YES, finally a restaurant that can cook salmon perfectly. Extremely juicy and tender. Chips were crunchy and creamy, salad was delicious. Couldn't go past the Tuross with caramel sauce and icecream. Extremely busy when we were there but definitely worth the wait. Will be back for sure.

Worst experience ive had with food. Half the ingredients on my plate/burger. Bad service. Takes longer than an hour for the food, the food has no taste. Nice staff tho. Don’t recommend.

We were lucky because I had actually booked this hotel for the wrong month, so luckily, they had availability for the night when we showed up. ||LOCATION|Located right next to the showground, it was very convenient. Walking from the main street to the hotel is easy. Service station next door and easy parking||ROOM|we got a renovated room, which was great. It jad a double le bed and 2 singles. New bathroom finishes, which was good. Would have liked a door on the shower . Beds were comfy, and we pushed them together for our son to be closer to us. Small fridge. We were up near the end, so it had 2 doors. One on the parking side and one on the other side. Parking was included.||FACILITIES |Free parking, pool but didn't use it. Didn't use mush of the facilities. They have the hotel bar to have something to eat. ||Perfect little spot to stay. Try and get a new renovated room. We had people in the room next to us in a family room and it wasn't renovated so it was really run down and old.

We are locals but our youngest daughter asked for her birthday lunch at the panorama bistro. The last time I had been there was when my father was alive in around Christmas 1998. Dad has actually been gone since 2001. Kiras birthday lunch was lovely. Empty plates due to satisfaction, friendly and efficient service. Rest assured I won't leave it 26 years to come back to the "pano" as it has become a new family favourite. Take care pano staff!

Very clean and comfortable.|The bed was a little too hard and the water pressure could use some work,|Overall very clean , dated on the outside but the inside has obviously recently been refurbished.|Would stay again though, easy check in and check out

The room was comfortable and clean. The pub was great. Nice meals and good, friendly atmosphere. Big screen TV for the footy and a guitar player. There was no need to leave the premises. It was all there.

The rooms are standard but the heating works good. The internet is good. The restaurant / pub is overall very good. Good prices as well. They also do breakfasts, but the coffee was average. Overall good comfortable place to stay.

The rooms are like in 80s. The lighting is old style. And the he bathroom and toilet, you have to squeeze in. Need a good refurbishment. Will not stay here again. |Not worth it for the value. I often travel around the state. I was expecting a brewery motel in Bathurst competitively to other town.

The rooms are clean but quite dated and basic. The restaurant is excellent with very large portions at normal pub prices. The staff are extremely friendly and ready to help when needed. They have family size rooms which accommodate 6 people so it was great for my family of five.

The bistro is a short trip to diarrhoea town…. My partner and I ordered schnitzel with veggies and I returned mine as it was inedible. I calmly explained to the manager that the sauce tasted of vinegar, veggies were soggy, tasted old and the mash had an off flavour to it. The managed DIPPED HER FINGER INTO THE SAUCE ON MY PLATE and told me there was nothing wrong with my meal and she’d know as she was a chef. I was speechless! She refused to give me a refund, would only give a voucher. Two colleagues ate here the day prior and almost didn’t make it back to their rooms before diarrhoea hit. Just because the manager ‘is a chef’ doesn’t always make them right. Please do yourselves a favour and overhaul your menu and kitchen practices.

Stayed in room 25. Has a serious lean. Checked with spirit level. Floor, benchtop and bed. Felt uncomfortable. Not sure if foundations have sank or O'Reilly built the motel. Bed had the most lean.

