Had Dinner there Friday 16/2

Ordered 3 Fish and Chips very ordinary
a Chicken Schnitzel a pass just
a Garlic Prawns which was good
a Nacho ordinary
Nacho came out first
Around 5 minutes later the Garlic Prawns arrived
again about 5 minutes 1 Fish & Chips arrived
15 minutes later went to the enquire, as too when the of the order would be ready
Told that is coming now,I said thanks,
turned around to go back to our table,only to be told to F..k Off by the Female Chef,I don’t think she meant for me hear it,
But of course denied saying it when I challenged her.
Were offered a free round of drinks but declined that offer.

We went there for lunch. They used to have a few lunch specials but don't seem to do that now. Hope they bring it back as it is normally busy there at lunchtime but it was very quiet. Our meal was nice but bring back your lunch specials please.

We loved our stay here. The restaurant was great...very friendly staff especially the chef who was a great guy. Best steak in Albury and very generous servings!! And great value ! I've been to Albury many times and found this to be very comfortable and relaxed.

Was impressed with the renovations. There were a lot of patrons, and a lot of staff were on duty. Some were fairly new as they seemed a little lost and had to wait for direction. The CC&Dry was disgusting. Thankfully it wasn't too expensive.
The meals however were quite small for what we all paid for. The pork belly bites were cold with a dolup of red cabbage. My barramundi was not fully cooked, and my other 2 grandson's meals left a lot to be desired.
Very disappointed, but will try again maybe in 6 months, to see if the problems have been ironed out.

This is one of the best meals all of us have ever eaten! Amazing. We’re eating it right now and it’s incredible. We live in Melbourne and eat out all the time. Nothing is this good near home!!!!

The room was super clean and at such a good rate. The best part of the stay though is the staff. They are so kind, helpful with any queries we had and just overall friendly. They definitely made out stay much better and are awesome people!

Terrible! I couldn’t believe the food I was eating. The mash was not mashy and full of clumps, HOW do you stuff up mash. I had a salad that somehow tasted like cardboard and they didn’t even have chips. The pool table is located in an exclusive area and is not accessible to anyone under 18, my daughter (15) and her friends went to check it out and were rudely told to leave the area. I will not be returning and would not recommend this pub to anyone.

Standards have dropped. Quality of meals has declined. Steak uncooked. Chips cold. Salad swimming in dressing. We ate there most Saturday nights, but after the last two weeks, we won't be returning.

Staff very friendly, bistro meals tasty
Rooms dated, aircon too noisy
Facilities very limited, very cheap International Roast coffee, small microwave would be handy
Biggest issue, offered free wifi but it did not work

Regular customer. Most recent visit was last week. The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. I savoured every mouthful. Had to fight hard not to order seconds. Highest compliments to the team. Great food. Great service.

Plenty of parking at front and rear. Modern decor inside and welcoming staff. Meals are large, tasty and well priced. Get a free loyalty card and receive 5% off food and drinks. Daily lunch and dinner deals. Meals arrive quickly. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I dropped into the Northside Pub for tea. Our meals were great and the service was even better.

Lovely meal. Great prices too. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The Chef even apologised for a bit of a wait on the meal as they were very very busy, understandably, as the food was amazing.
IF, I had to offer a negative comment ; my mid rare 220g Porterhouse was a little over, but, with a smaller thinner cut its expected. The meat was very very tender. Well done guys, I'll be spreading the word.

I was asked to leave the gaming area due to loitering ??? ... I was playing a poker machine with my wife. What a joke. I wasn't intoxicated. We were both sober minding our own business. I have sworn not to return as it was a humiliating experience. If this is how staff treat people, good luck maintaining a business. Instead we went to the tavern where we were offered drinks on arrival.

I travelled from Sydney to visit family and on Friday night attended for dinner, I am absolutely amazed by the renovations so beautiful, food was outstanding could not be faulted and customer service was on point will definitely be my number one spot to have dinner when I return.

I think it is outright disgusting that there was a severe case of food poisoning from the garlic prawns on Friday 17th November and management can’t or should I say WONT tell staff so that changes can be made, and discuss with staff what was the cause and why was off food and seafood for that matter being served. The head chef should be made accountable for what has happened as the customer ended up in hospital! This place has gone so downhill it not funny. I think the health inspector needs to pay them a visit!||Disgusting

I love this place for food. The inside is a little outdated but it has a classic pub feel. The young man that always checks in on people is fabulous. He really cares about the people. The food is great. The chips are always cooked well, the gravy is so flavourful and the parmi is my personal favourite. You can't go wrong with their wednesday parmi deal for 15 bucks! The servings are huge so you are really getting your bang for buck which is hard to find these days so I'll always return here! We travel from Wodonga each time and its so worth it. Only critique would be the last few times we have gone the parmis are grilled for about a minute too long and they are too crispy but other than that you cant complain, and thats an easy fix I might add. Raffles offered and keno, which is great. Do yourself a favour and get on down to this place for a feed or good value drink at the bar 🍸 can't wait for our next visit. Keep up the good work Northside team, you guys are hitting it out of the park. My first 5 star rating I think. Definitely deserved 💯👍

Great service, awesome beer prices, and the biggest rack of ribs we have ever seen!.. did someone say food coma? Plus very tasty 🤤
Decent sized clean rooms for the price and comfortable beds! Nice easy stop over on a road trip. Thanks heaps guys 🙌🏻

Great pub for a quiet and friendly atmosphere. Food cheap but very tasty. Beer cold. Staff happy and friendly. I believe they are ready to make bigger and better Reno's to the pub in 2023. Good luck guys keep up the good work.

Food was terrible. I have eaten here regularly for 3 years. Worst meal I have ever had I wouldn't even feed it to my cat. Waste of $50. Soggy un seasoned chips. Greasy chicken. Won't b back & wouldn't recommend to family. Bring back the old chef.

Don’t stay here! Whatever the cost of the room, take your budget and go elsewhere. It’s a dodgy motel bolted in the back of a pub with all the dodgy trappings. The old Kelvinator heater/cooler is over 80db (that’s completely illegal as per the VIC act).

Can't wait for the Reno to be finished. I was impressed by the tap and go pool tables, but needs more variety on zero beers. Heineken zeeo is not great northern zero.

Attended last night (Saturday) and the meals were fast, delicious and filling!
On-top of that the woman in the kitchen was so kind, friendly and patient with our grumpy toddler.
Really made out night out much more enjoyable! Thank you!

"Absolutely thrilled with the dining experience! The lamb was beyond amazing, perfectly balanced with the delightful combination of salad and potatoes, and the portion size was just right. The staff's helpful and friendly nature added to the overall enjoyment, especially appreciating their recommendation for the lamb. A fantastic culinary adventure!"

Absolutely amazing but only downside doesn't have a microwave and can't live on toast and noodles but bed was Amazing and comfortable and shower perfect space size 😀
Nice heating and very close to shops in walking distance Definitely coming here again.
And had a meal and Absolutely perfect food 😀😀
