a ridiculous $14 extra.
I have worked in pubs for the majority of my adult life and I have never came across this.
Pure greed.
Anyone wonder the obesity rates are at an all time high.

Not our first time here this year when we first dine with you. Unfortunately it has been downhill ever since, just a little more disappointing each time.
A few month ago, we gave you 5 stars for serving us an excellent diner despite being your very last customer of the day.
Today,
Street bites wasn’t what we expected. Should be remanded Mexican street bites. Pork belly was nice though.
Both our Salmon pasta were quite high on the ph level too acidic, one was plated beautifully the other was slopped on with barely any sauce whilst the other one was swimming in it. Parmesan was no where to be seen, also needed some black pepper.
Both apple crumble were microwaved! Very gooey and not at all your usual crunch expected with apple crumble. Custard was a liquid lumpy mess whilst the vanilla ice cream lack of flavour all together.
Whilst queuing to order our meals we got told to move away from the ice cream counter located in the same queue as ordering food. Maybe we wanted ice cream, how did he guess we didn’t.
Also please heat up the place we had to dine with our jacket on today and last time we were here.
And got told off by manager to leave the dining area at 9:26pm when they stop serving dinner at 9pm. So bloody rude especially when 20 others (2parties) are sitting at other tables around us.

Not a bad spot, Tavern is nice, friendly staff, only issue I had was my meal, asked for medium well done on my steak, got medium rare, big difference, salad, two bits of tomato with just lettuce, cabbage and some carrot, dressing ok, little disappointed in the meal

Nice spot for a feed with some very friendly staff. Food is fairly pricey unless you take advantage of the specials. Portions can be on the smaller side, but the place has a great vibe and atmosphere. Regret not getting the chicken parmigiana, but the fisherman's basket was still quite nice.

Narangba Valley Tavern is really nice and so is the staff plus helpful.
We went as a group and we all felt the food was very expensive.
My steak was $42 if I wanted mash and veggies it was a extra $15 which would have brough it to $57 so I took the salad and French fried chips which was a let down and not filling enough.
Most other place give a choice for same price.
My husband had schnitzel it was $35 he never pays more than $25.
It's a shame because this group catch up every second month and the Tavern was nice but we all wouldn't pay the prices again but would duck in for a quick drink.

My sister was just refused service at Narrangba valley tavern as she has a medical condition that makes her unable to wear a mask. She explained to security and then to the manager that she had a medical exemption and the manager humiliated her by demanding to see her medical exemption which is NOT lawful as that is her private medical information. She is not required to show this to any member of the public including business owners or managers. The manager told her that in order to stop "you people" from getting away with not wearing masks, that he had written masks into his dress code. Believe it or not, some people actually cannot and should not wear masks! therefore a medical professional gives them an exemption for this. Both the security guard and the manager caused great embarrassment to my sister and seemed to enjoy their power trip. My sister was there to celebrate her father in laws birthday which in the end she was unable to do with her family. This is a disgusting case of medical discrimination and we are looking into our legal options.

I went here for lunch with a friend. The food was lovely and the staff were lovely. However, my 3 star rating is because, as crazy as this is, there's no air conditioning here, in the main eating part at least. The temp was in the high 30s. My friend is 33 weeks pregnant, and I had my 6 week old with me and my 2 toddlers. We quickly ate and went home to the air con immediately.

I visited mid week for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and food service. We had a group of 15 and it was no trouble to book and we had a table pre arranged to suit our little throng. We individually ordered and it was not long before meals started arriving. I would certainly go again.

It's been a few months since the menu change and the quality is dropping quickly. Caesar salad should be fresh and the egg should not be fridge-cold. Fried chips should be actual chips not crumbs. Gravy should be a sauce not water. Pizza should be more than base + sauce. Come on. Pick up your act!!!

I just needed a cheese pizza kids meal for my daughter who doesn’t eat meat..couldn’t help because pizzas were pre-maid and had ham on it, no alternatives available apparently (including being able to make a quick cheese pizza!)no help or care given and I said we’ll have to go somewhere else…response was “no worries” so we left and didn’t order drinks or food.

