We paid for a studio king but theres NOTHING aboit the room being a studio. Oning fridge does not make it one.We have stayed at nightcap in Carrum and sandbelt which were both awesome. Carrum was by far the best. I regret booking at seaford. Parking area looked like a 3 star free accomodation place anyone can go for shelter and food. The stairs and walkway filthy like a public toilet entrence, balcony door and glass dirty and shower tiles mouldy. Clearly the cleaners just walk in and spray a bit of water in the shower. The worst was glasses with wine smell and sticky droplets all over the Iinside. The reception lady was polite but annoyed me by trying to justify the glass by saying sometimes the dishwasher creates water drops. I KNOW A DIRTY GLASS WHEN I SEE ONE! Even a 2 year old would tell you it's dirty. I am not stupid and considering I worked a a cleaner and cafe in the past I know what I am talking about! The cleaners just place used items back. The type of people waking in and out wete questionable.

Very comfortable stay. Convenient location with the hotel and Dan Murphy’s right next door. Had lunch at the pub and the meal was fantastic value for money. There is also a fish n chip shop and a few other shops very close by. Would definitely recommend.

Very busy staff at a quiet bar with a few automated lines to say to people without masks or phones visible upon entry.... the guy at the door asked me if i had a smart phone and a mask, so I said yes and then he said take out my phone and put my camera on so I did and then he said the camera has to be connected to a app called QR, but he said he could take my name and number but I tried to whisper it quietly, as those are my private details , and he repeats my number aloud so that people from the car park could hear it. I stayed for 5 mins then I got out of there real quick.... not happy sorry... no stars

This is the second Nightcap establishment I have stayed and I think they are kicking goals! Refurbished motel attached to a hotel. Very friendly service, I rang and asked if I could check in early as I was going to a memorial service, no problem at all. Room is spacious, queen and single bed, spotless, great shower, well equipped. Drinking glasses cold in fridge a nice touch! ||I also received 2 drink vouchers on arrival and told if I had a meal in the bistro to show my room pass and I wold get 10% off. ||I wasn't disturbed by any noise from the hotel (Monday night) or the busy road.||Wi-fi worked well, heaps of parking.||I would stay again.

The rooms were well priced and roomy, only thing not great was our bed, it was two king singles put together so I was very uncomfortable sleeping in middle as it was higher and I could feel the hard join. Other than bed being uncomfortable the room was excellent.|I went to bistro for lunch and to reception as I could not get money out of eftpos , there was no one at reception, I went into gaming and had to wait again for someone to help me, it just all seemed like I was an inconvenience. The night before while picking up key in gaming was similar, not very friendly. |I must add that the manager I spoke to the evening we made booking was extremely helpful and well mannered, unfortunately I did not find staff , even at bistro bar, not a smile , not a greeting nothing. |Overall I think staff could benefit from customer service training on how to meet, greet and make customers feel welcome.|I work in hospitality myself so I’m not speaking from a self entitled point of view. |We would stay in room again but would go somewhere else to eat.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, it was noisy at night, there was sticky stuff in the carpet. The room felt clinical and not very welcoming or warm.

The room has big bad weird smell and it is super noisy, which is unforgettable for life. Honestly, this hotel made my night a disaster and it is the worst hotel I have ever booked.

The accommodation is part of a club. During our stay there was a brawl and accommodation is located directly near the entrance to the club. So when bouncers removed rowdy patrons, the noise echoed right up to our rooms.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family (10 month old & 3 year old). Room looked clean, but my little ones hands, knees and feet were black after crawling around.. I would strongly recommend getting your carpets dry cleaned. ||||Walls were thin and internet was average. I think a microwave is necessary in every room, extremely difficult to heat up bottles. Other than that, room was spacious, comfortable linen and beds, nice hot showers.

Service by staff was friendly and great. Location is good as you had alot of takeaway shops and local Supermarket across the road. And beach was about 10 minute drive. The room itself was neat, pretty clean, however there was a horrible 'dirty ashtray' smell as you walked in the room, that came and went throughout our stay.. Unfortunately I could smell it in the towels as well. Overall was ok, maybe not worth $251 although this may have been higher rate because of public holiday . Ok for a short one night stay.

