You never go wrong with Okie Pokii. The poke tastes so fresh and they don't scimp with the toppings either which is appreciated. Best poke joint in central jersey in my book!

Very good food. Surprisingly not as expensive as other poké places.
Parking could be an issue around there. You can try the lot right get by the Dunkin Donuts, or park somewhere on the street and walk down to the place.

This is a great place for Poke near rutgers. The fish is always fresh and clean. The bowls are such a good size and the flavor is so good. The menu is super packed and theres something for everyone. The vibe and atmosphere inside is so great, theres a good amount of seating and this place is great for studying. The bathrooms are clean too. The staff are nice but i don’t really interact with them because I usually do the self service order. The drinks here are really nice too, the tapioca could be better but the actual drink is really good.

The poke here is good! Plenty of options for toppings and sauces. They fill up the bowl well and it's hard to mix sometimes without getting messy but I don't think that's a bad thing! Due to covid its takeout only but there's a few tables outside. They also have boba tea here and appetizers! If you order online from their website they usually have some coupon codes going on. I've gotten my boba tea for free using the coupons 😊
There is a small parking lot to the side of it and I never have issues finding a spot!

The best poké place around!! Always go here with my boyfriend and you can check off as many toppings as you want for your poké bowl! And the bubble tea?! Delicious. Stop here for a great meal!

Pokémon bowls were excellent with large portions and no extra charges for the best ingrédients. Bubble tea was very good.
Everything is self serve. You order at a kiosk and pick-up at a counter. Booths are private. No tables in the open.
Atmosphere. The place is clean. There is adequate parking.

Place is amazing pure and simple. Price points are vastly reasonable, service is excellent, and I’ve been eating there for years and they have never once made a single error on an order, which is pretty unbelievable. Definitely a top tier experience on a budget and the quality you get for what you pay is absolutely unmatched in highland park. Chefs kiss.

Oki Pokie is an absolute gem! This poke and boba tea place has quickly become my go-to spot for a satisfying and refreshing meal. The poke bowls are incredibly fresh, with a wide variety of toppings and flavorful sauces to choose from. The fish is always top-notch quality and the portions are generous. And let's not forget about their boba tea—absolutely heavenly! The drinks are perfectly blended and the boba pearls are delightfully chewy. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. Oki Pokie is a must-visit for poke and boba lovers, offering a delightful fusion of flavors in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Okie Pokii Cafe is a good place for a quick drink/bite. I got the strawberry tea with boba, and original milk tea with boba. It was pretty good, and the store had little to no crowd. Straws and chopsticks were placed next to the window for easy access. I recommend to go eat here!

Oh god what can I say about this place. Certainly my favorite in the area I come here so often that I get deals and discounts all the time. It’s just been a staple of my college life just to get a bowl or something from here. Please come if you’re visiting or looking for lunch or if you are new to the area certainly my favorite in the area :)

Love this poke' bowl whole in wall restaurant in Highland Park. Parking is tight but it is worth looking for because good food will follow.
Restaurant reminds me of the poke' restaurants in Hawaii, non-intimidating with casual-chic decor. Even the menu just looks new. Besides the food they have bubble tea and ice tea drinks that are thirst quenching.
If you like poke' I highly recommend this restaurant

I love Okie pokii cafe, the quality is always on point and we love ordering the bubble tea. The taro and vanilla one is our favorites and I love that you can customize sweetness and what you want inside!

I loved how they had the booths and the layout of the restaurant. You get to choose what you want and don't want with the paper they have by the window and can make your food vegetarian, vegan or regular as you like. It also lets people with dietary restrictions be able to eat a good meal out side of home which at that moment is what I needed. The food was amazing and so we're the drinks, I'll be coming back when I visit that area again!!!

I am a huge fan of poke bowls. After a 3 hour hike we were all starving, and I made it a point to have our craving satisfied here due to great reviews, despite a longer drive than other options. Unfortunately, we were all disappointed -- unanimously. I think we were spoiled back home in PA where we were used to superb poke bowl offerings at Hawaii Poke & Freshido. Okie Pokii's mix-ins and toppings are more ordinary and less exotic*, protein is one scoop less for the same price, and the container is one size smaller. When I took the boxes out from the takeout bag, both my son & wife immediately remarked about the small size. The smaller container also made it messy to eat as the mix-ins would drop all over during the initial few bites. We were used to having leftovers, but here not only did we finish our bowls with ease, we all agreed we needed to get some noodle soup at the nearby Shang Hai Dumpling to conclude our dinner. And we did.
So a disappointment in many respects. On the plus side, the interior decors and ambiance are quite decent but the pandemic restrictions were still in effect and no eat-in was allowed on the day of our visit. Street parking only - we had no problem finding free parking.
*Here are some of the missing options found in poke bowls in Central PA:
Protein: Bulgogi Beef, Bulgogi Chicken, Scallops
Mix-ins: Hijiki Seaweed, Ogo Seaweed,
Toppings: Pickled Radish, Pickled Ginger, Kimchi, Crab Salad (not as choice of protein!)
Crunch: Furikake, Lotus Chips

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve been to in terms of value, quality, and service. Definitely recommend the sushi burrito (with shrimp if possible) and the pomegranate special boba. Was wrapped and served extremely professionally. No complaints at all!

Holy moly Poke bowls. . I think this is definitely top rated for me .. i loved the freshness, flavors, & extra crunch! Will definitely be keeping this on my list of go to places!

Had a poke bowl with spicy salmon, tofu, and shrimp. Everything tasted very good and fresh. Pretty great for the price. Would definitely recommend this place and would come again!

Great and quality food, nice and convenient, super solid restaurant until I found a WHOLE MOTH in there. When I went back to get a refund the cashier was unsurprised and told me that these things "happen every now and then" because they "don't wash or check over the lettuce, because it comes prewashed from the store"...I got my refund, but was at a loss for words. Just wow.

Got some easy street parking across from this cafe. The booths are very cute and the service is great. Lots of different bubble tea options and snacks from poke bowls to takoyaki. I had the grapefruit green tea which tastes good and you can even ask for less sugar. Would come back to try the food.

Good food and decent size portions. I like getting the shrimp appetizer with my bowl. Milk teas are good and aren’t overly sweet. The service is normally fast and always made to order. Parking lot next door but it’s small.

Amazing price, amazing sauces, and amazing staff. All around delicious and affordable poke with all the toppings you could wish for. Very high quality and as a student I will be back very often.