Have been here pretty regularly the past 2 years. New menu looks fun but it's bland. Ravioli tasted like melted butter. Scallops are just crumbed and deep fried. Not sure why its served with moneybags on the side. Schnitzel is just meh. Mushroom gravy isn't mushroom tasting. Neither of us finished the meal. Will give it a miss until the kitchen sorts themselves out

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere but my steak was ordinary. I had to cut it into thin strips and eat it like beef jerky. salad looked like weeds pulled out of a garden. But chips were good.

For what we paid for meals, it was not worth it. $37 for black Angus steak, that was thin and more like steak for a sandwich. Not much variety in wine to choose from. The staff were all friendly though, and everything was clean and tidy.

Food was great but took forever to be served. It is a very loud place to dine and the seating us on long outdoor chair meant that two other people had to get up if I wanted to move.

Food was fantastic, service was exemplary, daughter had a good time on the claw machine in the kids room. Gaming room was quiet but very well presented. Again, could not falter the quality and size of our meals. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Excellent portions, excellent customer service, excellent food. Been here countless times and never been disappointed. Special props to the (I’m assuming manager) tall shaved head gentleman. He has squeezed myself and my wife in heaps of times and is just a great bloke. Love my local.

Decent pub meals and very good service. Whilst an error meant our meal was late they offered a free dessert and when we couldn't fit that, gave us a voucher out of their own initiative. Very impressed.

Came here for dinner because it listed vegetarian options on the menu, which was needed for several people in my group. Went to order and was told the veg options were unavailable. I understand this happens, but it was the only meal option on the menu besides a cheese pizza, which they didn't really like (but ordered to save travelling elsewhere). An alternative option would have been great considering the limited menu, but none was offered.

Been 3 times: decent food, tall ceilings, relaxed atmospher and popular with the locals. Some of their dishes are hard to eat but pretty to look at and their give away campaigns are pretty tacky in design. Attached is a photi of their sticky date puddy, yum!

Bad service, rooms not ready on arrival. Parking space taken by employee who refused to move their vehicle. Air conditioning not working in both rooms and exposed wiring in one room.
I would not recommend anyone stay at this establishment.

Awful food, awful service will not come back. Waited over an hour for food for it to come out and be terribly overcooked. When a comment was made nobody came to talk about it. Seems they're very happy to overcook the specials and a simple parmy. Also on a side not the brownies have nuts in with absolutely no mention of this on the menu.

Asking people that look over the age of 18/21 for id to come in and eat is ridiculous just becuase we forgot our id and we came from 40 mins away we then had to drive all the way back him to get our id to then sit and eat dinner with our family I am a local to narangba tav and still get turned away to just eat, very disappointed and no apology made for when we came back

Absolute worst experience at a venue that I have been at for a function. The staff were disorganised. We were asked to go outside from the function room to the sports bar and then got refused entry to the sports bar for going through the car park. Safe to say the staff were the bluntest tools in the shed.

Absolutely the most awful security I have ever experienced. We were there for a function and when we went to continue through to the sports bar - as directed by security - we were not allowed in - by the same security - as someone from our party was drinking in the car park, dispite the drink being one that was purchased inside the centre before being directed to walk all the way around the outside of the building. Safe to say I won't be going back to Narangba Tavern and would definitely be ensuring that none of my friends make the mistake of booking here either.

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour from management. Followed all rules for COVID-19 except I have a medical exemption from masks due to medical reasons and I was treated like a criminal and told I couldn’t attend for my own birthday dinner. Meanwhile the manager that kept talking to me like trash and following me to the table intimidating me talking about my medical conditions in front of other patrons and staff while wearing the mask under his nose uncovered the entire night. What is going on in this world when did we stop accepting everyone for what they are. Disgusted!

A bit pricey, and the size of the serving is just an average. Food is just above average. The place is disability friendly, wheelchair access and staff very accommodating to PWD. Parking is okay, heaps of uncovered spaces.

6 adults and 4 kids enjoyed a lovely meal here (friday night). Kids play area great for the kids and their meals came with ice cream which was a nice touch.
All the meals (pizza/parmy/burgers/fish/chips) we received well. Staff friendly and accommodating.
No discernible issues other than soda water at soft drink prices.