Second time we have stayed here as a group, first time was no problems. This time we booked over half of the accommodation at least 10 families, all of which had children and we all had to go to a sports game at 8.30am. Every family had no hot water at all. As there was no one there on reception we all had to check out early, on informing them later on, the response was "we have checked and there is no problem with the hot water, you must have all been trying to shower at the same time"||I'm sorry but Hot water is a must in any accommodation, if the hot water system burst or some other issue, then fair enough, but to be flat out told there is no issue is not acceptable.||We all ate and drank in the bistro also, and the staff were less than accommodation, giving the wrong meals out, and then we were just told "your meal must have been given to someone else, so this is yours" not what was ordered or paid for! Really disappointing after our last stay was fine, we won't be back!

One star is being nice this hotel was so gross I paid for two nights but only stayed there for an hour. Very dirty, stains on the sheets and pillows. Water marks on the walls and painting. Bathroom was filthy with pubes on the soap holder and grime all over the sink. Questionable plumbing with the whole room smelling like sewage. And the beams on the room had a split in it. Not to mentioning the dodgy paint job. Service was just as good as the room very disappointing. I have never walked out of a hotel before but there is a reason why there is no refunds at this hotel

My wife and I stayed 2 nights as we had some business nearby. Upon checking in, the staff thought we wanted cash-out for the pokies. Upon climbing the stairs (at 4:00pm) there was empty KFC rubbish, bags of dirty manchester and cleaning trollies everywhere. Not clean. And the smell in the room on entry was terrible. No microwave, and no breakfast available (save for a packed tiny box of corn-flakes and sugar-juice for $5). I can't rate any staff service, as there wasn't any. Not a hotel for travellers, I don't think. Which is a shame, because this place has potential. 3 star at best. Priced too much.

Lovely clean and fresh room, except for the windows to the balcony. The only draw back was the noise from the hotel disco thumping away till midnight and then the noise from the happy customers leaving till one in the morning. Not good when you have been driving all day. No hair drier in the room either. Think we will stay somewhere quieter next time

I called ahead and paid for booking prior to arrival so I assumed checkin would be simple, however it was drawn out and tedious. Bed extremely uncomfortable - joining two king singles together does not make it a king! Room however spotlessly clean.

I am from Adelaide and ||have stayed at this Hotel several times over the last 12 Month.||I was looking for: Clean "Crisp comfortable Bed and Bathroom."||Walking distance to Shops - including the Bistro.||I got it.||The back ground noise from the Hotel on a Friday/Saturday night is acceptable.||The Food at the Bistro is good and the Fire Place is a big Plus.||The Staff is very friendly. ||My Visits back to Seaford will be at the Nightcap at Seaford Hotel.||Thank you to the Team at the Hotel.

Great regular stop over for me with great staff. Would have awarded 5 stars, but the kitchen let them down by serving me the most expensive, most disgusting steak sandwich I have EVER eaten. No one at my table could eat it, it was broiled. Will eat elsewhere next time I stay

Glasses were dirty, had to scrub to remove milk or what ever residue was, thought I'd better do coffee mugs also, not clean either. Bed good. TV went off at 9.30 pm, no input? Manager was supposed to come and sort out, have now waited 50 mins, no one here.

From our arrival to us deciding to stay another night, the customer service was impeccable. From Sharon in the pokies to the wonderful manager who managed to book is in for a second night, I cannot fault this place. One suggestion though. When ordering a meal through the app in thr bar I did not receive my pie and mash with peas. Although my pie and chips was delicious, an update of the menu in the app would be a good idea.

Easy access to some beautiful beaches, Room was clean, spacious, but rather noisy. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. P.S. We stayed at room No.2 (can’t speak for other rooms), plumber has put the hot and cold water tabs the wrong way around.

Can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed in. People punching/throwing objects against the walls in the neighbouring room, whilst blaring music, yelling and fighting. Management was made aware of this and had no real care to do anything about it. Honestly do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

A very basic hotel, but generally clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning made sleeping very easy. The hair dryer was broken however the staff were so kind about it. This reflected the staff’s general support and assistance. Fridge also somewhat broken, hard to keep food in it. If bookings are made directly with Nightcap they provide a great breakfast pack. All customers receive 10% of meals at the restaurant (delicious) and a free drink. Overall a simple hotel room. Would be crowded for 4 but very comfortable for 2.