Stayed in a King room, with bed split into king singles (2 occupants). Comfy beds & good pillows + fluffy towels. Shower recess leaked out onto bathroom floor all the time - door issue. Reception provided extra towels every day to sop up the water. Good shower. Great air con, as cold snap occurred during our 4 night stay. Reception closes @ 3pm on Sundays - quite a few guests arrived on buses late in afternoon (a large Conference in town began that day), so restaurant staff had to deal with registering these guests @ same time as other guests wanted to order dinner. Inadequate number of staff @ bar & at food ordering/alternative reception desk. Room fridge freezer iced up - not able to turn temp. down, as knob gone - froze anything placed on top shelf. Room had a microwave & toaster, plus small fold up ironing board & iron & hair dryer. Price paid was a tad on the expensive side - $200/night for room, which wasn't that big. Explanation given by reception staff was that the greater the demand (when a large Conference is happening in town), the higher the price.

Staff were lovely, rooms dated but comfortable and bed super comfortable. Unfortunately it was other inconsiderate guests who made this stay disappointing. We were woken during the night by noisy guests returning home, then again by people in the pool before 7am! Perhaps management need to include a flyer to remind people of common courtesies like not sending your kids out into the carpark to play in the early morning. For this reason wouldn’t stay here again.

Reception staff friendly. Room was pleasant but very small. Housekeepings idea of making a bed and my idea is vastly different. Very sloppy. The car park was hideous with the pool slapped in the middle of it. My complaint is with the lack of response:service from the bistro. We called and left a message advising we wanted to book a table, we were staying at the hotel in room # and left our mobile number for a call back. Nothing heard back from them at all. We ended up walking up the road for dinner at a very nice steak house with exceptional service so maybe a blessing that the bistro at this venue ignored us

Place is a joke, told the steak on the menu would take an hour to cook so we ordered something else, pub wasn’t even half full and we ended up waiting over an hour for meals anyway. Should’ve ordered the steak. Meals were very average.

Negatives are there were a few stains on the wall and floor, the painting was ugly, the TV didn't have paramount plus/10 play/7 plus, and the bathroom needs a renovation and is too small...

My family and I stayed the night at the motel. After a 4 hour drive, we were looking forward to a big feed and we weren't disappointed at all amazing portions. But our room was a little lackluster. The bathroom was riddles with insects (crickets) and the shower head didn't stay in place and had lime build-up.

I’ll start by saying the hospitality was great. No complaints on customer services.||Downside, could’ve been a tad cleaner Ie, shower looks like was just wiped down, under bathroom sink dirty - the few minor low cost additions Ie, a rack to hang wet towels. You literally had nowhere to put them. Had to hang on back of chairs and on cupboard door.

I had my wedding reception here on the June weekend. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. They took excellent care of us. We stayed in one of th newly renovated rooms and it was beautifully clean. I appreciate that as a professional cleaner myself. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family

GREG Restaurant manager absolutely disgusting management! Paid $45 for a steak well done, came out black like ash spat it out returned it. Took a near hour from when I ordered for a replacement and the place was dead. Got the second one tough as bones breaking my jaw to eat it complained came back second and third day to speak to Manager Greg who then told me “he didn’t believe me” JOKE of an establishment coming from Management in hospitality for 20years myself.

Good Friday we took our family to have lunch with my elderly parents. They love the seafood plater, This year was no exception. Staff where very helpful with disable parking for access and seating for a wheelchair. The seafood was amazing plenty of good quality food and perfectly cooked. We had a wonderful time and will come back thanks staff for your time.

Decent enough. Cosy. Central. Room was a bit small and squashed for a family of 4 but we managed. Was pretty central to most of the places . Loved the bistro and bar on the property, - could have been a bit cleaner and rooms could do with upgrade. 😊

Beds were comfy, bathroom okay, lovely hot shower. Air conditioner filters have never been cleaned since unit installed. It was freezing when we arrived and we had to crank up air conditioner to 30 on heat. It took ages to even get remotely warm, and we left it on 30 all night! Unheard of! If the filters were clean, the air conditioner would be more efficient. There is another vent on side of cupboard facing unit and it has 2 cm of dust on it. Floor in bathroom could be cleaner around edges. Unit is 70's and that's okay just fix the air. Budget or not (there was nothing else available), a warm customer is a happy customer
