What a little gem! Pam is one of the nicest people, best service and hospitality! Food was delicious, well presented and brought out in a timely manner. Wonderful service with a smile from ALL staff! Haven't seen anything as good as that in years!

We went to Pacific Pines Tavern a bit late around 8pm for late dinner after a busy afternoon. Although there were still other people dining, our food was brought to our table very quickly. Staff members that helped us were so nice. One lady spent some time talking to us and our kids and gave my oldest who did not order kids meal an ice cream like the rest of our kids who ordered kids meals which included ice cream. Tables were well spread out and we did not feel squished at all. Best service we have had in a long while. Food was nice as well, better and bigger than what I expected to get at a tavern. But thier customer service just made our dinner way more pleasant. Kids enjoyed their dinner and did not stop talking about how good their meal was and how nice people were there especially this lady who talked to them for a bit.

We reserved two tables for a Birthday quite last minute and the staff were incredibly wonderful with accommodating us. The food was amazing and came out very quickly after ordering, we had an absolute blast. Bonus points for the staff being absolutely fantastic to us- just a spectacular night all around.

We have been going to the Pacific Pines Tavern for over 15 years. The meals have always been tasty, well presented & well priced. The staff are always friendly & helpful. A big thank you to Huey and the chefs. Great food, great service. Mark & Jo.

We had Dinner for a birthday 6/07/24. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful .
Our meals were amazing !
Big quantities and Best quality we have had from here.. Amongst us we ordered,
Ribs, snitzels, parmy, Korean chicken and rice, pizza, zucchini sticks, bacon garlic bread, steak,

We had a great time here,
For a little wedding reception.
Staff were so friendly, even provided helium balloons for each table as decoration.
Food was cooked perfectly, at a great price, a huge portion and came out really quickly.
Definitely going back thanks to the overall experience!

Was very unhappy with our dinner the other night .. paid $28 for this crumb steak and was so tiny, could have paid $2 extra and got a really nice price of rump steak .. would definitely not order again

This has been my local for the past 10 years. Huey a Gorgeous staff member is always there with such a beautiful greeting, nothings much trouble, just good old fashion service. The current Chefs have made the best Humpty Doo Barramundi, great value for money :)

The meals are pretty good but the drinks are more expensive than other pubs, unfortunately. The band was supposed to be on from 8 til 12, but didn't come on till about 8.45pm and finished at 11.15pm. the performance was great, but not as long as advertised.

The food is great, the people working there are lovely, great customer service. Great place to grab a drink and dinner. Karaoke night is so much fun with great local talent! Free

Stopped by on my 9 hour trip to the sunshine coast. After sharing why I had to drive so far, Huey offered me a coffee on the house along with my lunch. Great customer service, great food. Would definitely recommend

Stopped after a day at Movieworld. Both the Thai beef salad and my partner a steak sandwich were amazing. The Thai beef salad was sooo delicious. Beef perfectly tender with loads of flavour. We will be back! New menu out tomorrow look out

Nothing but good things to say about this great place!! Absolutely loved the food, drinks and service! Shi was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time here!! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Nice enough place. Not overly fancy. If you are looking for a working mans tavern, then this is the place for you.
Food seems good, staff are friendly and its clean. Music is the background creates a nice relaxed atmosphere.
We came to escape the heat. Didn't achieve what we were after as the huge open air seating was detracting from the air-conditioning. Nevertheless, drinks were cold and seating comfortable.

Love this tavern, always the best food and staff. Have been coming down here for years and it has never been better. Highly recommend very family friendly

Lovely family friendly pub. I went to karaoke on a Friday with a friend a while ago which was so much fun. I have had friends who went to try the steaks & the ribs & were impressed with the serving size, presentation as well as the taste . I had the the nicoise salad for lunch which was yummy . ( which can be vegan / vegetarian option or can have added calamari or chicken ). I have tried the zucchini wedges before which were delicious. The pub was clean & the staff friendly & the service efficient.

Just had the Prawn and Chorizo Linguine for dinner and it was absolutely awesome. The staff were amazing as always. It’s hard to find a family friendly pub these days but if you’re looking for one then this is it.

I went with some girlfriends for lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the service and meals. I say this because I have been very disappointed with the quality of food previously (pre-covid) & vowed not to return. I am glad the Bday girl chose there now, as our steak sandwiches were probably the best I have had anywhere on the Gold Coast 👍 The seating is comfortable & a choice of areas & the staff are all lovely. Will be returning 😊

I love this place. The food is awesome the sports bar is so much fun, and when i walk in to order a steak for my dog they accommodate and make the steak with no seasoning and safe to eat for my dog

Hidden Gem. Really lovely restaurant area. Menu is genuine Aussie pub food but done well. Great service. Great atmosphere the music is wonderful.

Friendly staff who always remember you if you've been in before, and are very accommodating towards individual needs. Delicious meals with large and filling servings.

Food was good. Calamari was amazing, steak was a little over what I ordered but still delicious. Pepper Grady and aioli also great. Been a long time since I’ve had a decent aioli .

Family dinner and pre Mother’s Day celebration. Clean and tidy throughout the venue. Specials board was very well presented. FOH team were very good, warm and friendly, fast service. Menu and wine selection excellent. All our meals were superb and above the standards of my two local pubs. Ambience well balanced. I’m a casually employed mystery shopper and retired Hospitality General Manager of 40 years. The only point that I can highlight is, the back bar lighting needs to be softer. Well done Pacific Pines Tavern.

Absolutely love this place! My mate and I came late and was about to close but they happily let us in to have a feed. The staff here are very nice and the food is delicious!
